Hemingway ave east haven ct pharmacy is not doing right by its customers never opened and corporate doesn't care to even fix it I always loved coming here. Now its a nightmare not right

The service at Rite Aid Smithfield,VA is terrible. Last month they told me my husband's medication would not be ready until Monday due to Thanksgiving and they couldn't order on Wednesday. I get home received call.it was ready. Bold face lied to me about Monday. Today I called to see if meds were ready because I had not received a call. I was informed meds were put back on shelf. They said they could fill.the prescriptions and would be ready 6 PM. I talked to them at 10.AM. I went there at 610. and informed meds were still not ready. Once I get this prescribed filled it will be the last time I shop or send prescription there.
Wife and myself were in line as a man came in rite aid prices corner took multiple items and stepped thru the door alarm went off and with yelling at employees they as they wanted to see his bag said no u cannot touch me and walked out with a backpack and extra handbag full of items that is a mess to experience a situation like that
After being told that they did not have enough medication on hand to fill 3months, they gave us 1month and said we could pick up remaining in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks when we contacted them, they informed us that insurance would not allow it until after the 1st of the year, therefore causing us to begin our deductible for a very expensive medication. Then was told they got a override, medication would be available today.. contacted them today and was told that insurance company would not fill it until the 30? They said no one told us that, so I asked them to contact the insurance company.. again, was told that not only did they not have time, but that our conversation had taken up too much of his time. Customer service?, Customer concerns? Customer satisfaction? Customer health a priority? Done with you folks. Your service could cause great harm to someone's life.
I'm done with Rite Aid. Permanently! Nothing but problems in your Merchantville store. Which is now closed. Transferred to the store on Maple Avenue in Pennsauken. This store is even worse. The pharmacist, has no class at all. Blurts out the medications you're taking at the top of her lungs so that the whole store now knows what you're taking. She's rude, she lies. Telling me for months something is wrong with GoodRx. Every time she enters good RX code it's between 10:00 and $20 more than what you're expecting. I called GoodRx. They told me she has been entering old codes. Who knows why. When I called her back to tell her I'd contacted GoodRx. She told me they called her and said I was giving the wrong codes. That's a blatant lie. Her not knowing why it wasn't working. Is a blatant lie. I could go on for an hour. I was welcomed with open arms at CVS. Very willing to help keep my costs down. Good riddance to Rite Aid.
Rite aid on ave j in Lancaster ca is now a joke with the new pharmacist lady she seems not to know about medication mixtures. They lie about your pain medicine being ready making you wait telling people that their computers are down but only for controlled medication never ever heard of that. They have the machine call and say medicine is done when they are closed so you can't pick up medication. Since this pharmacist started working here and not the other man pharmacist this rite aid has went down and I will be moving I and my family's medication from here. Everyone needs their medicine and not to be lied to because of what type of medication it is. People will start to sue because of discrimination.
The pharmacist at Rite Aid on Maple Avenue in Pennsauken lies about GoodRx codes being wrong. She is either too lazy or completely unwilling to enter new codes each time you go. Rite Aid owes me a lot of money. My Pharmaceuticals have been costing me between 10 and $15 more each month because the pharmacist refuses! To enter the new code that you give her from GoodRx. That's breach of contract. GoodRx should sue Rite Aid for this breach. The pharmacist is arrogant, not helpful, and a blatant liar.
I have used the rite aid pharmacy for 13 years and used to brag about how great and friendly it was. It's changed. The people can be rude and my diabetic prescription was not filled because of some problem which I don't blame them for but they could have let me k now instead of waiting for me to call after I missed a dose and then tell me there was a problem. Then I was in the store and let them know that they had double filled some of my mental health drugs, delivering the same ones 2 days in a row. They said I should not have accepted them....well I tend to trust pharmacies because they do hold your lives in their hands so I don't unseal deliveries while the person stands there while I check them. So silly me trusting professionals. The woman was rude and she used to be so nice. I don't have the option to change pharmacies I have to be able to walk there and there aren't any others close. Just hope their practices don't kill anyone
My wife is deathly sick and was prescribed medication today that was sent to our local rite aid store. after two hours I called and they said it was only in stage one of four but they would put it on a list and call when it was ready. Several more hours have now gone by and still no medicine. What the hell is going on that you can't get medicine when you need it???
I went to get my husband's prescription fulfilled and they told me it would be $58. We had previously gotten the same prescription and it was considerably cheaper. The pharmacy tech was very abrupt and rude. I went home checked on the price and found out with GoodRx drug would cost a little over $2. I called back the rite aid store and they said oh they couldn't use that because the tech would have to use her personal cell phone to access GoodRx and she wasn't going to do that. Doesn't sound at all like a store that wants to stay in business. The woman working the cash register at the pharmacy wasn't any better. Good goodbye rite aid!!!
I walked into my local rite aid in Huntington Station NY about an hour ago. I saw a display of ours (apple, pumpkin and apple crumble) and took a picture. All of the pies were ruined due to facing them out on the shelves! They were not stacked and sitting like a pie should, no they were facing forward with each and every pie ruined from shifting to the bottom of the box out of the pie shell! I spoke to the manager and asked if that was the best idea? And he said they fix them every night to face them out just like corporate shows on the pictures they receive! So rite aid, please realize that some of your staff do not have common sense and your company is losing money with ruined goods due to the placement of items on your shelves! Over 25 pies ruined and will not sell. The manager was nice, but like...really?
The Echo Hollow location is in serious need of help. The are completely slammed to the point that the phones aren't being answered, and they WILL NOT fill meds unless you physically go into the pharmacy. I have a disability and need to know if my meds are ready, it's already difficult for me to get around. So many wasted trips because I couldn't get anyone on the phone. Please hire some people asap.
Why is it the Rite Aid pharmacy on Grandview Avenue in Ridgewood NY never answers the phone. I know people are busy but they just stand there chatting as the phone rings. I wish this was a one time experience but it has happened multiple times. I'm not asking for anything special, just for them to do there job.
I made an appointment for a senior flu shot. When I got there I waited for over 1/2 in line to find out that I had waited in the wrong line and I could go to the back of another line. After getting to the front of the line I finally saw a small sign stating where I should wait. People came an went an were waited on, but it took me twice as long to get any help. Signage should be posted at the end of the line and not by the counter. I'm very disappointed in the service at rite aid!
I tried to switch from Wegmans. Really bad idea. I can't believe how unprofessional they are. Feels like every time I call I get the run around. They have no idea what each other is doing. Need less to say . I'm going back to wegmans. very disappointed. I could walk to rite aid... But it looks like the trek to Wegmans is worth it!
This is such b******* fraudulent and crazy it claims there is a 24/7 assistant to answer questions I asked a very simple question and you don't even answer it then ask if there's anything else you can do when you did nothing in the first place then when I say that you say you going to connect me and what do you get surprise surprise you get a page where you have to Uplink credit or debit information just to get the answer to a f****** simple goddamn question you people suck
