T-Mobile is ripping off the senior citizens that live on fixed income and pay bills in-store. You now charge 5.00 to pay bills in-store. How stupid is this!?!?!!

Store Manager mislead and lied to us on what benefits we would have, receive, and be able to use. Also told us T-mobile would pay for previous phone and provide us with new 13 or 14 phones. Neither of this is true. We have all of her proposals and plans in her writing and none of it is valid. Even her district manager will not help us get out of this situation. Worst two weeks of any company service or integrity I have ever dealt with!!

Worst move switching over. The company started two accounts in my name, billing me for both accounts. I called and they said they would fix it, but they didn't. I had to file a complaint with my CC to stop payments. T-Mobile would only credit me back two of the 6 months they charged me = over $800. Now they sent me to collections for an account they fabricated ( I have no phones or #'s on this account) they agree that no min's were ever used on this factitious account, but they want me to pay anyway. no one will help me either. they act nice to get you off the phone, but they wont do anything to help, and you cant get a manager or anyone to call you back. To boot on the account I do have, they didn't credit me the full amounts for the phones I turned in. the representatives lie to your face.

I lost almost 4 hours of my life today trying to establish T-Mobile cell service. In the end, the overseas T-Mobile rep provided conflicting guidance on phone trade-ins, offer IDs, and was unable to generate the required order number, stating that he would "call me back later" with the details. This was after I had already provided him with my credit card number. After very painful hours on the phone, I was done and told them to forget it. Of course there were no supervisors available for help.

Try to set up automatic payments with customer service for the last four months every month they tell me my card will be saved every month. My account gets temporarily suspended, so I have to call pay service fees to reactivate my account. Tired of the lies and crap from T-Mobile customer service, canceling my account and switching to Xfinity.

Eugene OR, Willamette St store. NONE of the promises we were made- low cost per monthly bill, low cost of phone trade ins, pay off of Att phones, cable bundle service - none of it has been accurate or true. Our bill is greater than before, the phone discounts and trade in were not as represented and the 5g service for cable was not available as promIsed. We have had to return over and over with complaints trying to get the plan promised. The reality is they outright lied like used car salesmen and 3 months later when the real bill hit nothing was accurate. New Phones amounts owed are >$800 not $200 as promised with trade in credits, trade in credits took 2 months not 2 weeks to arrive, bill is over $300 a month not the $180 estimated at time of contract switch. Bogus bait and switch tactics which should be illegal. Buyer bewarev!!

today i spent 15 minutes with a live expert via chat. my simple question was not answered. they could not tell me if anything was owed on my dad's cell phone account-which should be closed and i was trying to confirm all was paid in full

I was on the phone over three hours with two different tech who asked the same info over and over. I was beyond furious and already praying I don't have any problems with the phone.

T-Mobile is the worst guest service ever I got a phone that is like a lemon can make phone call can download apps and they not wanting to help me at all. I try to call and resolve the issue they told me that I need to upgrade my phone and pay more money out of my pocket when I just got the the new phone 4 days ago and it's a piece of junk. The person that helped me did not want to help me just keep reading the same thing that's on the computer when I asked for somebody to help me with the issue he told me there was no one they have the same script.

We're longtime Verizon Wireless users who planned to switch to T-Mobile for a much less expensive plan that we were told came with perks and large credits for trade-ins. BUYER BEWARE. Though we were sent the new phones we ordered, T-Mobile provided NO printed/emailed plan information, invoice, or instructions on transferring our phone numbers and data. We have spent hours on the phone with T-Mobile trying to get basic information -- for example, our plan and costs. We were told we can get that information on the T-Mobile app on the new phone. BUT we can't access anything on the new phone until we complete the transfer from Verizon. Essentially, we have to commit to the contract with T-Mobile before we can see the contract. Shameful. They lure you in with a great deal, and then...
Meanwhile, their customer service people seem to be trained to provide stock answers to any question that's asked, and if a question is asked they haven't been trained to answer, they just give a stock answer to another question. Don't blame the customer service people; it's their supervisors who are a fault.

I haven't even activated my SIMs cards yet and i already regret switching to T-Mobile. I've spent 2 hours now trying to get help from someone. I was on hold for 28 minutes then transferred to someone in India who i couldn't understand. He got mad AT ME for not being able to comprehend anything he said, he interrupted me everytime i tried to stop him to ask what he said, he just raised his voice and kept rambling on 90 miles an hour words I couldn't understand. I finally told him i couldn't understand his accent, he starts speaking to me in a condescending tone as if he were talking to a child. The 1st person whò answered did speak in english, but he put me on hold then transferred me to another country. The india guy said he was going to transfer me back to US customer service, then HANGS UP ON ME! So i am now on hold again, 28 minutes still waiting for someone to answer the call!! They sent about 8 emails with links to try to sign myself up for the promotions, however I can't because it says they don't recognize my email address!!! So all those fancy promotions and promises they made last week to sign me up, will probably never be able to use!! And I had no idea i would have to figure out how to activate these things!!

