I can't begin to describe how poor the Tesla customer service is. The car has had numerous electrical problems which have mostly been dismissed by customer service. Promises to look into the matter and get back to me are never met and issues are just never resolved. I've even been told I cannot speak to a supervisor and have been told that I cannot have the e-mail address for customer complaints! The whole Tesla experience is a nightmare and I regret having ever purchased a Tesla. The car is OK but when the customer support is so poor, it turns the whole experience into a nightmare.

Worst customer service ever at Tesla Peabody in MA. Almost always say they have to keep the car when you arrive but never say so in advance even though they know exactly the issues to be dealt with.
Have increased the time to repair and now "diagnostics" take them 5 days.
Despite the poor app, wait times, inability to process work quickly and keep cars even longer, now they don't give loaners if you're out of warranty. So you have to guess that you need to arrange a rental (though you may live 2 hours from dealership) and pay out of pocket or just forgo the repair.
Their estimates do not bear up to reality and they seem to think everyone lives around the corner. I have had them tell me a job would take a couple days so I had to get a loaner and after driving back home 2 hours only for them to say the job was done 3 hours after I left the car, wasting another whole day in driving.
They seem to have forgotten the promise to not make money on service as repairs have only gotten more expensive.
Representatives act like you did something wrong when you register shock that a windshield and door handle repair will take 5 days.

Service gets worse every year and there is no-one in the center who listens or takes you seriously.

So the referral link I didn't use didn't work... Tesla refuses to help by any means. One time was left on hold for over 2 hours. Probably the worst customer service center of any major corporation. Up there with Comcast/Xfinity.

I bought a model 3 and loved it. My husband also loved it so we tried to trade in his Audi. The offer was over 10,000 less than other offers. /they gave him the offer and refused to speak with him after that. He decided to sell his car back to Audi dealership and loose 3,556 on taxes. I. called the Tesla number and was on hold almost an hour. I asked that the store calm to make an appointment to purchase the S model car. Hours went by and no one ever called. I called back and was on hold another hour. Still no one contacted me. I just don't understand he wanted to purchase a 95,000 car and I had just bought my model 3. Its been 3 days and none will ever call back. He gave up and went back to EL Paso Audi and purchased a e-tron RS. They just didn't care they lost nearly 100,000. Makes me wish I hadn't bought mine now from the El Paso Tesla store. What if I have problem or just a question and can't get any help. Wonder is I will get a response with this post. I bet not. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BEWARE!!!!

Appointment was rescheduled by them twice because they didn't have parts for servicing, both last notices when I had actually blocked time away from work
The expectation is for the customer to wait there for a 2 hour service, no previous mention or note of this was made
Staff is very rude and arrogant to top it all, very poor service

What service shop just tells it's customers who go in to pickup their car to go find my car in the back lot myself? After walking around at least 50 Teslas, none of them mine, I went back to the unfriendly woman behind the table who said I could just sound my horn to find it. When I complained to who seemed to have some responsibility for service, he said the open lot is for customers to pick up their cars after hours. Sounds like they care less about security. Not one service rep even bothered to thank me for taking my car in or to explain why blue tape was still stuck to the repaired area. Bottom line: after dropping $3,000 to fix a broken window, it seems I didn't deserve being treated like some kid coming to pick up his scooter. Tesla's "improved" repaired vehicle retrieval protocols deserves nearly zero ratings IMO!

Tesla service appointment was 8 am to 12 noon. On morning of appointment I received a message that the appoint was now scheduled for 12 noon to 5 pm. I had blocked off half of my day for the appointment, now I have to block off my whole day! Not happy!

I own a 2013 model s and a 2017. The service is amazingly worse every year since 2013. The car is great. The service approaches Xfinity.

I had a horrible experience.
I had spoiler issue, I took it on Saturday and made an appointment for Wednesday day after checking the condition by Karen repair cost was quoted 300 usd.

When I reached to drop off my car for repair I was surprised to k ow that I did not had appointment.
After talking to them I had a very different story asking for more money .
Karen was very rude and very unprofessional.

I have Tesla solar panels, and cannot receive a call back to even let me know what the possibility of a schedule is to remove and replace them during an active leak on my roof.....so just sit tight and let mold form and more damage be done while their customer service gets their stuff together! Wow...some service.

Customer support on sales sucks. After waiting for close to 3 months with ever changing dates, when I asked them that I run into losing the tax credit (when 31st was the last date as per their claim in their website), I got a sarcastic response that they are not tax professionals and cannot comment. I think the dominance in the market OR employee dissatisfaction - net net customer experience is declining miserably. I don't know if there is any forum to address this. With competition around the corner such behaviors will obviously move the customers to alternatives. Complacency will be rightly used by the competition very soon.

Terrible sales and customer service. On the sales side, they send inconsistent messages regarding their loyalty program, lease returns, and purchasing new vehicles. I got totally different stories regarding ending my lease early, and purchasing a new Tesla from 3 different sales people, all of whom claimed to be my personal sales representative. On the service side, their scheduling system is terrible. I purchased and made an appointment to have the Tesla S steering wheel retrofit installed, and had confirmation emails for both. When I showed up at my appointment, they had cancelled it because "they didn't know what the appointment was for", and said they had notified me through the app. Sorry, but checking the Tesla app for messages is not something I frequently do. Given that they originally emailed me, maybe email was more appropriate, or possibly a phone call? They didn't hesitate to call weekly when they wanted me to buy a new Tesla once the lease on my old one was coming up.

