I work at a company Harbor view and Dyersburg Tennessee and ADP never works the HR person is called everyone is called and it's not worked since I've had it and they're doing nothing about it they need to get rid of them All you can see is what you got paid last you can't see your hours your payroll you can't see anything and it's been like that since I've worked there it never works and they don't fix it they're not in any hurry to take care of it they need to find a new company
ADP overcollected my tax in their app. Tax is linked to SSN. They can set up a limit per regulations in the app. I used ADP in the last three years. I am very disappointed with ADP. You didn't do a good job being the HR for small companies. I will give ADP a one star rating online to tell companies to stay away from ADP.
ADP can easily set a limit for maximum amount collected from the employees in the app. Your app sucks. It takes a long time to resolve issues with this company. Custoner services are inefficient and slow.
I am the CEO of a company that until two weeks ago utilized ADP as our payment system. We are a small company with 160 people and ADP provided in the best of times marginal service throughout the three years we used them. The final issue I am dealing with is getting a correct W@ for myself for 2021. My HR Manager has spent countless hours talking to people who seem to have no concept on how the system works. We moved to a new platform in September 2021, an upgrade, that was a disaster from the start. ADP could not figure out how to handle HSA payments along with other issues. Currently ADP cannot figure out how to generate a correct one for me. I have been involved sense last year because the first five new pay periods were all done wrong and differently. I was on calls and video chats with a number of different managers and other workers all promising that it would be fixed. It took a while but the pay was corrected. After forewarning them of being careful on the W2 they screwed that up as expected. It has now been six weeks since we first tried to have it corrected. The service team has tried and failed on a number of attempts at fixing. My HR manager has had to waste more time. On one attempt they ran W2's for 2022. I just got off a call with a customer service manager - Janet - who takes zero blame for the lack of response and felt I was being unreasonable in my doubting it will get done. She took issues with my suggesting the team was lacking common sense when to insure that the numbers were correct would be to take the last statement that was correct in September and rolling forward to the year end so the gross income and all pretax benefits were accounted correctly. I know this is way too much information but if you are thinking of using ADP think again. They are fine if their is no issues but if you have one good luck!!!!
it's cheaper to hire a full time employee than using their system. it's very expensive. it's also garbage. they "improved" it last year and it did not address the problems and nothing better happened. it's extremely convoluded and confusing. finding reports is impossible. their website is busier than NY Central Station and their customer service is a joke "let me help you while I don't help at all" should be their motto. just stay away from this company. I use Paycor for most of my clients which is user-friendly and has top notch customer service.
ADP customer service was limited prior to COVID, and as their employees work from home whenever you call, you are connected to another person who claim that he or she are not familiar with the subject, and even express anger as if you disturb thier rest at home while you listen to dog and kids noise in the background. And whenever you open case online, you have to communicate with them by phone, and you get the same scenario. I was charged for payroll with them without running payroll as I have to communicate with their customer service which is mission impossible
ADP - quite possibly the worst customer service ever! They have apparently had issues with Q4-2021 state withholding tax filings. You can't talk to anyone, their "Tax Team" has no contact info available. You are just supposed to "rest assured that ADP is handling it" Sorry, I have lost all confidence in ADP.

So I Cant Tell U If My Payroll Is Accurate, Or If Something Is Wrong W My Acc! God Knows If Some Money Wasnt Loaded Into My Acc! Ill Never Know! Make It So Hard, I Font Even Have The Right To Obtained My Own Info, Pretty Messed Up!
Completely Ineffectual. It is apparent that ADP is offshoring most if not all of their web and software development and it shows. The RUN website has been broken for months, and supposedly, according to customer support, they KNOW about it. Moreover, when i try to call in a get a call back in an hour. Then i sit on hold for nearly another hour while the support agent, who knows absolutely nothing, tries to connect with tech support. Either ADP doesn't give a damn about small business, or they are collapsing completely. I can only imagine if the Indian programming quality is also affecting their major customers, which I"m betting it probably is.
