Terrible customer service! I order a bundled product (Table, keyboard, and USB adapter) for $255. For 6 days the order screen said "We are putting your order together and it will be shipped shortly." On the 7th day I get an email that says the item is out of stock. I can see on their website that each individual componant is avilable right now and I can order them individually for about $360 right now. I told them I wanted what I order and was told was being prepared for shipping, but they would not budge. It was their mistake, not mine, and they were completely unwilling to fix it.

Horrible customer service dept. Everyone in it. Ordered and paid for a monitor. Billed me for a different product. Shipped a damaged product. Would not cross-ship the correct one. Took weeks to send replacement after I confirmed they had received the returned product. Customer Service rep was rude. Their manager was only slightly less rude. Will NEVER order from TigerDirect again.

your customer service stinks- I tried for 3 hours erly pm trying to cancel order and got same omessage adnausium- noone can take this long to get a real person. Will never recommend this site for anyone!!!

The HP computer was great except for one thing.
IT WAS A LEMON.
Tdirect would not replace it...there was some unseen disclaimer.
So, I called HP and they grudgingly replaced it.

We bought a tv and a dongle for 244.12. they shipped the tv and canceled the dongle after tv shipped and two days later. They charged us 719.99 instead. Wont contact us or fix the problem. out of so much money, have not gotten anything yet. had to contact cc instead. Illegal unauthorized charge from these horrible guys.

I will give my recent experience with TigerDirect.com the MOST NEGATIVE ever in on-line purchasing. They took my order; I paid via PAYPAL; THEY NEVER SHIPPED; wouldn't provide me information when I asked; etc. etc. I finally got my money deposited back to PAYPAL. My advise to anyone: BEWARE !
