I have RV Premium AAA. Called Sunday needing a tow. I was told after many hours I was on my own because they couldn't find help. I even said Monday was fine understanding Sunday was hard. Agent said no can't help so I spoke to supervisor. She told me same thing to find my own help. Needlessly to say AAA is NOT the card to carry. I think 1 star is to good

Impossible to talk to a human being. Phone is answered by robot. Robot calls you back. I need to explain my situation. I could if I was talking to a human, but the robot is just "Press 1, press 2, press 3" and none of those apply.

I am disappointed that I was left stranded overnight in a parking lot because Morgan's from Epping NH didn't want to tow me because of being the only one that night.
I am disabled and over 60 years of age.
Never in my life do I want to experience this again.
Contracts should be honored.
I would like to see AAA get their own tow truck and be available to help in a timely manner.

AAA is deceptive we have full coverage on two cars. and they refuse to honor there contract. i still had to pay out of pocket $625.00. what is the benefit in having full
coverage if they only cover what they want to cover. and they never disclose that it
would coast extra for OEM parts when i got the policy .looking for a provider thats
up front and not dishonest . good luck with that it seems that most of the providers
are infected with greed dishonesty . And I booked vacations and the consultant didn't tell us about the polaris lounge. All international airports have them for business class more deceptive by AAA .if you do business with AAA this is what you may look forward to

They don't honor their battery warranty. Make excuses that you need to recharge and test, and they never replace it.

? I just wasted an afternoon at AAA. I have roadside service and life insurance with AAA. Went today to Ventura, CA office to get life insurance for husband. Receptionist looks into agent's office and says he's with a client but should not be long as client already has a policy. So we sit and wait, and wait and wait. After an hour I go back to ask what's the holdup. She looks towards his office and says I'll check if you'll just have a seat. Well, 15 minutes later I return to up front and she says the agent went to lunch. I'm angry now and ask how could he leave when he had a customer waiting? She shrugs her shoulders and says I don't know. I ask for manager and again another 15 minute wait while she looks for manager. I then get called up by woman who says they have no manager at that office. ?I leave and on the freeway headed home when agent calls. I explained what happened and he says he was out to lunch when I arrived. Liar, I saw him with client. Avoid AAA or at least this location, dishonest and horrible customer service.

The tow truck driver they sent me didn't know a word of English. That makes it a challenge to tell him where I live and where to drop the car. They need to get with it.

My wife was called a monkey via text by Andre the towtruck driver from desert towing. We were unlawfully refused service!

Potentially the worst customer service company I've dealt with in a while.
They left me stranded in 190 degree weather for 9 hrs. They lied, hung up on me, were rude that I was frustrated and still could not provide the service. My guess is towing companies won't work with them anymore if aaa treats them the same way. I'll never recommend or renew.

AAA customer service reps need to be at 1,000. They make suggestions without reading the COMPLETE file, and then hang up on you when you check them. My tow was for losing my key and the reps says "I don't understand why there's no key
Manager just called me and said they don't tow unregistered vehicles or with no plate-aTemp plate is in window and registration was scheduled to expire the next day. If they towed it when they were supposed to (I mean isn't that the nature of the business) 8/3, it would not have been expired (exp. 8/4)
You just can't make this ignorance up.
I will never subscribe to them again

Simply the worst customer care of the world.
Once you sign up their contract, they will never answer your email.
Also, if you try to call them to cancel your policy, they will put you hold on the phone forever and try someone else to handle cancellation.
Do not sign with AAA insurance. They are really bad.

I have been paying for AAA since 2009. Over those years I have had to use them on very rare occasion for a jump start. They were helpful. However.....today.....I was driving up I-95 from Florida to Georgia.....when I broke down. I managed to get the car off the interstate and into a small gas station. I called AAA around 215pm to report my dilemma and request assistance. I received no updates by 700pm.....so I called back. I was informed by the person answering the phone that they do not get information on ETAs so she could not help. I called back after 8pm as it was getting dark and not to many people seemed to stop at this gas station. The person I spoke with stated she could not tell me why no one had come.....or if anyone would come at this point. She decided to "start a new case". A few min later I received a tact with ETA of 930 pm. "YEAH" I thought.....and end in site.....but NOT !!!!! At 920pm I received notification that no one was going to be there at 937pm as expected......and not only that.....no ETA was provided. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED AAA BACK TO GET AN EXPLANATION. I was informed by the person answering the phone that they do not get information on ETAs so she could not help. I asked to speak to a supervisor.....none was available....SURPRIZE!!!!. I have paid this company for all these years and the time when you truly need them.....all you get is a run around. AAA is a pitiful excuse for "emergency roadside assistance" When they leave someone stranded for hours in the dark with no hope of help in sight. I am cancelling my membership tomorrow. Most of my extended family are aware of this situation as they have been on the phone with me......and they will be cancelling as well. NOTE: The only reason I gave them 1 star is that this website would not let me zero stars.

