Cashier was rude an unruler.An slammed my food in the buggy..I will never shop at greenville s.c. south pleasantburg drive store again.CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO BAD.U JUST LOST A CUSTOMER.

Was in Alidi in fermoy, co cork Ireland this morning 28/08/2022 when one of yor manegers was giving a lady a bad time because she wanted to use gift vouchers, She was very upset and he shamed her so much in front of customers, he was not nice person.

I was once told chicken and meat was not halhal I get chicken a lot at aldi but for a while ive been feeling sick during eating it so I knew straight away it was halhal I checked it out and nearly all the meat now is halhal so back to the butcher I go regardless how much it is. You should put a notice in store that your meat is halhal now I'll be throwing all the chicken I bought in the bin as I cant eat it.

Hello, just wanted it documented, that I witnessed a Customer at a local Aldi's, in Maryland, sampling some grapes, & did NOT Purchase the Grapes. With all this COVID-19 and Monkey Pox in our environment, I felt that was discussing. This was the Aldi's in Hanover, Maryland/Arundel Mills.

Purchased a Garden Line tumbling composter this week in an Aldi US store. It is terrible to put together. I spent all day fighting with pieces that don't match up well. Gave up on it maybe 60 percent thru. Just wanted to do a little composting. Should have recycled an old container instead of spending $$ on this cute thing. You owe me Aldi's!

Disappointed to see robotic check out machines at our local Aldi. Difficult for pensioners - no common touch with your customers.

Obviously your intention is fewer staff & more profits for you - Thumbs down!

I ordered a compactor plate, with Aldi confirming I would receive it within the 7 days, which was ideal.
However 2 days before I got told there was a slight delay, I would be updated within 24hours. This didn't happen and I chased Aldi up, they chased up the courier but again there was no update, now almost a week over due!
The matter was escalated, they chased up the courier but advised it couldn't be found and acknowledged that I would be offered compensation with service being so poor.
I asked for a refund after having to hire a replacement.
The courier was now trying to find the item. After the weekend, with no notice it was delivered at my home address. The item was not too n a pallet and clearly not looked after, it almost falls out the box it was sent in.
Aldi was unaware of this prior to delivery and offered to provide £50 of Aldi vouchers if I accepted the item, however I asked just for the refund as previously requested.
I now wait for collection prior to gaining the refund, although there is now no mention of any compensation for this poor experience, which after the wasted time, being out of pocket, and wasted time chasing up Aldi, in return I just have had stress and unnecessary wasted time.
I won't be recommending Aldi On line offering good customer service at all and will readily share my experience.

I was in line but the cashier put the close sign up then told me the line was closed and I said I was here be the sign was up and he said no so I walked over to the other line then he opened his line back up because a lot more people was checking out so they need more then one line open so he told me I can come back over and I said no because I don't put up with dumb butt's people's bullcrap

On 23.03.2022 at around 7.30pm l needed to use the store phone used for taxis to phone 999 about something very urgent, however the assistant who l now know is the manager but she didn't introduce herself said no you can't phone the police unless it's something to do with the store.
This happened at the Cheadle heath branch) opposite outdoors) Stockport greater Manchester
The Manager was a big lady and I prefer to think she had a common sense problem rather than an over active ego.

I have a hard time with Aldi stores. You open very late 10am when I needed to do my food shopping by 8am. As A result I miss out on better prices and had to go somewhere else.

I shop at Box Hill Aldi every week and find the service really good BUT this morning (16/3/2022) between 9:30 and 10am there were 2 young women screeching at each other talking about their private lives which nobody was interested in hearing. It was shocking and I was amazed that it was allowed to continue without somebody of authority stopping them. I know workers are hard to find at the moment but your store doesn't need girls like that

Love Aldi's! Can't stand the "manager" @ Aldi, 125 Danbury Rd. New Milford. Was trying to purchase candles yesterday, (2/3/22 @ 2:00pm) that were marked incorrectly. The sign read 1.24 one wick candles, they rang up 5.99 manager was rude when telling us she didn't have time to be bothered with the missing price signage! They were clearly miss-marked. Instead of Apologizing and selling me the candles, she got indignit. Very rude to my husband too! Claimed he didn't understand. Poor management skills! She even said she didn't care if we never shopped at Aldi's again! We spent $300.00! Aldi needs to crack down on customer service.
The products are great, but avoid this store. Even our check out gal was angry!

I work with a company that does daily deliveries. I am in your store everyday 3 4 5 6 times a day. The manager and a few of the employees at the Aldi's on Raeford road in Fayetteville North Carolina next to the Circle K has the rudest and I mean rudest employees I have come across in a long time. something definitely needs to be done about that type of treatment. It is uncalled for and there's no reason to treat your customers or the citizens that come into that store with such a horrible attitude.

Store #56 is poorly managed. Most times when the workers in there are stocking the produce shelves they are throwing into the appropriate spot in the areas. Workers consistently yell across the store. The individual ( Justin) that checked me out needs a different job. He has no customer service skills at all and is not helpful. Did not say one word Acted like the customers were bothering him. This is not the first time he has acted this way. The first time I thought okay might have had something going on but now I think this is his normal demeanor.

Lousy customer service. No phone numbers when problems arise. Rush you threw the line and you can't even see what they're charging you for the items. If you put four items in a box they make you take them out of the box and then put them back in at cash register which takes more time than if they just scan them and put them in the box right away.

I went to Aldi today at 2550 Gessner, Houston, tx. Adrian was the checker. He boxed up the items of a woman in front of me and bagged the items of the woman behind. He did not bag mine and put my bags empty
in the cart. I asked twice why not and he mumbled. I said I may not go to the store again to which he sarcastically yelled 'have a nice thanksgiving''. I have not run into this rudeness before at other stores.

The manager at the south Aldi store in Terre Haute Indiana is so rude that I now shop at the east side store. The manager at that east side location is the epitome of what Aldi should hire. Shopping is more than what you sell. It's the entire experience.

I bough a couple of racks of ribs a couple of night ago to marinate for a couple of days and when I got home I marinated them to discover a couple of nights later that I had actually bought rotting meat. It is incredibly dangerous to be selling meat in a decomposing state like that and beyond disgusting. I have pictures of how foul and rotten this meat looks. Do not buy your meats from here it's a safety hazard and proper sanitation inspections should be conducted at the Summerville, SC Aldi. This could have seriously made someone very ill or even kilted someone.

Poor quality DIY product broke on first use. Over elaborate warranty process and use Hermes to collect who don't turn up but say they did. Waste of time and money. Cheap and very nasty. Aldi don't really care about their customers.

I specifically googled and sifted through multiple sites just so I could leave a review about their almond milk. What the HECK? It's unpredictable, the expiration dates lend no answers, you could get a bottle that's fine or you could get a bottle that tastes like sour, rotten, chemical-infested "milk". Your chances are about 50/50. I won't be taking those odds anymore, it is literally unbearable. The taste is abhorrent and the fact that I'm consistently wasting money over the last 4-5 months just *hoping* that last carton was a fluke, a bad batch, one mistake, it's getting ridiculous. The fact that there are cartons that are fine in between the nasty ones shows me that they are, in fact, capable of creating, distributing and selling a GOOD product. What happens with the more-often disgusting ones is a mystery to me, why there is no distinguishable detail that would explain to me why two identical cartons of almond milk taste so vastly different is beyond me. Like what is happening at these Friendly Farm factories while producing this milk??? What's the problem??? It's undrinkable. Ridiculous, won't be shopping at Aldi anymore. If they can't even get milk right, what's the point
