Hello ALDI I have just seen on the BBC news today that you have limited the sale of your fruit and veg! What has happened to staying healthy and our 5day? It's worrying when we are teaching our kids to eat healthy food, yet we would not be able to purchase it. This will make people shop elsewhere. I know Tesco is also doing this, so I won't be going to Tesco for my fruit or Veg either. Such a shame to hear this. Sorry I had given you the wrong email address

What has happened to staying healthy and eating 5 aday if you are cutting back what is most important to our kids and our health.. I know you are not the only supermarket doing this which is making it more worrying! And besides I shop in Aldi. This will make people like myself shop elsewhere.

Aldi Enniscorthy...no baskets when walked in..standing in a queue for ages,no sign of them opening another till and in the middle of it the cashier decides to up and empty all the till rubbish bins...total disregard for customers

I was in the store #65 on Saturday-2/18/23 and felt insulted by the manager on duty-Amanda? After the purchase, I was tole to wait for my cash back of $100. My cashier told the manager that she did not have the amount, When the manager brought the money to me, she asked for my receipt which was not given to me by the cashier- Mary and I told her. She went to get it from Maria and when giving me my money she said "I want to make sure that you are not stealing from us" Why would she say such me? Is it because I am black? Would she have said that to a white customer? I do not appreciate that comment at all

Today I used the pickup service at the new brick store.
The associate left the cart next to my car with 13 bags and I had to go outside and put them in my car.
For your information , at target the associates nicely put your groceries in your car.
Looks like I will be using target for my pickups particularly on bad weather days and as often as possible

I shop the Aldi on W. Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa. The last three times I've shopped there, I've been charged more at the register than the price posted on the shelf. The second time, I pointed out the difference to the manager and was refunded the difference. On my last visit, at least 3 of the 8 items I purchased were rung at a higher price. I've complained to their corporate office - which passes the buck to the local store. This week I've filed a complaint with the Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Service. You can do this online. More people should check their receipts and complain both to the manager and to the government agency mentioned above.

To Aldi management:
I never leave negative comments. I am a manager at my work place and I found the associate who was ringing me at the register quite nasty. Whatever items she was putting on the top while ringing up, I removed from the top to make space for bread items which she still has to ring up. She said don't touch anything in the cart. Who the heck she is to tell me not to touch when I am buying those items in the cart. I have been shopping at Aldi for last 3 to 4 years and never had this issue. At the end she rips off of the receipt and throws into my hands. I don't think so I would like to even talk to people like that, forget about shopping at such places with employees like that. Her name is Aleigha at store 73 in Jacksonville,FL.

Today Jan 2, 2023 Maverick Mgr at Aldi store in Carle Place store cheated me of $5-$7. I requested him to go over the prices of each item on the bill and see for himself that I have been charged more but he just wouldn't hear of it. I feel cheated at his unjust attitude. I called 911 and asked the operator what I should do. She said cops will be there soon. Soon afterwards Maverick too called the police. They came and said to approach corporate. There was nothing they could help me with. I told them I was buying the items for my elderly parents. Who has the time and energy? I had no choice but to leave without getting my money back. Once I returned home I went over each item again and yes they owe me $5-$7 back.
I want justice. Hope this review helps me and helps other customers be aware.
Wish there was a customer service in the store for such grievances. And as far as Maverick guy is concerned, hope he is closely watched from here on by Aldi corporate. Feeling hurt and cheated.... The New Year has just begun...

I witnessed Yasmeen at the Snellville location on Scenic hwy disrespectful to a loyal customer yesterday and that was not acceptable. I would suggest removing her from the cash register and staff her somewhere else but not the cash register. My family have been shopping at Aldi over the years but yesterday i witnessed this girl's rudeness to a customer and I shook my head. Please, let the management do something.

Good morning, today I have the worst customer services and violent it and agresive customer services in my live. A young girls long hair short and skinny girl. She was rushing me to paid and not allowing me to put my stuff in my car. She slam the car torse her very aggressive. Also she told me that she will cancel my order if I don't paid right away. This is the new aldi in boca raton just opened and the peoples that work there are always rushing you. I always go to publix but publix is getting expensive so. I decided aldi the worst thing that I did in my live. I will continue shopping at publix better customer services and peoples with class and pations. Thank you I already have a case number 00201128.

