Alcatel Customer Service Complaints - page 2

I've had Alcatel fierce XL phone for 11 months and this phone has just started crashing and crashing again. This phone will crash during the reboot several times before actually working. This is a waste of money and I advise anybody with this phone to trash it!

Your repair service is a joke I have been waiting almost 3 months now and still haven't heard anything back about my phone and I'm starting to think that use are never going to give me it back I would like to know what exactly use are going to do about it my email is

My grandmother has been without a working phone for over a month. We paid for shipping on 11/25/16 for phone to get fixed. The first time I sent it to the repair center they sent it back and it had the exact same problems!!! I've called 2 times now and been told they are emailing me a shipping label the first time he told me 3 to 5 days. I waited a full week and then second time I was told the next day and I still don't have a shipping label! I don't want to have to call and sit on hold for 20 plus minutes everyday when the issue should have been resolved nearly a month ago! They are doing nothing to help!

Your customer service phone reps are a disgrace,especially a rude creature called"Alex",awful PR skills.All I wanted was my pixi 10" tablet repaired that broke down after 6 months-battery failure,& its not the first time with an Alcatel product.She was shouting at me down the phone because I couldn't understand her accent.I still want my tablet repaired & an apology please.

This is the worst phone I have ever had in my life.it shuts off by its self. When people call I cant answer it half the time and it won't let me make calls alot of the time. I will not buy another one.

The customer service is garbage. They leave a person on hold for 30 minutes or longer for every single call. They run you around in circles and do everything not to replace or fix my 7 month old phone that is not functioning.I had to buy another phone because I couldn't handle the runaround and hold times anymore. I spent hours for nothing. I hope your company fails miserably and all your future generations and all your DNA never has any fun again and you feel powerless and oppressed and crushed under the weight if your own bullcrap.

Alcatel is the worst phone I have ever owned,and I have owned a few. It seems to have a mind of it' own,and it doesn't work correctly 90% of the time. Alcatel designers should be ashamed of themselves for marketing a piece of work like this. I can't think of one positive comment to say about Alcatel.

I am visually impaired and purchased an Alcatel One touch large screen cell phone for $118.00 The phone drops all calls, and I either want a new one, or my money back. I am very disappointed In the phone, and due to my visual impairments, spending more money on a phone with a larger screen so I can see the letters better was a complete waste of time, and not to mention, money.

This phone Alcatel One Touch is the biggest i've ever had to deal with Alcatel customer service sucks.... Nobody answers the fÃ?Â¥cking phone. Alcatel designers need to be brought out back of the barn and fÃ?Â¥cking shot in the head. If you don't have someone to do it I might be able to help you find somebody on the internet let me know I'll have him get in touch with you so they know where to come and what Barn they all be lined up against.....

I have been trying to reach a customer service person at Alcatel in Canada and for 3 days I have been on hold at least an hour each day. No one is answering the phone I've also send email. I need someone from customer service to call me regarding my Alcatel Idol 3.

Alcatel one touch is the worst phone I have ever used. It's an all day project simply to access voice mail or delete an entry.At the present time, my phone can only be used fro emergency calls. Every listed number is "not in service" How does such a compnay stay in business? Time for another phone and company.

If i could make them wait a half hour on the phone for nothing, i definitely would. I hate this company. I hate their phones. They should all be removed from our earth.

The person I spoke to had a major attitude problem crossing the border into rudeness!
She had no understanding that we are not all experts and treated me with utter contempt.
By far and away the worst Customer service interaction I have experienced in decades!

I do not recommend metro pcs at ALL...i have requeasted an unlock code for 3 months...NO ONE seems to be able to help me. I AM contacting the Attorney Generals office for help. Its a LAW they HAVE to provide it!!!

I regret that I PURCHASE a device that's Alcatel it had an issue that I had to send it to Alcatel repair center man I'm telling you it's so hard to deal with them no one has a clue customer service is just horrible the false information I mean every time I call I never really get an answer for my situation it's very frustrated I wish I didn't have to deal with the product or the people

Hi everyone I just opened a account with boost mobile June 27-2016 witch is a get cell phone company but not even a day later I had to take the cell phone back to the retail store because it was not allowing me to call or even make it to the dial pad I had a hard time getting another one from the guy but I did I go home and the next day the new phone being the same kind as the one I just took in started doing the same thing and I have been calling Alcatel for about a week now the first few days they kept hanging up on me before I could even say a word then I had one of the boost mobile guys get thru for me and of course they got thru fast and when the Alcatel guy ask me what was the problem I started to tell him and he hung up again. Now my 7 days is up and they want me to pay to have it shipped so they can repair it. Wow its crazy because if I bought a brand new car off the BMW lot that BMW is going to run like its new and if not its there responsibility to fix things not have me pay to fix the car I just bought brand new.

I am having technical issues with my phone. Cricket wireless told me to call Alcatel because it's a manufacturers issue. I have called over 20 times a little after a minute I get disconnected I have also emailed 3 times. This is out of control!!!

I have somehow got my phone on reset. don't remember Gmail accoutnt. just bought phone 3 weeks ago. can not use it. been on hold an hour tech support. using someone else phone. the wrong number is given for support on gvt. phones. I really would like to get problem resolved. I have called the boost office several times. and no one can help me get into my phone. this has become a major problem. I'm disabled I can only afford my monthly things, and drs, I splurged last month to start a boost account. I really like the service more than strait talk. my friends number I can't get to a computer to check email. and can not use my friends phone all day and night waiting to get problem resolved. alcatel number is not in service no way toget any assistance...got a number in India for customer service and waited 15 minutes wit terrible music and no reponse

A forum needs to put together for a class action suit for Alcatel...Horrible Business practices

i purchase alcatel smart mobile on month of jan 2015 but last month my mobile have a complaint with auto restarts,i submit my mobile at my nearest service center(bright solutions visakhapatnam ) on july 21 of this year service center returns me after one month but still same complaint is arrived....
