We joined a waitlist for your Lakewood colorado location online. Got to the restaurant at our waitlist time and was told that red lobster does not have a waitlist online which you in fact do and that we could wait another hour to be seated if we wanted. Very poor customer service! If your restaurants do not honor your waitlist there should not be one online at all!

I went to Red Lobster in Marion Illinois. Apparently the menu recently changed. I always get a shrimp cocktail which has been removed. Have to tell you without that starter I will never return. Thankfully Chris our waiter saved the day and had a make shift one made! Thanks Chris! Please reconsider this deletion. If not I am afraid you have lost a customer.

I was at Red Lobster in North Myrtle Beach and we had to wait 45min. to get a table, with no one there! also waited another 45min. for our food. They hardly had enough staff to take care of the few people that they did have. So, our food was just so so. Nothing to brag about!

I would not recomend the red Lobster.

I've always taken my two daughters to Red Lobster at East Town Mall in Lancaster Pa. for there Birthday. We use to love going there, until today.
I've noticed the past few times I've been there, the food wasn't as good as it use to be, but was hoping it was just a bad day or something!
I took my oldest daughter today for her Birthday. I noticed the menu was new and the prices went up. Okay no big deal, prices are going up everywhere. We both ordered a frozen Margarita, which took about 15 minutes to get. Our waitress apologized about the long wait and said we would both receive a free dessert for the long wait. That was the worst frozen margarita we ever had. Not sure how they screwed that up but they did! Their Frozen Margaritas were always so good, but these were really sour, and just did not taste good. Next I ordered the stuffed Mushrooms for an appetizer. The plate they came in was very hot, but the mushrooms were lukewarm and it didn't look like they were cooked at all. I always loved these, but couldn't even eat one of them. Next my daughter and I both ordered the surf and turf with a baked potato and Broccoli. We both ordered our Steak medium rare. When we got our steaks they were both medium well, Not Medium Rare! The Broccoli was tough just like our steak. We both liked our baked potato however! I was looking forward to the Lobster. They are so tender and pull right out of the shell. NOT TODAY!!!!!! We had to dig and pull to get the Lobster out of the shell, and as you can guess, it was very tough. Our bill was over $120.00 and our meal was terrible. Our server was great and she did give us our free dessert which I haven't tried yet, but the bartender and the cook should never had been hired! This will be the last time we go to Red Lobster unfortunately. We are hoping and praying Texas Roadhouse
Is still a great place to eat because that's going to be our new choice to celebrate Birthday's and other occasions. I guess since Covid, and people not working these days, you gotta take what you can get! So very sad.

Hi, I recently went to your location in Sterling,Virginia and noticed there are no Christmas decorations at all. When I inquired about this the staff said " we are open on Christmas Day, but they no longer want deco put up", this is a disappointment since the holiday is a special time of year and should be celebrated as such. Friends,families look forward to making memories over a great meal. Why is Red Lobster acting as if the Christmas season is like any other? You have an excellent, dedicated staff at this location, but I am disappointed with corporate!'

This was the 4th time I ordered lobster tails to get leftover tails. I did try to prevent this from happening. I wrote a clear instruction on the online take-out order which stated clearly these two tails orders must be freshly cooked. Yet I still ended up with a leftover-tail on the night of Christmas Eve. This store at Bridge Port, CT was not trustful and offered bad service at the expense of customers and the chain stores' brand name.

I'm so very disappointed that not only was my order wrong but sisnt get all that was ordered. And this was a surprise for my wife I was gonna surprise her with an ultimate feast dinner for two. Only goal the sides. No lobster tail which I ordered two of. Didn't order any broccoli or rice. All I wanted was the ultimate feast. Did not receive. There is nobody to contact by phone and feel like I seriously got ripped off. Very disappointed. But no one cares anymore.

Me and my wife came in for dinner for anaveriery service was fine over cooked our lobster and they refused to replace it thought that was crappie. Spent over 100 dollars with drinks and appatizers not to happy with management the one in Lakewood ny

Madison heights location under staffed, food arrived cold, server forgot about request for items, seemingly disappeared for long periods of time. Very poor experience overall.

