Very poor coverage in an area that Verizon adequately services by comparison. Customer service operators read what sounds like a script when I told them of my sudden poor internet connection on my cell, giving me zero indication that it would change for the better. I was then switched over to tech support where it was communicated that a "power issue" was at fault and that it would be weeks until any kind of resolution. Don't fall for T-mobiles bullcrap advertising campaign like me...steer clear!

T-mobile is the worst customer service company, or company period. I have had to call about 100 times to resolve she same issue. They are a fraudulent company that will rib you blind if you let them. I wouldn't recommend T-mobile to my enemy. I am serious. If you feel like over paying, giving your money away, or getting rob this is the company for you . Than you may have to wait hours to talk to someone on top if that.

This is the most terrible company I have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service. Tech support is stupid. Hours on the phone with no resolutions. Hate them . Even though Comcast isn't the best, will switch as soon as I can!

I had really bad experience with T-Mobile. My plan with T-Mobile included using my iPhone XR trade in a new iPhone 13. So I sent my iPhone XR to T-Mobile, and the UPD tracking number showed it's delivered, but the customer center said rudely to me that they couldn't find it in their warehouse, so instead of trade in, I have to pay the new phone! They intended to take advantage from the customer to pay for their fault. T-Mobile ride roughshod over their customer. This bully is not acceptable!

I got a T-Mobile data plan, no contract, cancel anytime. The offer included a free tablet (a cheap Alcatel one) which I didn't need. The sales rep did NOT explain that the tablet IS on a contract (24 months) and cancelling the service entails paying the remaining "balance" on the "free" tablet. Although I can return the unused tablet, they will not budge. They also declined to check the recording (from 7 months ago) to confirm that there was no mention of this contract. Either sneaky by design or they need to train their customer reps better. I sure hope someone will take them to court for this type of misrepresentations.

Totally Disappointed!! On So many levels!!....T- Mobile holding Customers Hostage! Wife & Myself are in a "HOLDING-PATTERN." Because T-mobile cant get Structured on a Timely Fashion. For Us to be able to Upgrade. Were both Eligible for Upgrades. Teen Mobile is the WORST cell phone provider EVER! I ordered 2 phone over 3 months ago. Only had them one month and mine was sending so much inaccurate information and I called them to return the phone and cancel the service and send a call tag. They did stop the service but NEVER issued a call tag which I waited for. Then after waiting for it I bring them to the store to return and they tell me I only had 14 days to return them. They screw their customers major. Then proceeded to bill me for the phones the Scam Artist they are!

T Mobiles website is unusable. I have three lines that I purchased while a Sprint customer, never had any issue with being able to make changes on the Sprint website. Since T Mobile bought out Sprint and forced me to their new Garbage website, I cannot do anything. I can only see one of my lines, I have no access to the others, and even though I own all three lines, the T Mobile site says I am not the primary account holder. I was going to buy a new phone and add a new line, but with T Mobiles quagmire they call a website, I can do nothing, so I guess I will have to take my business to a new carrier.

I have a very poor experience with T-Mobile Mobile.
I signed up for the internet service. I was supposed to receive my router within 2 days. It was shipped UPS and I cannot take off work to wait for the delivery, so for 3 days I came home to a note on the door from UPS saying sorry we missed you. I contacted UPS to ask for a redirect to a local UPS store for better convenience and I was denied.
I contacted T- Mobile 3 times to ask for assistance and by the 3 rd day of getting nowhere I was told my package would definitely be redirected to the local UPS store.
So after paying for everything at time of signing up and being charged my first month service I still had no router and the UPS store has no idea where my package is and the tracking number is not active.
After 2 weeks I am still without the router and have been charged for the router the activation and one month of service with no product or internet service.
I am very unhappy with T Mobile

My phone say i have 5 g 4 bars, yet non of my apps will load unless im on wifi. Ive called tech support (611) 2 times. They told me my service will be back in a couple days. Its been a month and I still have the same issue. I PAY for service but I CANT use it. T mobile service is THE WORST IVE EVER HAD. I would give it a 0 if I could. I will be switching service providers asap. my review is based on the service t-mobile proives for their customers.

Signed up for 3 new lines 3 months ago. Was told I would get $800 off each new Samsung Phone for lines 1 and 2, amd a free 3rd line. This should have resulted in a monthly charge of $156.66 ($140 + $16.66), with the Galaxy S23 Plus (additional $400 or $16.66 for 24 months). Simple? No. Keep getting different bills (over $156.66) and representatives fix it for 1 month, although they say it will be correct from that point forward. I've called 6-7 times. So much for trying to save a few $'s. So the question now is how many more phone calls?

As a new T-mobile customer of less than 48 hours, attempts to onboard my new t-mobile I-phone , due to poor customer service, group think, and no active listening by you staff, it took 6 hours by myself and my son, working in tandem, to accomplish what should have taken minutes. I am so disappointed. I was promised my the sales rep this was doable in an efficient and effective manner. This was not the case. This was contrary to what I was assured.

