Worst customer service and help service company currently out there. Blizzard has made many high rated games such as Starcraft, Diablo, and Warcraft however their customer service and the way they treat their customers is horrible. With over 11 million blizzard customers they fail to meet reasonable customer services. I just waited an hour and 13 minutes to solve a billing problem and the lady was just rushing to get me off the phone to meet her daily customer quo, and i still did not get my problem resolved. With the money Blizzard is racking in and the amount of money im paying for to play the game is ridiculous. Blizzard deserves the lowest possible rating for how they treat their customers.

Once you get ahold of people they are top notch. BUT they have failed to hire enough people, and buy enough phones. 1+ hour waits or an automated call back later message are very common.

Pull your head out of your corporate ass blizz.

Unfortunatly I also have to give a negitive ratig here. My account was hacked last Aug. E-mail claimed I was using cheats ( I had not logged in in almost a year). They do get it fixed and I put it on back burner waiting for the new expansion to start playing again. I spend 40 dollars and go to install it, low and behold account is banned again. I have not logged in at all since the issue was fixed. Funny thing is I played for years with out an issue. With in weeks of going to the battle.net login I started havnig issues and they have never stopped.

It really is unbelievable that a company that makes so much money can be so pathetic with their customer and billing support.

It should be illegal what they do. They have taken money from me with no authorisation and there is no way for me to contact them.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! OR TELL YOU TO RING BACK LATER.

I've tried for days not hours but days to call them as if I have this time to waste!

So I buy a d/l of cataclysm believing that i will be able to log on "one minute after servers go live". And I am still trying repeatedly to log on 40 minutes later...

Account Closure NO SERVICE.

First they give me a suspension now they close my account for something I NEVER DID. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. The game isn't all that great anyway, just big. I've had it with being charged and not being able to play.

I would like to know who bright idea it was to wipe out all the quest I have done and how your going to reimburse me for all the money and time I spent doing on those quest you might have all the time and money but your customers do not

My account got hacked. I let them know while it was still going on, and not only did the hacker go on to get complete control of the account, but they keep referring me to a phone line which is always full and doesnt even give the option to wait.

First and foremost: I enjoy the game. But, theres too many drawbacks to overlook.


-The whole server goes down at least once a week for "maintenance," in which time you cant login or play for at least 24hrs. Considering I pay monthly to play, its outrageous.

-Players get kicked of the server constantly due to connectivity issues. My thought is that they have oversold the game, without the backbone servers in place to support the millions of users. There is a marked increase of crashes that directly coincide with their advertising campaigns. When aggressive advertising is up, alot more new players are being added all at once and "boom" I cant play without sitting in a game queue for hours.

-Also, constant expansion purchases are required, on top of monthly fees. (parents take note if your kid gets hooked its going to be costly)

-Third parties have taken over the auction house, which is a vital part of the game for leveling. They buy cheap items, grossly inflate the prices, and then resell the items in game. The profit, in wow gold, is sold for real world dollars online.

Do yourself a favour if you haven't bought the game already; DONT BOTHER and save yourself alot of future headaches

Worst customer service ever!! I have tried to resolve a problem with their WOW Downloader.exe runtime error for 2 weeks!! 2 hr wait on phone for nothing! Several emails back and forth, no resolution. Even though it is the WOW program causing the problem, noone at Blizzard knows how to fix it! What a horrible waste. I love playing WOW but HATE Blizzard and their screwed up upgrades!

I plan to file a complaint if my issue isn't resolved in a timely manner. I watch to many people wait for the blizzard BS to just have to buy a whole new account and game.. Now my account has been hacked and I"M NOT DEALING WITH BS.. It's the wow server that has compromised our accounts not our account being hacked by our networks! Think about it .,,, My fire walls are so tough I have to fill in all the secondary questions to review my bank account balance!

