I lost my Visa flex card having trouble getting it replace. First time, I call Jan. 17 today's date Feb 6. Customer service don't how handle. They send to flex card, they send back to UHC

Uhc I thought was great now I when use my grocery ucard at Kroger today wount not even accept the card after call this uhc 12 atemps plus it denied me so after 11/2 hrs with all my food I walked out empty handed he said a problem with the strip bk of card had problem s so I should got a new card no card and no dam.gros this card wount even work this is to times I filled my buggy up was turned down fix it or I change my service soon this card sucks and com service never fixed it I wount s new card send and if it didn't work am.done

Unfortunately, united healthcare customer service/patient advocate is a disappointing. Lack of knowledge how to assist customer therefore the rep just cold transferred us to a different area. This was after being on the call with them for 40 mins then just transferred. Took another 40 mins for the 2nd rep. Finally asked for the supervisor that took another hour to complete a simple pcp change request. Im helping my elderly cancer patient mom. I dont know how she would be able to navigate in her own doing this. Insurance company need to do a better job helping are aged population.

I want online Jan 1 to pay my internet bill with ucard. Today jan 31 my bill still hasn't been paid. I keep getting switched around to different agents no one knows how to help.

UnitedHealthCare rolled out their New health benefit car called the UCard for millions of insurance members in January. This card is suppose to be used for otc items (specific), foods that are "healthy" (no sugar, no supplements if not on "approved List"), OR help pay utilities (if on approved list). I used part of my benefits to pay a 98.00 electric bill on Jan 3rd. As of Jan 30th Not Paid!

Until this year I was mostly satisfied with my UHC Medicare advantage plan until this year when they changed to the UCard for their rewards plan. It is complicated, and too restrictive. I can't use it anywhere except grocery stores, pharmacies and Walmart. I used to be able to use them for gasoline or going out to eat. Had I known this I would have shopped for another plan for this year and will definitely shop for a new plan for 2024. Not happy!

Total waste of time and money, it's only good at Walmart and 1 I don't shop at Walmart due to the way they have destroyed our economy and local businesses. 2 They have been complete and total a-holes when I became Ill with Cancer and stopped driving, couldn't get in and get a State ID due to mobility issues, and the State also screwing me over about getting a new copy of my birth certificate also another state or Government sponsored Scam to rip people off. 3 Our store is a small Walmart and it's clearly posted on their Corporate website that they are closing down all express Walmart locations this year. I also hate that they are not even paying the employees minimum wage in an under the table deal that they and the City Council put together to keep a store open that destroyed all of our local businesses and now isn't even cooperating with State and Federal Laws.Then again when did Walmart ever start worrying about State,Local, and Federal Government Laws? I asked some very specific questions about this POS Useless card before I got lied too, and basically told that I had to take it. Things like that I could use it to pay for my electric bills, but they have never heard of it, with no expiration date on the card and no credit card information no way to know what or where to even start to process it. I have since been told that I have to wait and take all of my bills with me to the local $h#t-Mart and go through them so that they can get a processing fee for every bill that I want to pay for if I want to use this $hi##y card/service! I was again told that I was going to be able to use it on Amazon or any other site that I wanted to purchase from. I also live in A low-income Housing apartment Complex, and I specifically asked if it would raise my rent, since I had to sign a agreement with the landlord to report that if my income or benefits are increased by more than $100.00 a month I have to immediately contact them and do a full income verification and disclosure form. I am also now more than ever sure that I was deliberately lied to when I specifically asked if the benefits would in anyway possible increase or effect my rent! I have been told that other tenants that have already reported that they have received the benefit have also had their rent increased by several hundred dollars a month. This is why I have not applied for Leap and Snap, other benefits that I am eligible for and probably would make my life a lot easier and have a beneficial impact on my health issues as well. I am currently having to deal with the fact that my apparent flooded on Christmas Eve and my Appointment Management Company has not done anything about it, I had 3 inches of water standing in it Christmas morning, that has now turned to mold and I have called every State Local, and Federal Government Agencies and they are as useless as this benefit card is and the people who are answering the phones are at this time. I never get the same answer twice, and they lie constantly, I have demand that they cancel this bull$h#t benefits plan and all that they do is mail me a new card and claim the last one has a problem with it. I also seem to remember that we have laws still in this country that allow for fair competition and that they are required to let every business compete you can't just make us spend our Government benefits at $h#t-mart and only at $h#t-mart! I refuse to shop there and I am not going to keep the benefits that raise my rent just for the privilege to spend all of my money at $h#t-mart and only Shit-mart! I spoke to a friend who owns the one local store that is still in business, and told them what I knew about the Useless Card, and how they were basically just good at $hit-mart, they contacted several other stores and businesses in the State and they are now working on a class action lawsuit against this monstrosity of a mess, and I hope that they put these lying A.zz-hats where they belong! Now if someone would do something about the apartment management company and the fact that they are not doing anything about the flood damage or to clean up the mess they have left to turn into black mold and mushrooms, other nasty issues in 4 apartments. Like all the other Agencies that feed off of the Federal Government all that you care about is getting your money and keeping people from knowing what is really going on in and behind the scenes. I will be contacting MSNBC, HUFFPOST, CNN, and any other news organizations that I know of that might have a interest in doing a story about this and the corruption in the low income housing system and government lack of overall oversight, they just want to handout money and not have to make sure that people are not stuffing most of it if not all of it into their own pockets!