AAA are total rip offs. Not anywhere near what they used to be. The manager over at the AAA in Scottsdale and Hayden was a total jerk. He refused to check my battery after a tech came out to the house and told me it needed to be charged. I will not be using them any more in the future nor giving them my money. This company is the worst.

Stranded on the side of the road in the middle of Nevada. Only 15 minutes outside a town. Had to call 3 times to get a tow truck... one never showed up. We have 2 children with us and needed help. They offered a Lyft or a Uber.... In the middle of a DESERT! AAA FAILED US MISERABLY! How can they call themselves emergency roadside without helping their members. To add insult to injury we were told we had to find our own transportation into town with 2 kids. How is that even possible!

Car trouble in Florida. Spent six hours in the blazing heat for 6 hours. Told me it would be an hour. Been a member for over 20 years. No longer. Awful. To think I paid for years, used them a few times and when were prompt.

I'll give AAA zero stars year ago i waited 5 hours along the road till somebody came a month ago my truck died on the road traffic coming both ways i was in a emergency situation could't wait hours to get off the road called local tow which was the same one they called time he came right away i paid him $120.00 right there AAA sends me a check for 20 bucks they took advantage of a loop hole so they wouldn't have to pay me

I am an ANGERY 75-year-old WIDOW!! We had AAA for 10 years. Dropped it for 3 or 4 months. Signed up again in Nov. 2021.I had a battery jump start in Dec.2022. In April 2023, I had to be towed. My wait time was no longer than 30 minutes either time. This time. I called because I have a flat tire. I called around 12:30 PM, YESTERDAY! And it is now 4:19 TODAY! It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a REAL PERSON on the phone. You are required to use TEXT messaging. I had to reschedule 2 appointments yesterday. Also had to reschedule 2 appointments today. I am dropping AAA. Iam going to use the Roadside assistance through my auto insurance. It is much cheaper. Better service. And REAL people to talk to. ANGERY IN FLORIDA!

It's time for renewal of my AAA
I see online that there is a code to get AAA PLUS. for 65.50 instead of the usual $97 .00 per year.
I was told no this can't be done since I've had promos in the past and that only is for new members.
Truly they are treating long time customers like garbage.
A supervisor agreed to $20 off the price, hmmm was I supposed to jump for joy ?
I said not right now, I need to think about it. I can just cancel mine and put it in my husbands name for the $65.50.
Ridiculous to do so but.....
I've been a member for almost 50 years and promos are only for new members! Well, we'll see about that one !!!

After fifteen calls and only one person to tell the truth waited over four hours for a tow truck because had a flat and no spare. Then they take out renewal forty-five days before they are due and even though you cancel take three weeks to give you a refund and will not let your bank dispute your credit card transaction and you have to wait those twenty-one (21) days before you get your payment released then on the twenty-second day it hits your bank. You talk about No Customer Service they are full of none. If you need road side AAA is XXX try someplace else.

Initial request for pickup was made at 3:30pm and the car wasn't picked up until almost 6pm. Twice when I called AAA for updates, the representatives put me on hold, then told me they personally spoke with the driver who said he would arrive shortly. The last representative I spoke with was the worst, but ended up giving me the drivers phone number. When I spoke with the driver he confirmed that NOBODY FROM AAA had ever made contact with him each time I had called for follow ups like AAA told me they had been doing. He also confirmed that when he received the initial request for pickup from AAA, he made them aware he would not be able to get to me for at least 2 hours. Therefore, AAA knowingly gave me a false ETA of 4:30pm... then 5:30... then ultimately 6pm. This is even worse because I was clear with AAA that I was waiting at a tow yard that would be closing at 5:00pm. I also let them know I needed to make it to a hospital by 6pm before visiting hours closed. AAA lied about everything. Worst customer service on one of the worst days this could have been done.

Our car lock broke and we were in a parking lot. AAA said they would send help within an hour. We called 30 mins later for an update and we're told we would here back within 2 hours because they were short staffed on Sunday evening. I called a private company and they were here in 30 minutes. AAA is useless, we will cancel our membership

My rating is a one. I called for a tire change while in Oaklahoma. I was told 150 minutes. Thirty minutes later the agent called to tell me no one would go out and suggested I call the police!!! I've been a member for decades!

We were broken down at an intersection stop sign dangerously able to get hit or cause an accident. 6:45 pm daylight. After many variations of AAA coming we sat until midnight and they said next tow would be 4 AM blocking a stop sign and road. They called an auxiliary tow gave him the wrong address 25 miles away in the wrong direction. When he was actually located 19 min from us. We have AAA address .. zip code exact location of our beige dodge. They told tow truck look for a GOLD JEEP CHEROKEE My husband is diabetic with Parkinson's And he had no food or meds until after midnight .. the first man at AAA WASCTUDE NASTY!! The 2nd one couldn't find our location on the map, 3rd one said 4 AM TOW .. then gave tie dtiver a totally wrong location and description of the car. Unacceptable I've been a member 30 years!!!!!! Horrible company
