One of the worst sites to get technical support.
There is no way to talk to a live person (they all dead voices of instructions....)

if your a student dont bother calling this number. they wont help you. thier customer service will tell you its a subscription line for paid customers only.

this company has made it impossible to talk to a person.... extreme difficulty in navigating their website to find a customer service person's phone number