I was on the phone for four hours the other day trying to get my United over the counter card to work and I told the woman on the last call I've been on the phone for four hours any way she took all my information from my card and then she's telling me that Excel energy doesn't exist when I've been paying a bill through them for 30 years and she couldn't help me I said let me speak to your supervisor all of a sudden this woman came back on the phone and my bill was paid don't put up with them telling you something can't happen ask for their supervisor

I received my U card and misplaced it,on Dec21,I reported it.It was the first one I had received and I could use it starting Jan.First,but I misplaced it.I called for a replacement card and I still don't have it.I get lied to Everytime I call.Its been five weeks.I don't Have my supplies.Please send my card and stop lying to me. I had a ride scheduled for an MRI. THIS WAS A VERY IMPORTANT TEST. I CALLED 5 DAYS AHEAD TO SCHEDULE THE RIDE AND CONFIRM IT THE DAY BEFORE AND IN THE MORNING. I WAS LEFT WAITING FOR 1 1/2 HOURS CALLING AND BEGGING THEM TO SEND MY RIDE. IT NEVER SHOWED UP AND I MISSED MY MRI. A week later, I called, scheduled for another ride to go see my primary care doctor. I was stood up again and had to go to the emergency room. I filed a complaint twice and I am afraid of depending on their service
I am going to call a taxi and have to pay for my own rides because Logistics Transportation doesn't do anything to get you to the medical office and MRI. You will die waiting on them by not being able to get your medical care. I am 75 year's old and I need reliable transportation.

Since begining of the year is I have called 6 or 7 times to resolve a issue to they never understand what I am talking about or they just seem incompetent ,lazy ,or just dumb They obviously need a lot more training I have just gone with United healthcare my previous provider was much more professional I am already having regrets about switching to humana

I just finished my 4th call with United Healthcare. Each time I was handed off to multiple customer service people to whom I related the same problems. Each time, I was told my application wasn't complete and that they would complete it. Each time I went through the info again and was told all was well and I'd receive the card in 7-10 days. So far, it hasn't happened. There is an option for reviewing the phone call. I opted to do that each time but when the conversation is over, the program or service rep cuts the call. Way to go United. I would do something else but I already cancelled my other insurance.

I called in to see if the Skopco Optical in my town was in network. After going through the automated system which told me that my member number was invalid, I talked to a representative who Spoke terrible English and said he could help me. After 5 minutes on hold, the phone rang and another representative answered, I asked her and she assured me that she could help me and wouldn't push me on to someone else. After being on hold for another 5 minutes, she transferred me to someone else. Again someone with broken English and she put me on hold. After 10 minutes on hold I hung up!! Has to call Shopko to find out!! Will be getting other insurance in customer service isn't any better!! My brother said he went though the same thing!!

AARP UHC has decided that in 2023 we should now have 3 cards: a regular insurance card, a "U Card" and a "Flex" card. I misplaced my Flex card and there is nowhere on the website to order a new one (major oversight by UHC) so I messaged customer service in December. They said I had to wait until January 1. I called in January. After explaining multiple times that I needed a FLEX card and not a U card to a Chinese CSR, she verified that they would send out a new FLEX card. That's not what happened. She deactivated my UCard, which I do have but now doesn't work, and activated a FLEX card that I don't have. I tried to call back in and the next Chinese CSR I got told me she couldn't pull up my account and I now have to wait until after January 15th to call back. Whoever is managing this rollout at UHC either needed more time or better help. And CSRs are usually rated in number of calls/efficiency but not necessarily accuracy. Further, using ESL CSRs is a mistake for a rollout like this. What a disaster. Who knows what card I'll get and when.

awful to call number, they lie, transfer you to different departments, that is after 45 minutes on hold, do not speak or understand english, i am handicapped, my wife in a wheel chair, they promised 10 days ago to email us the name of company we should use to transport hrt to dr visit, no response, have called 3 times in past few days, no help and just keep transferiing me to another department who does the same

Today i spent 45 minutes on the UHC customer service merry go round and hung up without a resolution. I am sure they are saving money by outsourcing their customer service to Asian countries. However, it would be nice if they spoke English or some semblance of English, understood what the products are and then understand what the customer was saying. I had to explain 6!!! times what I wanted and they still got it wrong. That is when I hung up.

United Healthcare was one of the most horrible experience I have had when trying to help my 88 years old mother. It is a disgrace that they are allowed to swindle our elderly who have worked all their lives and want to live with a piece of mind. Everything I called for assistance the reply was her plan doesn't cover that. When asked what does it cover, there was not a direct response. How can I file a complaint and get my mother better assistance? Someone please help and direct me to true, caring, and righteous agencies.

You have the worst customer service every! People with broken accent to listen to senior citizens, who can barely hear and definitely can't understand nothing their saying! They don't understand what we're saying, because they don't know the needs of senior citizens! Such as a stairlift, lift chair bars for the bathroom to get in and out of the bathtub! You need good English speaking senior citizens who knows and understand what other senior citizens needs are! I think you hire the type of person on purpose! It's a insult to we senior citizens to have to go through this everytime w need a question answer! Please ? please ?! Have someone call me, so I can notify coa if you cover these items or not! Mistreating senior citizens by raising their blood pressure, sugar, HEART rates!

I submitted claims for reimbursement from my FSA only to have the claims disappear from their web site. I have the emails that they were processed, but no information about their status. The claims disappear from the site and no mention of any communication or documentation is available. Customer service says, "It takes time to update the website" It didn't take time for them to remove it in the first place, marking the status as denied should have been even more simple.

I have UHC Insurance Coverage! I have over the counter benefits! I have tried to order food on numerous occasions! Every time I order the product or products are never available! Out of Stock Always!! Do you all not update when Walmart restocks it? This is getting pretty old that you can't even order food u want or need! Someone needs to take care of the ordering problem! I'm sick of it!!
