To the store of Riggs and Gilbert,

I have purchased your premade wraps and croissants many times. It seems like every time I buy one the sandwich is soggy as well as the wraps. I'm not buying them late in the day. Just frustrated with how the quality has gone down hill. I have also had the protein packages with boiled egg, carrots etc and found things moldy. I've bought bolt house protein drinks and they've been expired.

Shopped my local Albertsons and asked the checker about putting in my phone number for the rewards program as the screen to do so did not open. She and the bagger told me it would do so after my items were rung up, which I'd never seen happen in that sequence. So after the sale was entered, she gave my total and I asked again about the rewards. The bagger told me I could enter my receipt on the App, since the screen did not open. Very disappointed. Had points to use and neither seemed to care. Also over packed my bags with milk placed on top of bananas. Don't think either knew their jobs.

This ignorant app doesn't last prices. I hate walmart but this supposed update just lost me as a customer! After 20 yrs I'm done! You might hire someone who knows what's they doing and actually shops. Your IT people are stupid! People at store really nice

The Albertsons on Main St in Euless has the worst customer service of all the supermarkets in the area. Can't ever find anyone on the floor to help, deli counter is always undermanned. Getting someone to acknowledge your existence is sometimes a win around here.

Purchased a grass fed organic beef rib eye steak cooked and TRIED to eat same day. Toughest most nasty tasting expensive piece of dog food I have ever tried to eat. Mentioned it to butcher next day his response was " they don't feed them corn" and walked away.

I am 82 years old but employees at my store barely want to bag the groceries and will not help to unload in my car. I will not stop shopping there and go to King Soopers. I have shopped at Albertson for many, many years.

Hands down, Albertson's is the worst supermarket in Tucson. If you shop in the evening as I do, their one and only express lane shuts down at 7 PM (three hours before the store closes), and there are rarely more than one or two checkout stations open at all in the evening. If you just want to pick up a couple of things it's impossible to do so in a timely manner. You're forced to wait in line behind people unloading one full shopping cart after another. The store's customer service counter also shuts down early so if you have a return or want to exchange something, and you can't get in there early - forget about it. Managers never seem to be around and if you actually ever find one, your questions are always answered with, "I don't know, that decision is made at the corporate level." In other words, the manager is telling the customer he/she has no decision making power at the store he manages. So I shop there as little as possible, and the only reason I shop there at all is because there are a few items I use that are difficult to find elsewhere. If I never had to set foot in that store again I would be absolutely thrilled.

RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. THE MANAGER LADY WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. The Clown lady at the register was a big brute bully. Feel sorry for anyone around her at work or at home. To save money and aggravation, go where they want customers and treat you right, like Walmart and Smith's. ALBERTSONS SUCKS

Stay away from Albertsons on Ann road and 95. The big crazy white lady will demean you and ruin your whole day . She has a nasty attitude and she will show you the Rath of her ways for no reason. She needs customer service training really bad. The prices suck and the empty shelves are bad The manager lady was very nice but I won't go there again. Walmart is a better deal and the people who work there are really nice.

I was charged the full price for 2 Bud Light seltzer's when the sign was marked for a special holiday weekend price. I did buy 4 Kona Beers for $5 each but did not know that the Bud Light seltzer's were included in the 4 items only. They were separate on the floor with their own sign.
When I went back to customer service to get an adjustment, the woman was very impatient and rude and would not budge. I walked out and came back home and got two Kona beer six packs and returned them and the requested a payment adjustment with a different customer service woman.
Is it your policy to charge full price for the most expensive items when in this situation.
I'm very disappointed.

Overpriced items with rude employees who don't engage with the customers

The Albertsons in Blythe CA had music playing at such a high level my husband and I had to shout to speak to one another at 7 pm. It was even an employee trying to get another cashier and he resorted to the intercom,a no fly zone, boo,it was not relaxing.

I bought a Marionberry pie at Albertsons in Lewistown MT last week. While eating some pie I bit down on a chuck of glass or little gravel rock ? just like the picture. I feel they need to know this and figure out how this got into their pie.....