Jusr comming out from Aldi at East colonial now. It's a great store and employees have been always nice, unfortunately today I did not have a good experience at the register, the cashier (male) was very, super unfriendly and arrogant. I think someone like that should not deal with the public.

Went to aldi st George's Leicester. As I was leaving the store the till Assistant stopped me and said she wanted to look at what was in my bag. I asked for a reason why but she refused to explain why.I left the manager look in my bag it had nothing in it.Was very embarrassing in front of all the people at the till made me look as I was stealing from the store. Thia is the second time it has happened in six weeks i made a complaint to head office that time.I shop at this store all the time. Have made a complaint to the store but they said they can not comment until they have looked at it. I would like to speak to the area manager if possible.

I rely on public transport such as Uber and Lyft and those companies use WIFI! I was looikg forward to shopping at Aldi's. But the fact there are no benches outisde the store for anyone without a car to wait for a ride is a factor in my decision to not return to Aldi's

Aldi in Santa Ana California has not had an electrical cart for over a year now. They need to get at least 3 instead of having people wait for them. I have brought it to several cashiers and manager's attention, however they don't seem to care.

I placed a pickup order this morning at 10am usually it's good right away and you can pick up after being in the ER last night I just wanted to pick some groceries and go home so as the pick up time said 4-5 so I got my 5yr old as weak as I was and we went This'll be quick? Right , WRONG 45 min later I went in to the store and they said we don't have it and I reiterated 10 am it's paid etc they said no we don't have any more shoppers it's honestly sad when Walmarts better at this ?

Bought 3 Pressure washers from aldi on 8th oct, was told delivery would be on friday 21 oct, by XPD , waited in all pm as time slot was 1:30 to 3:30 , no one delivered check tracking later and see a picture of a telegraph pole about 100m up the road in a section of the road that you cannot park in saying could not deliver and "email carded " I had no email, waited in the following Monday all day for delivery , still nothing, phone Monday evening to cancel order as fed up with waiting around , received an email to confirm this , Tuesday 7 am get an email to say delivered successfully , no delivery was made , get a phone call at 10:50 am from aldi customer service to ask if i have the three items , I inform them I do not. , wait for my refund , them nothing , phone back a week later to be told they were delivered , despite me already confirming that they had not been. was told then I would have to wait for an investigation into the courier. they have my £240 I have no goods and they will not refund me. What a bunch of THEIVES I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ALDI AGAIN AND BASED ON THIS AND THE INCOMPETENCE OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE HAVEING LARGE ITEMS DELIVERED BY XPD COURIERS TO JUST DONT DO IT YOU DO NOT GET YOUR ITEMS AND ALDI WILL NOT REFUND.

Celery 59p a bag has suddenly gone up 26p in one go to 85p just Hilarious ?. Needless to say I didn't buy it, just like everything else slapped with stupidly high increased prices lately.

I find it almost impossible to deal with Aldi. They delivered an item of furniture. This was damaged in transit. They referred me to their warranty company in Germany. I agreed to accept the goods at a 29 percent discount but they could only reimburse via a thing called a PayPal account, which I don't have. Now they want me to contact Aldi. The warranty specified either repair or replacement. The item is no longer in stock and so far Aldi is not intrested in repairing the item. Round and round in circles. Very dissatisfied.

Would like to see packaging become more recyclable.... So much of your packaging is bin it where as most competitors is either recycle or return to store... Aldi need to match as this issue becoming major concern with customers., Otherwise always enjoy experience at Aldi's and your staff always exceptional ... Thank you... Karen

I usually do t shop at the Allen store, but tried today. BIG MISTAKE. Several shoe marked with the yellow clearance tag. I was denied the clearance price. Your manager should train better. And if he doesn't have the time. At least honor emoyer mistakes.

Has anyone noticed that Aldi has been changing the ingredients in their can foods. The chilli with beans was the best I ever had in a can, now all it is is hotdog chilli with beans added to it. There applesauce was thick and really good, now the taste is terrible and you can drink it with a straw. I haven't seen the beef stew in a while so I figure their changing it too. I stopped buying can foods from them. I'd rather go to Walmart.

Just had awful customer service at Aldi cornhill Aberdeen my wife bought a blender which wasn't working I returned with original packing and receipt I never had original card so I asked for a shop voucher which they straight up refused I had to go all way home for a bank card to them stand again for 39 mins in a que for 12.99 so everything I read about Aldi returns policy isn't correct never will I shop there again
