I am trying to order replacement spools for my WORX GT Trimmer. But since I do not use credit cards I am no able to place an order I used to be able to send a check in advance for the spools and then I would receive them. Is that still possible

I am calling customer service because I cant place an order on the site ! When I select buy now a screen appears to offer me upgrades . I cant close that screen to place my order . Very Frustrating !!!

Need a reply mulch bag . Have tried to order on website. Nada. Have tried to order by phone. Customer service non-existant. While I like their product their after sale service is reprehensible. At one time this was not the case. Unless company makes vast improvement soon their sales will plunge.

I bought a trimmer, hedge clipper and blower, plus 3 batteries. One battery dead, another lasts 5 minutes the other 10. Been trying to reach WORX for weeks. Today talked to Joshua, after emailing Craig and Brandon. Seems it is all my fault. Bought a battery mount for the wall. Hey guys you can't put that in the garage, must be in a temperature controlled environment. Asked numerous times how long I leave then charging, said I start when I start cutting my grass and when I am done the red light is green, but "I left it in the charge too long", seems you must what batteries like they were an infant, the second the light turns green you must unplug even though they brag that the charger is smart and will not charge a full battery.

These batteries never did what was promised. They stated in their info-mercial that one could trim a football field. I have .2 acres and 3 couldn't do it.

Your customers sevice is really bad I call you yesterday . I didn't get a call back I been calling today since 9am is 12 pm and I'm still waiting., what kind of customer service is this.. you are about to lost a customer and I will let people know that your service is really bad and that you guys don't care about your service

I presently have four different Worx products. I am not having a lot of problems with the products per se (I actually love them!), except one battery not charging well, but my biggest issue is with the customer service. My issue is really a technical difficulty with my online account. I have tried so many times to get through and no matter what, it almost always gets answered by some automated message that says they are experiencing high call volume or technical difficulties and tells you to call back another time. What? Always? ONE TIME I actually got through, but would you believe that when it was time for them to close the phone call was terminated in the middle of the conversation? UNBELIEVABLE!!! Could I get back through to solve the problem? No! Of course not! That was 4 months ago and I still haven't successfully gotten through. I am beginning to think that I may not do any more business with this company because their customer service is very suspiciously giving me the impression that there is NO customer service. It feels like it's just a farse! Furthermore, if they wanted to hear from their customers, why not put an email option on their fancy web site? But alas, not even that exists.

I responded to commercial and ordered blower advertised as $99 at the end of
Call the computer told me my order total was $175.85!!!. I tried calling customer
Service,!!! Good luck with that!! After two hours I gave up and left my number for
a call back. Still waiting!!! My bank account was charged within minutes!!! I will
be at the bank first thing tomorrow to cancel the charge. Will never order anything
from a company that doesn't have a real person to take calls!!!

I order a blower from the commercial i saw, it took so long to get , after i open the
box , my husband told me to return it , not strong enough and expensive.
I have been trying to get the mailing address and phone call are impossible ,they keep you
on hold , i never dealt with a company that does not have a address , be aware .

I have several problems with the Worx tools company.
1. I ordered a replacement battery (18 volt lithiam ) and received an 18 volt ni-cad. I tried to reach customer service. On two different occasions I was on hold for 20 minutes twice (40 minutes total). The third time I left my number for a return call. That call took over 4hrs.to receive. I was unable to answer due to the fact that I was carrying two 70 pound containers of liquid where there was no allowable space to place them down. Luckily for me, I was informed that I could call back at the same number and as it turned out I could wait on hold for another 20 minutes.
2. As a result of the terrific customer service that I received, I contacted my credit card company and stopped payment regarding my order.
3. On July 18, today I made another call to your company. What a delightful experience that was. I called at 2.01 pm pdt I initiated the call and decided to wait on hold until 4:43 pm pdt, at which point your company decided, without any notice, to CANCEL my call. Thank you for that fabulous service
What can I expect from WORX as a remedy to this problem?

My trimmer only worked once. I've had it for 2 months and have only been able to use it 1 time. I waited nearly 3 weeks for a replacement battery that did not fix the problem. Their support line is a joke...agents are NEVER available...even the minute the line opens in the morning. Call backs never arrive. Worst support ever,

I bought my first 18-volt trimmer model wg151.1 in year 2010

After about 8 hours of work, I have been obliged to return to the store because the battery dosen�t charged anymore .. The store has been replaced.

The following year, the same problem is arrived .The store the replaced

This year, same problem : even the faulty battery.

But the store no longer holds this model. Is holding only has the model 24 volts GT2.012 and can not replace my trimmer because it�s not the same model.

I�m very sad.

Your product seem a good quality but the 18 volts battery look a weekness on your trimmer

How can you help me ?

I called at 4:25pm central time on a Tuesday and no one there. If one of your products has a problem there's no service center. This makes them JUNK!

Its well known that your customer support is one of the worst in the industry. That's a shame, because your products are quite good. I own five of them. Since you won't provide us with a real person to speak to, without spending inordinate time chasing rabbit holes, you might get your act together and update your automated order line. To wit: 20V Lithium batteries are not available; and, if you want to order 18V, the cost is $79.00, not 2 for 1, as advertised on your home page. Finally, your track record for battery failures is, quite frankly, a "failure." They are only good for 10--12 charges and die. I keep buying them because I can't get ahold of a real person. Think that's where i came in........(lousy customer service)

Your customer service web site for ordering trimmer spools really is bad, actually it sucks! I have spent the better part of an hour trying to order and finally, out of determination and sheer bull headedness I finally found a number that I could speak with a real person.
Your representative "Eric" helped me get the order placed, Thanks Eric!, good man that.
You IT guys and gals at Torx really have to fix that or be prepared to field lots and lots of irate customer telephone calls, or simply users of the equipment will just junk it and buy a conventional trimmer. Best regards...

girl who told me I did not use it right!!! she stated she would send another...she said instructions would be enclosed..not there.

Plus she sent two. The manual did not say charge battery every 30day. she also said

person using it should not use up the 5% battery. I have a gardener who use it once.So I purchased another. no paper work inside telling me how much I paid...did i pay for two. Are you training help to treat customers

My worx charger for my weed eater that I have used twice is dead! This was a much needed gift and now I have to buy a different weedeater that is a different BRAND!@!!

I purchased a grass trimmer two years ago. Then foolishly bought an extra battery this season. Only to discover my worx keeps dying now, bearings burnt out, somethingthat should not have happened so soon and with the maintenance it received. Its defective. I cannot reach anyone via email, regular mail or phone support. SCREWED

I see there are having a sale on something similar at our local Ace Hardware. I think i'll trade this WORX edger in for some personalize help.

I am having problems with the battery staying charged. After it is charged it works for literally two minutes and then quits – not staying charged long enough to do a whole football field as advertised. I am seriously considering throwing the whole thing away because it is totally non-functional at this point. This trimmer is a waste of money for the length of time that it actually worked per the commercial. Please don’t waste your money on this product.