Got sick from lamb chops, took back the package's they were in.The return employee almost gagged at the smell. I will never shop at this store again. Food poisoning can be fatal.

You all are really making a heck of a profit during the pandemic. You raise the prices on the products for delivery, then you charge for free delivery, which in itself negates the word free, then, you offer, (ha ha), to put a tip on your bill for the driver, and then, after all this, the driver wants you to go back on the website to give him 5 Stars???!!! The final kicker is that the PR Dept.at your corporate office will put out these wonderful posters about how humanitarian your company was during the pandemic! There really was such a thing as honesty and honor when I was growing up. Nice to know technology and greed have replaced that. Oh, what a world for our youth!

Last Thursday or Friday (Oct, 15 or 16) I had an order delivered that I had ordered early that same week.. I ordered 8 Tillamock Marionberry yogurts. They have best by date of Oct.22. Usually they have "best by" date of at least two weeks from the time they are delivered. I live alone and cannot possibly consume as many as were delivered. Is it possible they are still edible after the 22? If my products ordered do not have a reasonable Best Buy date, I would rather they not be delivered. I am 82 yrs old and order every other week from Albertsons. I will not be happy if I have to throw them away. I await your reply.

I generally like Albertson's and do the majority of food shopping with you. Mostly, the employees have been really nice and helpful most of the time. However, I have to call out cashier ANDREW at the Lake Hazel and Five Mile store in Boise. I'm past 70 but generally in good shape. Today I bought several heavy items, 2 large bottles of juice, a large bottle of creamer, several packs of paper plates. I had to leave them on the counter till I finished my transaction then could move around where I had more room to pick them up to put in my cart. I struggled a bit with some of bags, and Andrew JUST STOOD THERE AND WATCHED !!! Wasn't busy, no one else in line. This is NOT good customer service FOR ANYONE!

Albertsons/Safeway must be blind to their competition. I VW lived in S Chandler fo 17 years. FRY'S/KROEGER keeps destroying them. A couple things Albertsons/Safeway have succeeded with is constantly have items in there weekly add that they are out of on Wednesday morning the 1st day of the add. The #1 perfect example is COKE ZERO SPORT DRINK! If COKE is paying for the add wake up. They never have your product prompting others to buy your competitive brands. #2. There is never anyone in the office if you need help. NEVER!The #3 other thing they mastered is developing the worst computer app known to man. What a joke! Please start looking at pricing and join me at FRYS/KROGERS! Face facts Albertsons/Safeway could care less about the customer!!!

I have been trying to use a $2 off "just for U" Monopoly piece I got February 29, 2020. I have tried using it twice, to no avail and my purchases fall within the guidelines of use. Please help.

Albertsons has frustrated me for years. I worked for them for 4 years and hated it. Communication sucked. Shopping wasnt much better as they were always out of everything I needed or wanted. Even sale items. Now I go to pick up a prescription that was sent to them yesterday and they tell me they wont have it till Monday. So they have me rush to Vons down the hill before they close. I told Albertsons I had a Good RX but they didn't transfer the correct price to Vons. So now I stand here at Vons for an hr to get the script. Picking up a script shouldn't take an hr when they had the script 24 hrs earlier. I feel they should of called me. Then there is the meat department. Several times I have bought meat and had it go bad in like a day. Have exchanged it and immediately put it in the freezer. Just to thaw it and discover it is bad too. I have thrown so much bulk hamburger out. Now that I am no longer employed I am writing to saw I am so done with Albertsons especially Bicentennial in Henderson NV 89044.

Worse customer service Ever! Had to have some kind of app to get the discount. Cashier was really rude about it. Told me she would give me the discount this time but never again. I felt like a child. The worst is the prices! Too expensive. You have to buy 5 of everything to get a bargain! Oh! The women who bagged my groceries just stuffed them in the bag. You could tell she did NOT want to be there! I had to tell her just to put my eggs and milk in the basket without a bag. Go get another job if your not happy! I will never shop at Albertsons again. I will drive a few miles longer to Trader Joe's or Aldi! Smh
