hi i am a costumer with wind for just over 3 months now and i am not impressed with your costumer service and how wind stores employees are trained.. i have 2 phones with wind and i come to find out i have no reception where where i live or where im going to live... now my story is that i went back to the wind store and they sent me away twice saying the phone is fine and i have reception where i live i called wind when i received my first bill i had wind away charges that when i found out that i have no reception where i live and where i just bought my house now technical support has bin trying to see whats going on with my phone after they no i have no reception now its bin a month since i asked no call back... now tell me if what i asking is wrong i want to return the phones like i wanted to do in the first 2 weeks which they didn't allow me to now what im asking is to return the phones and i dont want to get no charges or to pay my last months i want out of this contract or i and 3 other people that i told to wright to you will take this to the media

Bought a new phone want to upgrade the phone which I bough and you still sell it was 249.00dollars trade value of the phone which is only 3months old is 0dollars called customer service answer not my problem can't do anything about it I do not agreed only want to upgrade it with the plan I do not want to go elsewhere but if no choose I will and Facebook will know what wind means to me and other sites to I work in retail word of mouth goes very far so can you help me pleases thanks for listening to my problem ps I bought two phones not one

Bought my daughter a phone with Wind in June 2012. Have had major service issues and phone issues since. Phone was determined to be warranties and they "think" it's the reason for the poor service, yet they charge my monthly bill for the charges they themselves claim I shouldn't even have due to the phone malfunctioning....unbelievable. They constantly say sorry, yet do nothing to fix the problem. The warranty phone still has yet to come in after 2 months and my daughter's phone often doesn't even work. The customer service reps are extremely uneducated by means of Winds phone products and issues. When requesting a supervisor, I am always told I will have a call back within 24 - 48hours and that has yet to ever happen. I have to call back 3 days later and what do I get everytime "oh sorry mam". I sent an email about the problem and the fact it is still not resolved after 2 months to their email address that was provided by a customer service rep. I get a response to the email to contact customer service. Then I responded to that email and then got a second email that once again they were sorry and a supervisor will get back to me in 24 - 48 hours...where have I heard that before. I don't need the customer service supervisor getting back to me, I want someone from their corporate office to get back to me. I have never seen a phone provider like this ever! My son and I are with Virgin Mobile and never have service issues for customer service issues..but due to be locked into a plan (which also was never explained to us properly) where the phone is free up front and with every bill you pay a portion goes to paying down the phone. If I cancel the plan they want me to pay $480 for the BB Torch...yes, the same phone that is warranties! LOL! Craziest thing I have ever seen!

Have issues with Wind's wonky billing. For no apparent reason I have been charged overages on my cell phone plan. Getting billed for non-billable usage such as Wind-to-Wind calling and province wide minutes up to 100 per month. Any unused provincial minutes were to be rolled over to the next month, however I am being charged for minutes I have accumulated over 3 years. Plus, wind-to-wind calling is a non-chargeable part of my cellphone plan. There appears to be a breach of contract on Wind's part as they are not honouring what is stipulated. If the plan had changed somewhere along the line, I was not notified and there is nothing on their website indicating any changes.
I've tried contacting customer service to no avail and am waiting back for a response to a message I had sent.
Wind was OK until about last month, however seems to going downhill with their plans and their customer service.
We just can't get a break here in Canada. I've tried the other big 3 cell service providers and have had problems with all of them in terms of customer service, billing and fairness. About time to think about becoming a luddite. No more technology because it's too disruptive to my life. Think about how we have become slaves to our devices!!!!

very bad service, never seen this beofre, just want to get rid of the customer. they must be in for quick buck and then sell to some other lack of service provider!
They lie and lie and lie. Low cost provider with even lower/lowest of lows. Very bad even by canadian standards! all these regulations and still these con men make it into the market. who didthey pay off

Once again Windmobil has managed to lower the bar for customer service and reliability. NEVER seen anything like these people. The used car sales people of wireless industry. Incpmetent, yes they are all from top to bottom. what amazes me about this business modle is that it is all INTENTIONAL. They are trained like that; to dismiss, be rude, insult your intelligence, argue, argue and argue. They are very good liars, bold afce and professional. I can tell you I have NEVER seen this animal before ANYWHERE. Avoid like the plague!

My cellular service is pretty good, the plans are more than reasonably priced. Just pray you don't ever have to call in to have something resolved they never know what they're doing, ever, ...from the call center level right down to the retail store who doesn't even answer their phones it goes straight to voicemail. They don't even bother setting up the voice mail.