They just dont care. I have two accounts and one had been hacked and told me I needed authenticator. I was talking in game to the hacker on my other account telling him to stop. Watched him go to guild bank and he laughed at me. Tried to get GM, no use. Tried calling, too many callers cant get through.... Should be called Customer Disservice.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is a joke, a five year old can do better than this. It took my 2 HOURS of holding for them to pick up and then they couldn't even help me with my problem. If you are even thinking about buying from blizzard please think again.

I was robbed by blizzard!!! I haven't used my account in a few months, bought a 2 month time card, played about five days before blizzard locked me out by placing an authenticator code on it. they claim my account has been involved in illegal trade or selling. just like most wow players i get spammed emails from people claiming to be wow. to make a long story short they locked me out because someone has my email address. i have not been hacked, all my accounts and my character and online money, everything is still there and just the way i left it. been locked out for over 3 weeks now with nothing but automated emails. phone pretty much doesn't work, i can't even get in the phone cue. very questionable company here, to take monthly payments from me to treat me like that. And i'm sure i'm not the only one they've done that to. Too bad cause the game is fun. i wonder if starcraft 2 is gonna have these kinda problems cause if so, fun or not, just not worth the trouble, i paid $45 to play 5 days and the thing that pisses me off is that they place the blame on me, without any apology or refund of any kind

Same for me. HACKED AND 2 DAYS OF FULL QUES. NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE. LOVE HOW THEY PUT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THIS ON THE CONSUMER AND DON'T FIND A FIX FOR IT THEMSELVES. HELL THEY PROBABLY HACK IT FOR THEMSELVES TO TRY AND GET US TO BUY THAT KEY GENERATOR. IF THAT KEY GENERATOR STOPS PEEPS FROM HACKING IN WHY DON'T THEY PACKAGE IT WITH THEIR PRODUCT. !@#$#@$%

The worst customer support of any game I have ever played in over 15 years. 4+ day wait time on any action even if your stuck is the normal even stated by their own employes. Calling will take hours to get through for the same result. Rampant account hacking like no other game I have ever seen.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! not only were they unable to answer any of my questions, but failed to get back to me and left me out of pocket and ripped off. So i offer this a warning of caution. If you buy and blizzard product be prepaired to buy a new one if it brakes or malfunctions.

The new patch came out on tuesday. It ran auto as always but when the screen to accept Terms of use came up...nada..no curser. I have spent days trying to fix it. The most troubling thing is I cannot get a hold of anyone at WOW support to help me.Can't even get on a waiting list....this tells me that they have huge issues with the game and that thay do not hire enough people to assist players with tech issues such as mine. How frustrating! You would think that with 11 million ppl playing the game that they could afford to hire the amount of tech support ppl to help their players. I'm ready to drop wow sadly....I've been a player for 3 yrs now.I'm not sure if WOW really cares or reads these notes......I don't want to be a cash cow anymore...I brought sooo many players to WOW. This is my reward....no support, no help.

Absolutely terrible. My account was robbed by a hacker, so I ask for a restore, add authenticator and think good to go. Had to wait almost a week for the restore. Then when I receive the e-mail about the restored characters they locked my account so that I cannot access anything. Tried e-mailing account support and GM's but no responses. Can't even get into the queue for the phone support. Because the account is locked I am not allowed to even post to the forums to seek help. This game's service is garbage. If they do not at least make an attempt to improve the service they will not be getting my $50 for cataclysm.

I'm new to WoW, So I went to upgrade my trial, and had some trouble, but I eventually searched around and was able to download it.. well, somehow or another I have two now, my trial and the one I bought, I only wanted to upgrade my trial X_X

So I thought, hey I'll call customer service, should be a snap for them to fix, right? lmao
I can't even get ON the waiting list... This company has the worst customer service I've ever seen.

My account was compromised. I was locked out of my account. I have been e-mailing them. I tried to call for 3 days by spamming their call center but can't even make it into their queue due to too many calls.

In short Blizzard has the worst customer service out of any company I have ever dealt with. In game the GMs can be pretty helpful if you can reach one. I suspect Activision us simply using Blizzard as a cash cow and is not concerned about the customers slowly dropping off.

Now that Blizzard has sold out I will never buy another Blizzard game again.
