I am not able to talk to customercare executivess for last two weeks. Before two weeks i talk to the cust. care executive regarding the message that 750 mb at Rs. 25 only, 150 mb immeditly & 600 mb after 1 day. I rechraged that very day but I only got 150 mb. When I called up to ask regarding that cust. care exec. told me that she is transferring call to his senior but after that the phone cut & I am not able to communicate since then as if my number is blocked.

i have an airtel connection for the past one month an advertisement appears in my phoneAT -AIRINF stating i have been renwed for FESTIVAL PACK subscription and start deduction Rs,5.o I have never subscribed for this i do not why my number comes on air tel list i have already been charged Rs.15/- which has been deducted from me. Kindly stop this and refund an amount of Rs.15/- Thanks K Ramanujam

Never Use the Airtel 2G.
This is for the cheating purpose only. THey have recovered Rs. 9000 for 1 Gb usage in 3 days even after plan was activated.
Else your contact no. will be gone as airtel will stop services

hello. I topped up an

airtel numberwith 1200

with the intention of setting UP a

blackberry plan. I mistakingly

subscribed for a 24hr plan which cost

N100, and I should have N1,100 left. To

my Suprise, my credit is gone for no

reason. I dint even use it. Is this how

Airtel scam people in Nigeria? Customer care numbers are unreachable!



Update: I received a text from airtel saying I used up all my credit on using the internet! Is this possible even though I was on a blackberry plan. Just went on google for like ten minutes or so!

I have a mobile connection but I don't use it to make calls. I find that my balance becomes zero in no time even without making any calls. Airtel is a fraud company and they don't allow the customer to even use 121 to complain about their service because there is no balance in the account. The govt is hand in glove with these fraudsters because it is they who have decided that the customer needs to pay even to register their complaint. I only use the internet service and that too is very slow. Thanks to these companies, the Indian customers can never dream of getting any justice.

I had taken a new prepaid sim on 24th
March and inspite of contacting customer care several times and submitting the documents for the second time, the phone has not been activated. The customer care and email services give the usual story of getting back within one day, but it is now more than a month and there is no proper reason as to why the service is not activated.VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED and VEXED with the Airtel service. Their Airtel office in Malkajgiri is even more callous and say they do not follow up such cases.

I WAS CHRG FOR CALLERTUNE AND CHANGE SONG AND OTHER DAY FOR JOKED SHAYRI .I CALL CUST SERV THEY SAID ITS 2 DAYS WIL NOT REFUND ..AIRTEL IS FRAUD COMPANY IN MONTH THEY FOOL 100000 MILLON CUSTBUY DOING FRAUD 9ACTIVATEING SERVICE THEMSELF,,,,

We have nationwide presence and having services of AIRTEL, but we feel its services are not to the level of standard. There associates are making there business and services more worst and we rate AIRTEL below our expectations. Network with in the city is very poor.

Very disappointing. Hard to get connected and when it does, barely audible. Access code doesn't work. When I use a major U.S company it is clear and connected immediately. Certain times when it says" the party you are trying to reach is not available" it is not true. I was able to talk to the person immediately when I used AT&T. I am frustrated! I still have over $100 left. Their support system is useless. People are friendly, but that doesn't solve the problem

i have got through a very bad experience. since last 10 days they are saying that within next 6 hours i will get my wifi connection but every time they prove themselves to be wrong. i belong to lucknow .Now i m not even sure that the complaints sent to them have any meaning or its just a formality to call 121 or 198?

My no is 9998172645.I my complain is that was change the service provider privious month due to high call rate.But Airtel called me and down my call rate Rs.0.40/60 sec.and my call rate was down.But i recharge Rs.40 for full talktime in many time. But in last recharge of Rs.40 my callrate change Rs.0.60/minite. and i complain on customer care.But he could not responsed.
