We have been with eFax for a very long time. We just don't use Fax anymore so we called to cancel our service. You can only upgrade via the web, you have to call to cancel. I was told to call a certain person at an extension number but you can't enter an extension. So I was connected with a customer service rep. He spoke with a very heavy Indian accent, which is OK if they will speak slowly. I asked that he would slow down and he just seemed insulted. He couldn't have cared less if I cancelled or not, but still tried to sell me yet again on a yearly plan. He was short on the phone, not too helpful, and not a great example of customer service at all. Now we are VERY glad we have cancelled as it appears they could care less about anything except your credit card number.
