Had one hell of a time trying to get a hold of any one, I tried random 3 digit sequences and then finally got someone who was at there desk to only be sent to someone who want not at there desk.

Names more than likely spelled wrong.

I couldn't get in touch with them over the phone. When I emailed them they took ages to respond. It helped me in the end but it took FOREVER.

Wacoms customer service is lower than many I have experienced in the UK. I'm not quite sure who deals with customer complaints, or inquiries, but I do know that they treat you as though you have no name and no voice. Their stylus pen for ipad is faulty, the nib splits for no apparent reason. They do not refund or give a free nib if it's over four weeks since purchase, yet this is an issue which many people have found int his product.
It's a con and they obviously are out to make money out of the customer and not know the meaning of customer service. A £4.90 nib, offered additional to the one in the stylus wouldn't hurt them, and then to know that it's faulty and keep selling it is underhand. I shall never spend my money with them again. No company such as this deserves loyal customers. Just do a search on their faulty products and how they don't want to help customers. It will stop you buying from them. More people need to know pre purchase, or you will not be getting any help at a later date from their customer service dept. Whoever they are, hiding behind generic emails.

Customer service is so poor, I no longer wish to use any products from this company.
My product broke after a few months of use. I called customer care, who kept calling me by the wrong name even after I corrected him, then directed me to a webpage where I could repurchase my product. So I tried to email customer care instead, and after emailing back and forth with the same woman all week, she FINALLY said, "I'll send a new pen as a one time only courtesy." She had made me feel like I was trying to lie and cheat her, so I told her to keep the pen and kiss my service goodbye. What a pain. I do not recommend purchasing from this company, because after their products fail you, their customer service team will insult your integrity.
