Yahoo Positive Customer Service Ratings - page 4

Had created a Yahoo username specifically for use with Flickr, then promptly forgot it (and hadn't written it down). Called the number at the top of this listing, pressed 2, and was quickly connected to an exceedingly helpful and patient young woman, Gaby, who retrieved my yahoo username from my Flickr account and then reset my password to something I *could* remember. Yeah, Gaby. Yeah, Flickr. Yeah, Yahoo. Only thing better would be for the phone # to be made more obvious ... but that would mean more callers and, possibly, poorer service.

I just got off the phone with a lady named Rose, she helped me out so much! She has great customer service! She walked me through the steps/process of what I needed to do. Thank you for your help!

Hey guys just call the toll free #8665627219 and press 2. I was able to talk to a live operator. My question was regarding restting the password, when account has been compromised. They said they will use the information prior to being compromized, to reset the password. I haven't tried it personally but they said they have access to all prior account information and based on that they can reset your password. Hope this helps. ( I called around 5:45PM PST and was able to talk to somebody)

Someone hacked our email account and I contacted Yahoo at this service number. It took two tries but I was given excellent help and the Customer Service rep stayed on the line with me and walked me through all the changes.

I read all of the emails of customers which were very displeased with the services from yahoo. I would just like to add an good expierence to the bad existing ones. I rarely have problems with my free email account. However today I did with email issues. I contacted the customer service who responded by phone quickly and respectfuly. My probblems was corrected in a manner of two mininets with patiece and curersy also leaving me with an reference number in the event there may be futrue problems. I know what it is like to recieve very poor or no cusomer service but I must admit Yahoo came across great. Maybe because of the past negiative feed back or I manage to get one of there best represintives. What ever the reason I am happy and I am so sorry for your bad expiernves

I was having trouble logging in to my email. I actually had to do a password reset last week because somebody also hacked my email. Fortunately for me i was able to get a hold of two persons that is smart and patience. If you call customer service ask for Neil or Stacey...They are great!!!!

I actually had to do a password reset today because someone hacked my email. The bad part about it is if you dont remember your answers to your secret questions then your screwed. I feel as if you know all your information that the ask then they should be able to override the security question. Fortuantely for me i was able to get ahold of someone with sense. If you call customer service ask for Kellie or Taylor...They are great!!!!