When they switched from Sprint, the phone I received from TMobile worked for only a year. Representative couldn't revive it.

wow. i have never seen so many bad reviews. wonder if anyone at tmobile is looking at these. wonder if they really care. i am a customer for many years. my internet has been slowed and useless. i work from home, so the internet is important. no pay check this week. spent all my work time trying to get the problem fixed. I can not log in to my account. have been to two different stores. spent many hours on hold on the phone. it is amazing that a company this size has such terrible customer service. I am going to send a copy of this to there office "Questions and Comments T-Mobile Customer Relations PO Box 37380 Albuquerque, NM 87176-7380". it may be time to roll the dice and get a new internet provider.

Absolutel worse support I have ever seen. You call, you wait 15 minutes, you then get transferred or disconnect and have to repeaty all over again. The autonated call back does not work, staes press one (1) one on your phone and wont except it.

Nobody know WTF they are doing. Our businessd lost thousand during our over a week tail chase. Go elsewhere. They Give A Sh@t

This is the first place I am putting this tmobile has not just gone down hill in the last few years but now they cancel your service without permission when the account is auto bill pay and then with it being there fault now they won't do anything with out charging or putting in a contract wow tmobile can't wait to hit up Google, forums and where ever else tmobile is becoming a real crook wow I pay for services that they cancel and shut off but yet still collecting money on it.

I can see why customer service has so few positive ratings...its because they LIE. I was told a gateway was shipped two days ago but they still dont have a tracking #. That is IMPOSSIBLE. You cannot ship a package by USPS or UPS which is what they say they use without obtaining a tracking number. I have spent over 90 minutes on the phone with them and have counted 12 seeparate lies. They said I would have the tracking number by end of business today, LIE #13. It is a few minutes before midnight and the customer rep just said it's "not end of business (EOB)today". Anyone care to challenge the definition of EOB.

I hate greed and these big money companies always seem to be the ones who Stick it to you. Now T-Mobile will not give you your $5 discount if it's an automatic pay through a credit card. Now they want your banking information or a debit card. I don't have a debit card and I never will because anytime money comes directly out from my account I need to register it into my register... or money can get out of control. I don't care when it hits my credit cards because I get my bill and I pay it in full and I'm done with it. In addition T-Mobile will charge you $5 plus tax if you go into the store and pay your bill at the store. I call it thievery and greed and I see their ratings are far from good

Never able to get help with customer service. But when it's time to bill you. Easy to get to manager. Spoke to several tmobile employees manager James and others. No help. Nothing but lies. From employees and more from manager. I've been a customer for over 15 years and the lad 5 years have veen horrible. Will never go back to tmobile. I rather go to straight talk. Or any other company but no to tmobile. Hope people can read this review and all others before going to tmobile. O yeah and I forgot to mention tmobile got their files stolen from a hacker so a bunch if people got their identity stolen.

One incompetent customer service agent after another. One bullSchitt promise after another. Service is at an all-time low, and this long-term customer is moving on! At least when you pay less at their competitor you know you'll get what you pay for. With T-Mobile it's all smoke and mirrors bull.

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time! I have called them five times for the same issue. I have been given reassurance that the issue was resolved. Then I receive yet another email stating the discount I signed up for for autopay was again going away on July 22, 2023. Each time I called I was told as a valued customer they would give me an additional 10% off my monthly rate for two phones, so I would effectively have the same discounted price. Then yet another email stating the discount was ending. I call and wait on hold for 40 minutes only to be to.d such a conversation never happened. I have the text messages to prove it. Yet there is NO ONE TO PROVE IT TOO! I have come to despise T-Mobil. They are deceitful at best, moronic and fraudulent at worst. I am investigating what my future mobile service will be.

The worst customer service just behind Comcast. You have to have a specific pass code to get into your account with zero options if you can't remember pass code. That's how a company loses customers not keep them by making things more difficult to access. Not a very good or positive business model .would not recommend their poor service in rural areas and poor customer service.

I have been with t-mobile for several years. Seems every time I go to the store and I get a speciL deal, it gets lost in the shuffle and I have to go back to the store to find out why the billing department cannot get things right. I am taking my recent purchases back to t-mobile and going back to Verizon, this weekend
I am so disappointed in them, if I didn't have to go to work, I would do this tomorrow.
