I have a Vivitar Wireless Retro Boombox V60098BT and I would like batteries for it, but I cannot find them. I called Customer Service but I could not understand him. I really want to buy the batteries but I cannot find them on line.

My husband purchased a drone that did not work when he opened the package. Call Vivitar the customer service team there told me to send it back as it was within the first 30 days of purchase and they would replace it at no charge. Sent the product back and Customer Support told me allow 2-3 weeks to receive the replacement. Never received the drone this is now the 4th week not including the weekends. Call and its always allow 2 days extra because they are behind. Total calls have been 5 times and just get the runaround. Very Disappointed with Vivitar.

I recently purchased your Body Styler #PGV005-RED. I have tried to use it twice. I am disappointed with its performance. It does not cut hairs cleanly. Instead, it pulls the hairs and as a result does not give a nice trim. If I kept the receipt of purchase I would return it. I will not recommend this product to my friends.

Very poor customer support for Vivitar Phoenix Drone which is just over 1 year old and does not connect to camera.

Worst service as a company. If you need something escalated you get a separate phone number that will not answer or return calls. Been waiting over a week for a callback. Light ring missing parts and will not receive in time for holidays.

Do NOT buy the Vivitar digital scale. Failed to work after just a few weeks. The most disappointing is that the company will not back up their warranty on their products.

This company is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They do not have replacement blades for my Vivitar DRC -LS10. When ever I call they tell me to go back to the store I purchased the drone from. They told me to look on line. The blades for my Vivtar-LS10 are no where to be found on line. Just now they told me to send my drone back and they would replace it. Why would I send a perfectly good drone back when the only thing I need to replace is the drone blades? I have wasted my money and feel as though I have been taken. The drone itself is a great drone. But, I just want replacement blades. Trust me. The drones can't be found at Walmart, Target, Best Buy, are any store on line that sells drones. That includes E-Bay and Amazon. I will tell anyone. Please do not purchase anything from the Phoenix Company pertaining to the Vivitar Phoenix Drone LSX10. Great drone but bad costumer service. It is sad when a company does not have parts in stock at all. I don't know why because the Vivitar Phoenix Drone is very popular.

Concerning the 2 in 1 refracting telescope and microscope combo set. This should have been listed as a child's toy. All plastic,the microscope doesn't weigh enough to hold it in place,don't know how your supposed to look at anything. Can barely see the back yard with the telescope. There's zero chance any of it will withstand more than a few uses. Very disappointed when I saw the quality. Complete waste of any amount of money. Obviously the only point to this set is to make the company money and give the customer something they can't use. I will never ,ever buy from vivitar again. I feel ripped off and cheated. If you don't want to mislead your customers amend your description of this product. Better yet,quit selling it cause it's a joke.

2 calls to Corp. which was recommended by the Texh.. NO return call , no problems resolved, system doesn't work even after upgrading internet and purchasing a $350 game router .. everything internet in my home works perfectly except their cameras .. what a joke .. the father at camera was less than 20 feet from router and wouldn't link after 1 1/2 hours with a tech and replacing camera with others . Stay away from these .. they're cheap for a reason - Corporate treated me like an inconvenience .. Corperate very rude to deal with .. perfessionals at running you in a circle ..

Bought this camera to take on a once in a lifetime trip to Scotland and Ireland. We went for 3 weeks. Took over 400 pictures, got home and managed to recover less than a dozen. The camera is garbage, sent all of our chips away to professional recovery company (Kodak) and they couldn't recover any. I now have it available, along with a hammer, for the next person who walks into my house with anger issues. Don't buy this piece of crap. Wasted a lifetime of memories on that trip, thanks to your cheap product.

I Am Trying To Reach Vivitar Experience Image Center. I Have Unique Serial Number Which Is C. When I Tried To Open The Web Site To Download For Windows, All I Get Is Error.

I Tried It Again And Now It Will Not Let Me Use It As It Says That I Am Only Allowed One Download Per Serial Number - I Could Not Ever Get The Download At All. What Can I Do Now?

The customer service of Vivitar is horrible. I left several messages regarding 2 broken cameras I sent back to them for reimbursement and noone is returning my phone calls.

I guess they don't care about their reputation. I noticed that several other people gave bad reviews. If they don't improve their service, they will be next in line for bankruptcy of their company. I suggest you all get your act together before you all lose your jobs.

My original Vivicam went wrong under warranty It took them 4 weeks to replace The replacement went wrong 16 weeks ago and despite promises have never sent replacement. The last promise was 3 weeks ago I intend now taking action via the County court on line for cost of camera Time spent and diruption caused
I would advise strongly against buying Vivitar as their warranty service is non existant