Our 40th Anniversary seafood dinner. $116 dinner for 2. We should have drove through McDonald's for a fish sandwich which would have been superior. Service was terrible, food was terrible. Table look and felt like a child's playpen after they have eaten. Greasy table , salt shaker and booth was sticky. The 1 drink which was supposed to be a margarita, tasted like tequila and water ($8.69) . Two of the most expensive dinners that we splurged for our 40th Anniversary night $40 and $41. The staff clearly showed a lack of training and tips on appearance and hygiene. We have lived here for 26 years and not "well they are tourists and will be gone in a few days " people. Nobody should have to have a dining experience like this. I'm wouldn't be surprised if people that have eaten there have been sick afterwards. What an embarrassment for a large established restaurant.

We ate at Rod Lobster in Cape Girardeau Missouri today. We arrived at 4:00 and was there for 2 1/2 hours. The service was terrible and the food was the worst ever. It took us and another couple over a hour to get any food. Baked potato was hard, no fries, I had shrimp that was ok but rest was awful. Waited and waited for drinks, and rolls. Had to ask over and over for drinks or rolls. We were not the only complaining. Manager lied , said he would take ten dollars off each of our bills but only gave 10%. Needless to say we will never go back.

My husband and I went to lunch at the Cherry Hill, NJ Red Lobster restaurant on September 29. We had great memories of delicious meals the Woodbridge, NJ restaurant. At 2:00 on September 29 we waited 15 minutes for an employee to come to the front desk. No one else was waiting and there were few diners. Our server, Kristine, was pleasant and helpful. But the food............ lobster bisque, water used instead of cream. No seasoning and hardly any sauce on the shrimp and linguine Alfredo with ....count them.....seven tiny shrimp. The biscuits were doughy and minus any signs of the cheddar ingredient from biscuits years ago. And then, dessert. Lemon cake, please. And coffee. NO COFFEE. The coffee machine is broken, has been for more than a month, Kristine said. Well, buy a $50 Keurig, rent a machine, call a NASA engineer- fix the coffee machine. You lost a dessert and coffee sale. And when one's shoes stick to the floor of the mens' restroom, could someone please push a Swiffer around the room - would take five minutes.

Half hour wait for cotail biscuits not done didn't receive salad long wait no butter got potatoes half done, waitress seed in another zone terrible night won't be back. Think cook went home with the bartender.

Went to the restaurant on the way home from a day at bush gardens passed two other locations as this one was on the way home and the closest one for us. After waiting approx 20-25 minutes we were seated at one table and the hostess came and said she meant to seat us at another ta ke which was ok so we moved. When we got there the waiter already had two smaller tables and one larger we were the next larger table. He repeatly looked over at out table and rolled his eyes ... the hostess told him numerous times he had another party to service. His reply was what table.. I finally went and had the hostess grab us some drinks and an order of biscuits as we were hungry. The waiter who should be demoted to dish personal at best still continued to ignore us... when the hostess finally came to get our drink order for the bar she came back about five to seven minutes later and needed to see id's... I was with my husband and father who we all look of age then she left again... after sitting at the table for approximately 30 minutes we decided to leave. This was the worst experience I have ever encountered out at a restaurant... as I was leaving I saw another waitress who immediately asked what was wrong she too was appalled... is this how red lobster wishes to treat guest? I can promise I will never ever visit again... this is disheartening and disappointing as we could have gone to three different locations but chose this one as it was e route to our home. This was the location in Chesapeake va at Portsmouth blvd,,, please retrain staff as they are loosing a lot of business and I had the chance to tell many if the hungry guest in the lobby not to stay because you will more than likely leave starving as much as when you walked through the door due to incompetence and lack of respect for hungry customers!,,,

Sept 3rd took my family to Red Lobster in Pottstown, Pa which we have gone to quite often in the past years and tonight was like no other.

Took us over 20 minutes to get a server to us after we sat down. Took another 20 minutes to get a drink order. Asked for a Mudslide (Out). Asked for a Miller Lite Draft (Out) So I got a diet Pespi yay. We put in an appetizer with soup and took about 30 minutes to get that. Entree came after. Side of broccoli was not cooked, salmon was hardly cooked, clams were burnt. Oh only got asked for refill on our drinks once.

