I've NEVER had one problem with VP! I've had to call the company once before, just so they could add more items in my profile! I'm calling again today, to have even more added! I love, love, love, VP!

I have been using Vistaprint for my companies business cards, postcards and other products for 6 years now. Anytime I have ever had a problem with a product they have replaced it at no cost. It is an internet based company, if you aren't new to a computer you should be fine. I am really suprised by the negative comments. Best prices and fastest service i have found.

I am amazed at the negative comments here! I have used Vistaprint for 5 years. Business cards, Post Cards and Magnetic Signs. They have always been perfect and delivered on time!

Since my last post, I have been able to contact Vistaprint (by using the 'new customer' method) and would like to report that we agreed that they would replace half of my business card order at no charge. Yes, it is difficult to get in touch with the company, but they were very pleasant when I did, and the result was fair and satisfactory.

I have been using Vistaprint for years and they are certainly a legitimate and respectable company. Their customer service is outstanding, ready to help and very respectful of customers. I have no complaints whatsoever. They offer free products and all you pay is shipping. True, the shipping costs are higher than average, but consider that you're getting the product for free and they have to make adjustments. I have had some issues where a product arrived defective, but customer service either reordered the product or refunded my shipping cost. Sometimes they ask you to send them the defective product so that they can investigate the problem it has. This is good follow up on their part. Regarding their customer service, it seems that Vistaprint is now using an automated service for some customers while others continue to receive live help. I figured out that those who get free products get the automated service while those paying purchase price for orders get live customer service. This is the only complaint I now have against Vistaprint -- they seem to be discriminating against the customers that they themselves entice with free products.

I have used Vistaprint for two websites and ordered product. I have found the sites easy to use; the support from staff on the phone was pleasant and helpful; the products came quickly and are beautiful. I have recommended this company to anyone who wants to know. Thank you!

I have used VistaPrint many times and have ALWAYS found their customer service reps to be VERY polite, and EXTREMELY helpful.

I did buy an ink stamper once that was defective upon arrival. I called the number (which was included on the package invoice, by the way) and they sent me a new one OVERNIGHT.

With the volume a company like VistaPrint must handle, there will always be problems with some orders -- it's the nature of imperfection. And there will ALWAYS be customers who are perpetually dissatisfied.

I'm a very happy repeat-customer.

Vista Print is an excellent company. Great customer service, price and products. I have never had any issues in my four years of spending more than $4000 with them for my marketing needs. So instead of blaming them you should take responsibily for ordering things you don't want. It clear list all the things you are ordering 3 times before you place the actual order. Stop clicking on random stuff you don't want and you won't get charged it's that simple.

I have been a customer of Vistaprint for years, for both personal and business uses. I have always been happy with the products I have ordered and once you locate their customer service number (you do need to be a detective for this!) I have always found the reps to be of the utmost help. I have NEVER been ripped off by this company. In fact,the one time I did have an unexplained delay in shipping time, I received a full credit for the product. I highly recommend Vistaprint.

I have used Vistaprint for years and (aside from the lack of weekend C/S\) have been very happy with their quality, speed and help from telephone agents, who have often helped me with modifications to layout, alignment, etc on the business cards I´ve ordered... over 30 orders.

I have ordered biz cards and a few items such as T-shirts, Rubber stamps, return address labels, and card holders. Never a problem.