ADP is the worst payroll company I have ever worked with. The system is difficult to use for admins, managers and employees (it's like an 8 step process just to change someone's time off request). The system is so difficult to use, that oftentimes when I submit a ticket, the support person makes errors. We use them for garnishment services, which they've messed up on multiple fronts - garnishing the incorrect amounts because they made an error when they setup the deduction, but also, ACCIDENTALLY sending all of our employee garnishment docs to another customer of theirs. The reporting is glitchy, I will pull the same canned report they've created twice in a row and it will have different results. Example, I pulled a headcount report and noticed I wasn't on it. Pulled it again immediately and I was on it. Asked ADP why and the answer I got was "it must have been a glitch" which is their favorite answer to everything. Not a comforting answer from a company you are trusting to do your payroll. Customer service is absolutely terrible, there are no dedicated account reps. You have to submit a ticket online - I have some tickets that have been outstanding for 4 weeks and no one has even started to address them. If your issue is urgent, you call the 1-800 line and wait on hold, sometimes for over an hour. Their phone connect is clearly IP based, you can tell because the hold music gets fuzzy and the volume frequently changes depending on the strength of the connection, which causes you to get disconnected while on hold, or sometimes when you get transferred to someone the connection is so bad you just have to hang up because you can't hear them at all. Recently, our open enrollment changes took place. When I went to submit the payroll with the new deductions, I caught that 5 employees had last year's deductions on their payroll. I called, waited on hold for an hour and 13 minutes, spoke to someone in payroll, who transferred me to someone in benefits, who transferred me back to someone in payroll and they ultimately decided it was a "glitch" they didn't know what was causing it and I should just override it. Am I supposed to check every deduction for every employee for every payroll to ensure there aren't glitches going forward? As an HR Department of 1, ADP makes it completely impossible for me to execute at the standard I expect for myself. The company I'm working at had Paycom and switched to ADP about a year before they hired me, I'm doing everything in my power to get them to go back to Paycom.
ADP is not good at all. I have employees who can not even access their pay stubs or W2's. When I contact the Customer Services line I get the run around and hung up on. Employees can not get a hold of anyone to help them with their accoutns and refer them to contact their HR leads. HR can only do so much when it is obvously a technical issue that they are not even attempting to try to resolve.
I was with Ceridian but they are discontinuing the product we were using so moved to ADP a few months ago. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! The worst customer service I have experienced in my 28 years in HR. I never provide feedback online but felt this was an important message to send. How they are still in business I will never understand.
ADP is being ridiculous. In March we requested to terminate one entity from retirement plan, and we were told it is terminated and we noticed the contribution has stopped. In Sept when we try to connect it to a new retirement plan, we were told the old one is still active because they changed procedure, now need to fill in another paperwork. Okay, we filled in the extra paperwork and was told need 2.5 months before they can terminate! we waited until 11/30 and tried contact with them. Day time their chat has 120 in front of me. I tried at 10:00pm it shows connecting, but not connected after 35 minutes. I tried again in the morning at 8:00am, waited 40 minutes finally someone connected, told me yes it is ready for termination, but I need to call another number to terminate! I called, waited 90 minutes and someone showed up, she checked for 10 minutes and told me their system is partially down, can't check status, will email me in 24-48 hours. I waited 52 hours, no any news. I called again, waited for 45 minutes, some rep told me she is not trained in this area, need to connect me to another person, I have waited for another 50 minutes and this rep just disappeared and put me back to the original holding line. Unbelievable... Just need to terminate a retirement plan, it took 9 months, and still not solved, not even can check the status. what kind of of a horrible company ADP is?
ADP is not filing our state business tax returns for 2021 Q1, Q2 or Q3. AS of 11/18/21, they are listed as "Yet to start" on ADP website. The company is withholding taxes but not paying the states. In contacting the company multiple times, they said that the problems had been corrected, and then we received notice apologizing that they were unable to correct.
ADP is possibly the worst company to do business with in the world. ZERO help from ANYONE. Endless phone menus where it is impossible to reach a person. When you do get through to someone, they offer ZERO help and provide NO follow through on the problem. Really amazing how bad they are. Cancelling my service agreement.
ADP Workforce now is the worst payroll program available. ADP makes mistakes and then requires you to fix them because, "We can't." What am I paying you for? writing checks? We have one company we process payroll through ADP Workforce now. I didn't think it would cause 90% of our payroll processing problems.