Tonight my sister and I went to Red Lobster. Neither of us had been there for some time. Our waitress (Shannon) took our orders. When she came back with our orders I asked for more ketchup and a knife. She said sure. She then went to another table to see if they needed anything. When she came back to our table she brought the ketchup NO KNIFE. I asked again. She said okay and then went to check on another table. Then she went to the back-I thought she was getting the knife, but I was wrong. She then stood at the register for what seemed like forever. Finally I asked the gentleman who was bussing tables if he could get me a knife. When Shannon heard me ask-she announced that she had it right in her hand. My sister was almost finished with her fish. I left NO. TIP . I just want you to know that I am NOT CHEAP, quite the contrary. I usually tip between 25-30%. A tip is to insure proper service, I did not receive proper service. It will probably be a long time before I go back to your restaurant.

By going to the Red Lobster restaurant in Danville, VA last night, I'm reminded that I should never order lobster outside the state of Maine. The next time I get a gift card for a meal at Red Lobster, I'll be sure to order a hamburger from their menu. I had the seafood feast meal last night. The shrimp was ok, but if that was a Maine lobster tail, I'm the Pope. And the "scallops" were not scallops, had to be shark meat cut in round pieces to look like scallops. The wait staff was nice and friendly, but the restaurant manager dressed like she belonged on the after hours clean up crew. Needless to say, I will never dine in another Red Lobster restaurant.

Red lobster ripped me off by way of my rewards. I've spent a hundreds of dollars with them in anticipation of getting my rewards and that never happened. I've put in my receipt numbers and they didn't give me my points. Damn crooks, give me my points you owe me you damn crooks

Red Lobster at North Richland Hills has become very. Inefficient !! The quality of the food has gone down ! Orders are never taken down correctly over the phone !! To go food is cold ! Staff are not polite at all ! I guess dark skinned people
Get treated differently !! This has been our experience ! The prices for the same food ordered at different times fluctuates often !! This does t make sense at all !!

I was at the Red Lobster in Monroeville Pennsylvania with my husband on 6/20/2022. I ordered the admiral feast and when my food came, it didn't have flounder like what is advertised, it had tilapia. I refused to eat it and the manager Kristen tried to tell me it was flounder when i knew it wasn't. She was condescending and rude. I was told that i would have to pay a difference if i ordered another fish. I am beyond disappointed that your company has been advertising falsely. The public deserves much better than what you offer.

I just ate at red Lobster Miller Ln., Dayton, OH and the manager charge me $5.99 twice for extra sauce on 2 orders New Orleans salmon. I'll ask him why and was told the sauce is expensive. He did not explain this prior when I ordered extra sauce. I told him it was not fair to charge me for a shrimp scampi and didn't get shrimp just sauce he said there was no button to use for sauce and sauce is expensive. I should have been told prior to ordering and he refused to take the charge off and finally said he would only take one charge off and I was forced to pay 5.99 for xsuce. I called another local RL and there is no charge for x sauce. This manager was rude. Refused to give his full name RONALD. I will be call corporate to report him

I went to Red Lobster on 5/24/22 in Greenwood SC and bought endless shrimp.. Take out is horrible.. meal is for a child but you can sit there and eat till your stomach burst.. takeout potions should be more !!! it's not worth the money..

Hello.
My hometown Red Lobster in Huntington WV continues to struggle with service. A few months ago-we came in a Monday evening & due to staffing issues the wait was 2 hours. Today-Tuesday evening, the restaurant doesn't have half of the restaurant open. We did call ahead seating 40 minutes ago & upon arrival-we waited at the hostess stand for 7 minutes before a front worker came to the hostess stand. The hostess told us that we would have a 20 minute wait. Disappointed to see this restaurant not be able to prosper in an environment/city that wants Red Lobster to be here. I understand that hiring can be an issue-however within 6 months it's time to figure it out. Recruit the right talent! Marshall University is literally 1 mile down the road & making good money serving food -in what could be a Fun environment is what this place is missing.
It's just sad.
