Very poor coverage in an area that Verizon adequately services by comparison. Customer service operators read what sounds like a script when I told them of my sudden poor internet connection on my cell, giving me zero indication that it would change for the better. I was then switched over to tech support where it was communicated that a "power issue" was at fault and that it would be weeks until any kind of resolution. Don't fall for T-mobiles bullcrap advertising campaign like me...steer clear!