Tesla provides a horrible experience when communicating about any issues. Only email communication. Because this experience is horrible the entire company and cars suck. I would never buy this garbage again. Sell the car but delay all of the tools to use it! Absolutely terrible company

Horrible experience even before I have taken delivery, they have no one to pick up calls, tested by patience for 2 hrs plus - all useless. they simply do not care, all employees at NJ stores behave with arrogance just like Elon with twitter, till now spent around 2K on accessories and charger installation, thinking to absorb it considering there is no one from Tesla to hear you. Nothing is customer friendly - very frustrated

I just dropped off my car to have a top glass replacement at the Agoura Hills Tesla Center. The glass needs to be replaced right away because it's rattling and I think it's a danger might come down on my head while I'm driving back to San Jose where I live. The representative there a very nice guy Told me they had the glass and it might be a couple days before they can install it and suggested I leave the car there right then and there. Problem is I am stranded and have to get a hotel and transportation on my own. Tesla has been great in the past with giving Uber vouchers and or a loaner car Matt told me "we don't do that. Sorry I know this is not what you want to hear. "Anyway, I was left walking down the street in an area. I have no idea where I am or what this place is about. Looking for a hotel room on foot I feel really let down by Tesla these days when I first got the car!it seemed like I'd walk into a service center and it was all smiles and happiness and now when I walk in there, it's all human doom and gloom, I think I'm going to sell this car and terminate my relationship with driving teslas or associating myself with the Tesla brand. You guys have sunken in all levels of brand recognition, service, and quality control. My top level glass cracked while I was in cold weather. It does not seem like that is something I should have to pay for but that's just me anyway I'm done venting one very pissed off Tesla, customer who is no longer going to be a Tesla customer.

Good morning, I placed my order for Model X in 2021. In 2023 finally it arrived and I was out of country that time taking care of my mother she's 82 years and was really sick and Edmonton dealership manager pressured me to come back to canada as quickly as possible and accept my delivery. I get told they will maximum wait for me 2 weeks. Some how I was able to manage all this and came back on time to accept my delivery for my car.

I was excited and signed my contract and all the paperwork since January 12th and today is January 30th and I still don't have my car because they found out my car has several defects issues when it arrived and Tesla certified shop try to fix those but they did terrible job on fixing those defects. Today I found out there's something is still missing on my car that was due to Tesla manufacture issues. And it says car is under repair until February 3rd. How's that fair with client has to pay for the full month payment/car insurance payment when I don't even have my car. Very very and very disappointed ?

I spent tons of money on my new car / spent money installing Nema plug/ accessories and lot more but I don't have my car in my hand. Since last 2 weeks my car is being bounced around dealership to mechanic and mechanic to dealership. Very disappointed with my purchase.

All my excitement went to zero level very disappointed ?. I was in tears today when I heard there's another issue with Tesla manufacturing products itself in my car ?

All my money I invested into car and accessories hope doesn't get wasted. Hope to hear from you guys soon and resolved this matter ASAP.

Edmonton Tesla dealership customer service representative ( Harsh) was very nice and helpful but in general I'm disappointed with Tesla products/ customer services .

I would not own another Tesla product or any other Elon Musk product if it was given to me for free. His blatant disregard for the customers who purchased vehicles from Tesla and helped build the brand is a case study in CEO idiocy.Tesla and Elon have proven they don't care about anything other than sales. The massive price cut that devalued EVERY car previously sold to customers is unforgivable and I hope it bankrupts the company. I will divest my 2922 Model S Plaid and cancel my Starlink as soon as humanly possible.

I have been with Tesla for 6 years and I'm thinking going with Lucid the first car I got was amazing customer service plus the car experience was great then 3 years ago I got the new suv with full package and from day one it sucked with the excuse of COVID I had to pick it up myself from the parking lot like you pick up a banana from the grocery store . No special treatment to customers anymore then I had all different kind of problems with the car but since they want me to go there to the service at Tesla and wait there for hours until they help me plus they don't want to give you a loaner anymore they even stingy with the Uber and Uber does it work to go pick up your child from school and take them to other classes but they don't get it. I decided to keep the car until I can not drive it again to avoid all the loss of time and energy dealing with the mediocre customer service reps at Springfield NJ . My car screen keeps shutting down at least once a week some apps do not function anymore every other day I need to reboot it is a mess so much for paying 10000 extra for the self driving fixture and now is threading me to shut it down bc they couldn't feel my hands on the wheel. That extra fixtures sucks not worthy at all!!! Bottom line I'm waiting for my lease to finish and I'm going for a Lucid SUV so goodbye Tesla ! We'll done Elon Musk you are so into your rockets and stupid twister that you forgot about the best thing you created and let it crashed by putting incompetent people to work for you
