I always go to Aldie's cause of their price and product quality.
Right now the fruit and vegetables that are in season are of excellent quality and the price compared to the other supermarkets in my area are very much affordable. Thank you Aldie's and the customer support I receive has always been good. u r #1 BLUE BERRYS NEXT YESSSSSSSS
Hi, I have had a very negative experience buying goods at reduced prices at Aldi. In fact I have decided not to bother in future. Every time I buy something at a reduced price I always get charged at full price at the till.This leads to disagreements at the till, and embarrassment for me. Also it causes delays for me and other customers in the queue.I am not the only customer who has suffered this. I wonder how many times it doesn't get noticed.
Come on Aldi. You have got most things right. Get a grip.
Upon checking out, I went to get a grocery cart for the checker's next customer as she is firmly saying, "bring that cart here". I tried to hear a "please" but none. When leaving she said nothing like "thank you". I was tempted to go up to her and say, "you're welcome" but decided to fill out a complaint form which are none. Just phone numbers or a personal survey. Other stores do a good job with "how are we doing at the bottom of the receipt without having to fill our a survey first. It just looks lazy when a checker is sitting and won't even get up to slide a cart next to her and then to tell the customer to do it and not even say thank you or have a nice day, etc. Is rude. Love their deals which is why we go there.
I love shopping at Aldi. We have a brand new store in my community. Recently the packaging changed on all the cheese slices. Once opened it dries out fast. I really would love if you could go back to the prior package, with the ziplock. Thanks for listening! Huge thank you for our new store at home and our vacation spot in the Gulf area Alabama!
I have lived in Mableton since 1979. I have visited each and every store many times with ZERO complaints. When Aldi arrived in Mableton, it was and is welcomed though, personally, I had never heard of it. That being said, I will say that it is one of the best stores I have experienced ANYWHERE excluding none. The packaged food is always fresh and the prepared food has become my favorites. This includes, chicken, barbeque, etc. While I am from Louisiana and a skilled cook; since Aldi has arrived, I have chosen to purchased cooked food. The atmosphere is always pleasant and the attitude of the clerks ringing up the orders is is exceptional. This is really true for clerk #1 (I believe his name is Kevin.) Regardless of the crowd, he is phenomenal in attitude, accuracy and speed. When I am asked by other customers how I feel about a product they are considering, my response is always the SAME! Aldi appears to operate as if they are personally going to consume the food. From pre-cooked chicken to BARBEQUE ribs, I have and will continue to buy it precooked. It is perfectly seasoned and reasonably priced. DON'T GO CHANGING ALDI. As a Louisiana woman, I am enjoying the ability to eat without having to do all of the cooking. THANK YOU!! Aldi's in De Pere WI is a great place to shop. Employees are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Their checkout is the fastest; it's a fun challenge for me to get everything on the conveyer belt and my card in the machine before the checkout person is done! I like that the store is not full of junk that one has to paw through to find the real food and the prices make food affordable. I dislike that the broccoli stems are cut off, but that seems to be the norm of other grocery stores now too: what a shame and a waste of nutritious food. I have never experienced what these complaints state. Keep up the good work Aldi's and Thank You.
I have shopped at Aldi's for many years. The staff has always been friendly they are very hard workers. Very rarely returned & item but when I have no problems. Just recently I read how after the store closes on Dec 24th all unpurchased food items are donated to charities for people in need. How very thoughtful. Keep up the good work! Wish more organizations worked like you. Thank you & Merry Christmas!

While going through chemo in 2017, Tina made a point to tell me how beautiful I looked. She genuinely showed care and just made my day! Yesterday, I reminded her of that day and to let her know that I just had my 2 year cancer-free checkup on May 9! Such a sweet young woman who has a great knack of going the extra to make someone feel special! Oh...I love shopping at your store and only hope someday there will be one in northern Maine!
Hi,i shop at Aldi,an I am very pleased with ur prices,an food,very hard working staff,i recently purchased several super sweet watermelon and they was super DELICIOUS great! When will u have more super sweet watermelon for $4.99,I WOULD LOVE TO PURCHASE SOME MORE,THAT WAS THE BEST WATERMELON I EVER EATEN! I WILL ALWAYS DO MY SHOPPING HERE!😃
A big cheer out to Kelsie Keeler a former employee of the Aldi's in Cadillac, MI. She found my wallet that I left at the check out and put it in the office safe. She then messaged me via Facebook. I did not see her message for a month. I lost my wallet just before going to see my Mom after surgery. I stayed and helped over 2 weeks with her care. My husband went to Aldi's and they said they did not have the wallet. When I returned, I finally saw Kelsies message and I contacted her. She no longer worked at Aldi's, but she responded and helped me get my wallet. She was such a blessing. I shop at Aldi's every week and so appreciate the friendly and helpful people there.