I am hoping lessons learned will behove you and your customers going forward; we should be compensated for the pain and aggravation this caused. 6 hours of it.

Purched 500.00 t mobile phone in full.
Gifted to a relative.relative did not like phone. Bought different t-mobile phone for relative. Put 1st phone in drawer thinking to gift to another friend/relative later on. 1yr later tryn to unlock phone to gift to friend. Not possible because the phone number associated with phone is not under my name. TotalBS ON THE PART OF T MOBILE. IF THEY ARE TRYI G TO RETAIN MARKET PERCENTAGE THEY ARE FAILING! People will use the carrier of there choice. trying to control were the client uses the phone they purchased thru t mobile is bad business and a sure way to loose market share. T-mobile recieves a zero from me. 500 phone in the trash. Disgusting!

The store in White oak center has employees that are rude and condescending to the customer. They act like assisting the client is a troublesome chore. When asked about plans they are uninformed have little to contribute.

Worst encounter I've ever had with "customer service." Previously canceled my account and was not informed that one number was still active called and tried to reason with the person and was verbally assaulted. I really hope someone sees this because they are completely unprofessional.

Initial visit was good, but the system was down so we could not pay. When we returned.....the girl could not been more annoyed that we interupted her doing nothing! She sold us the wrong SIM card, did not set it up properly. We cancelled the card within 3 hours, after we realized that it was not what we needed. CSR was great on the phone. No problem cancelling it and a refund was issued. To make a very long story short that was in March, its now May and I still don't have the refund! They keep apologizing and making promises...you will see your refund in 3-5 days. I do not encourage anyone to use T-Mobile.
On approx. day 10, I called the Mgr back since he did not call be as promised. I guess he doesn't like to give bad news to his customers. No I am not getting my, rightfully deserved, money back. I I guess I am going to have to eat the $50.00. I have a long memory.

We are in the Middle of an horrible experience with T-Mobile. This all happened @ Store #5902 in St Augustine Fl. We talked to a so called "Mobile Expert", Rachael, about switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. She was originally very helpful and gave us some prices so we told her we would discuss it and get back. This is where the problem started. She should have told us what we needed to switch. Like our APPLE "Password" & "Passcode". That is something you never use unless your dealing with Apple so its not something you memorize. When we got to the shop we told her we didn't have that with us but instead of sending us back home to retrieve it she took our phones and for 4 hrs screwed around with them. Finally after 4 hrs she told us to go back home and get those sign in's. We did that, went back and sat another hr while she screwed around. Apple eventually locked the phone and said it would stay locked for 3 days. They were also sure to remind us that after Rachael screwed us up the girl said we would have to wait in line again. Horrible experience.

I ordered 5G home internet from these morons and they sent me a mobile hotspot. Then they tried to bill me for activation for something I never activated never even took it out of the box. I tried to send this thing back for 4 months finally gave up just threw it away meanwhile these idiots shut my internet off and made me jump through hoops for 5 days you would not believe the crap I went through with customer service until I finally went to the store and even the guy at the store had a problem with these idiots this company is the absolute worst service on the planet don't get this company go with anything else. 210 cans and a piece of string is better than one of these phones.

Do not do business with t-mobile. I broke my phone in October 2022. I returned the broken phone and got a replacement through insurance through T-Mobile in November of 2022. In January of 2023 T-Mobile charged me $800 for the phone that I returned. Over the next 4 months I had to call T-Mobile 12 times to get the issue rectified. Every single time I called them they acted like they didn't know what was already going on and they never solved my problem. They told me over and over again that my phones would not be shut off due to non-payment of the $800 that they charged me in error. They told me multiple different timelines of when the issue would be resolved. The issue was never resolved and after my phones being shut off for the third time I paid $1,760 to get away from T-Mobile and their horrible business practices. It is now almost June of 2023 and I still have not received a refund for the $800 that they owe me for the phone that I returned. I have called them three times to request a refund. The first time the refund was denied because it was too early to request a refund and they never told me. The second time the refund was denied because they put in the wrong refund reason and they never told me. The third time I called they told me that they would make sure that it would get done and refunded to my bank account. I received a call the next day stating that they had refunded the money but they put it back on the credit card that it was paid off of. I no longer have access to that credit card and I never gave them permission to put any money back on that card. Their resolution to this was for me to figure it out with the bank that they sent it to because they're done with me. Their customer service line is the worst that I have ever dealt with. The stores are not much better because I tried to go into the store to get them to help me with this horrible ordeal and I had to request that I speak with the manager to get them to even try to help.

I was a customer of T-Mobile but they turned around and made pain relations with me then they took it back disconnected me and expect me to pay the bill that they disconnected me to pay and I don't feel that's right so T-Mobile will never get their money I'm on a fixed income and you can't do that to people will fix income the other thing is your federal check and pay for is a student loan I found that out from the federal government have a great day and don't contact me again go to hell
