ADP is the most worthless payroll system that you could possibly employ. Horrible customer service, insulting and not helpful. They have no idea what to do with your local taxes and have screwed up several filings for my small business. My business moved and I notified them. They changed the address to bill me, but continued to pay my payroll taxes in the old jurisdiction. You have to watch everything that they do and might as well just do it all yourself.
When you try to call them for anything you have to wait at least 45 minutes and you can only call during 8-5 business days.

I called to cancel service for one of my companies that ADP has charged me $72.34 weekly for several weeks due to my not submitting payroll because of ADPs' error. SECONDLY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY upon cancelling that business, ADP cancels BOTH business accounts!!! I HAVE PAYROLL DUE TODAY, 11/10/22 with NO ACCOUNT!!! I've been placed on hold and still on hold for over 30 minutes now. IT'S A COMPLETE DISASTER OF WHICH ADP "NEVER OWN UP TO THEIR RESPONSIBILITY"!!! ADP MUST CORRECT THESE ERRORS THAT THEY'VE CREATED!!! I HAVE BEEN AN "ON TIME" PAYING COSTUMER FOR YEARS!!!

Really extremely frustrating. Had my user name and passwords saved, but your program did not recognize them. Tried over and over to reset my password, and your stupid program would not accept. 1 out of 10 for your app. You are aboslutely awfull

ADP is the WORST company I have ever in my life worked with. Their reps are not trained. They charge a lot of money and are not knowledgeable in payroll (at least in Canada) I had to tell them things. They make promises to deliver on tasks and DON'T complete. You need to stay on top of everything they do. They are the WORST payroll provider and in my opinion should not be in business. People there tell you what you want to hear but are ALL TALK. They don't delvier on anything they say. I spoke to supervisors, managers and eventually they ignore your issues and requests and give excuses upon excuses.. Like they are in a meeting, or had days off and couldn't respond to you, even though they promised to do the work. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY.

I find it interesting that ADP has no correspondence address, no e-mail address, or any options in the message center for the participant to create a message. There are only canned questions/responses on the web site. You must call ADP to get the information you require, no wonder the wait times are excessive. I have experience, with four other plan administrator companies and all have customer service an order of magnitude better than ADP. Can't wait to sever ties with ADP

I've tried to log on to their website multiple times and there is always a problem. This company sucks horribly.

I used ADP for my restaurant and was given the worst customer service. After being sold on how helpful the rep would be. I was told "look you are one of over 90 clients on my list, so if I do not get back to you I am busy. I told the supervisor of this. Four reps later I got one that was either unavailable during critical times or on vacation. I was not informed of any tax or minimum payroll increases by CRA to only mention a couple of the lacking examples of customer service and follow through.

ADP customer reps keep you on hold for a long period of time. When you try to get an issue resolved, they don't seem to understand or have any knowledge of their own system. Our company accounting manager has spent hours on the phone with different reps on different occasions and had to figure out a solution on her own as reps could not figure it out.

DO NOT USE FOR YOUR PAYROLL.
They purposely make mistakes to charge you to file tax returns, they can't report correctly to state or IRS.
Trust me, research before you sign up with this company. Big red flags.
We lost tons of money due to ADP.

They gave me warnings that I will lose my benefits for being on bonding leave for my newborn, although I was still employed. This didn't make any sense. My employer and I told them multiple times to not cancel my benefits and they confirmed via email that they resolved their issue on their end. Low and behold, my insurance was canceled the next month. I had bills racked up with no insurance coverage.

My employer and I both tried getting them to fix it. Two months later, it still isn't fixed. We escalated it but ADP still couldn't get it resolved. I lost about 10 hours of my life dealing with this ADP debacle and owe thousands of dollars to the hospital. I might have to deal with collections and go to court. I quit and moved to a new employer. Avoid employers that use ADP. DON'T USE ADP. IT WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE!!!!

Due to ADP NEVER WORKING, I am quitting my job in 6 weeks. I'll never again work for a business that allows such an inept company to handle such an important function as payroll. Do they not realize it blemishes their reputation??

ADP service is terrible. They did not file tax on time and they did not pay the tax due on time. I have to pay the interest to the state because of this. DO NOT USE ADP. You will regret if you use ADP.

ADP always seems to be having some sort of issue. For the lackluster service they provide they sure do charge a high fee. Their employees are by far some of the most entitled stuck up people I have ever dealt with! They pay these people very well. Their employees are paid sickening levels of money for what to me is subpar at best results. The company culture as a whole is bad...just a bunch of egos playing a game of self importance with your money. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

I really hate ADP payroll ,it is a useless system ,always a problem to get into and now can't even access it, so many times have issues with it and payslip detail is always lacking. Would not recommend to anybody.

They say there supposed to send your check out so it gets there Friday. They say it takes 3 to 5 business days. I am on day 8 and still nothing

Absolutley horrible customer service. Called because I was locked out of the site and needed to get in to print pay stubs. 45 minutes of the guy trying to jog my memory to remember my password. Argued with me that my wife couldn't help me login, claimed it was illegal. Then finally gives me a site to reset the password. The site wouldn't load. He was arguing saying I typed it in wrong. Finally the guy gets online (for the first time in this entire conversation) and realized the site was down for maintenance. Are you kidding me? Unbelievable. My 11 year old could offer better assistance.

Over promised and under delivered. Set up has been 7 months of an absolute nightmare. We are still trying to get everything set up. Our company is not special or complicated, but EVERY SOLUTION IS!! Things "glitch" for no apparent reason and I have to keep pushing to get answers and to get things set up properly. I have spent countless HOURS and HOURS correcting and recalculating payroll and I'm made to feel like I am the difficult one and that my employees don't know what they are talking about (with regards to tax withholding). I officially regret switching to ADP.
