Incorrect. There is no way of contacting zoosk by email. Strange that a website so canny with social media and accessing customer's credit card accounts, insists that said customers use snail mail to contact the company.

Terrible customer service. Phone number that is out of service makes you look shady. Someone online offering to resolve issue (of your site overcharging my credit card) for $20 makes you look even worse. What are you doing? How do you not have a telephone numbers for customers to call you?

FRAUDULENT CHARGES!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE ALL FRAUDS!

I have been charged for an account that I did not create as my email was hacked and my banking information was given. Since January 2016 I have sent an email EVERYDAY asking that these charges be reversed. I have contacted my bank and they cannot get these refunds. This company zoosk namely Shayne and her supervisor, Christian C. refuse to make any kind of restitution for these fraudulant charges. THIS COMPANY SUCKS and should be taken to Court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER ... THEY STEAL MONEY RIGHT OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND DO NOT RETURN EMAILS OR MONEY. THEY OWN ME OVER $209.64.

The payment reports on the Zoosk website do not reflect cancellations.
They have me listed for a 6-month subscription and then charged me monthly in addition by automatically taking money from my credit card. I did not realize that my 6-month subscription had been canceled. They will not remove any of the charges. Be very careful of this company.

Dear Zoosk Staff..I subscribed tonite for 3 months you said you would waive the $24.95 activation fee..So total payment was $74.95..initially I was going to subscribe for 3 months but changed my mind so the $54.95 did not go through...I don't want to be charged two payments only the $74.95 subscription for 3 months..I am an honest person & on a pension so please can you do the right thing by me...I still can't read my messages or have access to the site...Thanking You Jennifer Franzone..Email

My name is andrew masto my subscription was cancelled not to long after I joined was told I would be on for only the three months I paid for and it would automatically be cancelled I just received a charge of five dollars and change in may must be a mistake please credit my card or I will have to call my bank. My wife and I are back together and I keep getting these email notifications from Zoosk. I need this to stop ASAP. My wife is very displease with these continuing emails and it's making us very unhappy. Take my email address off your list because i do not want the advertisment anymore! I'm going to rate your website very poorly and/or even put a law suite against Zoosk for harassment if I don't hear back from you stating that you've respected my wishes. Zoosk is a scam site. You open the account, Zoosk takes your money and blocks your account immediately. Please don't use zoosk anymore.

I just created an account with zoosk and the account was not closed but right after i paid for it, it got closed. Made it look like Zoosk was waiting for me to subscribe before the account would be closed so you can steal my money. But here's the funny joke. If i don't get a refund back in 1hour, i will post all over the internet the scam you are running and watch and see how you will lose customers in the coming year. I will push this all over the internet and i will not stop until i see that zoosk runs out of business and if you take this for a job and don't refund or reactivate my account, then you will see how serious i will get with making sure you run out of business.



Am giving you guy 1 hour to refund me back my money or virtually all sites i surf on the internet will carry the news of how fraudulent your dating site is.



1 hour and thats it.

If you think this is a joke, then please do me the favour of not refunding me back my money in just 1 hour and we will see what happens. I have nothing to loose.

Hi I Find your website interresting. But I am upset and dont know what route to follow. I have subscribed and 4 times money has been reserved/ deducted. Im a single mom. I want an address to mail a check to join; because, I do not want to use my debit card. This is a one time payment, unless I like the service and want to continue. I just do not want you to automatically deduct money from my account without my knowledge.

I cancelled my membership early January & you have kept on billing me $74 a month . Its was meant to be $48 a month any way . I pressed on the sight to find that i had many messages , I then realised I was still active . I also noticed that you will keep billing me to Feb.. 2016 this is totally unacceptable.
I found that many people on the sight were scammers wanting your emails & asking for money !!! The sight was making me depressed , most men were interstate & players .
