pls pls do not get this phone >>>>I got the phone a week ago but from day 1 its rebooting its self !!!!!I phoned my Vodacom supplyer and they said they wil come and get the phone but til today no collection ,,I went on the net and saw the blackberry 9720 was launched in 2013 aug and still they give the phones to clients ,,,now I must sit without a phone because Vodacom is coming to get the phone and only then the upgrade will be reversed,,,,,,,BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

I had submitted my mobile(BLACKBERRY Z3) on 5th March 2015 and still I haven't got it back, initially the mobile had software problem which was rectified and then it had some hardware problem which is still not rectified and no update from anyone ,this is very disappointing for not getting the work ASAP. I have to travel so i need my mobile to be corrected or a replaced at the earliest. I need to know by when I will get my mobile back with all the problems rectified.

Let me know whom should I contact for proper clarification.

For years I have used BlackBerry. I have used every model they made currently a Q10 which is excellent. They updated me to 10.3.1 and I lost my rear main camera. Trying to contact them is virtually impossible. Their support site is non existant. Their so called Twitter help site also non existant. No phone numbers. No email. No nothing. Their company stock is dwindling and so is the company. You pay top dollar for their products and when something goes wrong go buy another one and shut up! Makes you wonder why a company like Apple makes a fortune and their product isn't even as good as anyone else's but service and repairs are never an issue with them and their customer service and support is unbelievable. If I can't fix this stupid little problem with BlackBerry I will switch to Apple or Samsung or anyone. These people atleast support thier users unlike BlackBerry. Ican see more people and long time users switch because of this neglect.

My name is Jack. I reside in South Africa. my first cellphone was a Blackberry. I have owned 6 differend Blackberrys since. My most recent is a Q5 which I have just upgraded with 10.3.1 Now I have never ending problems with my Blackberry. Will not accept my ID password. Will not accept new password. Does not accept my ringtones,messagetones. I will never ever buy a Blackberry cellphone again. Today I will be buying another make. Gonna tell all my friends never to buy a Blackberry.

I Have 12 Blackberry Phone As A Company Mainly To Support A Canadian Company . But We Have Have Nothing But Problems Lately And Have Lost A Lot Of Valuable Information That We Have Spent Hours Trying To Get Back Plus Alwas Fixing Phones Battery Dieing List Is Long Plus Update After Update . I Have Had Enough I Am Switching All Of Our Phones!!!!!!!!!

I have a Blackberry Bold. I wanted to have my gmail account put on it. You cannot reach anyone at Blackberry, you cannot find any information about this, it is hard to find updates and then when I did it now 3 hours and counting. I wanted to do something simple and it has taken 1/2 day and it still not done.
My contract is up in July. I will NOT be purchasing a new blackberry. Customer service is a must and yours is non-existent.

I was using BlackBerry from last 5 years, recently 3 months ago I purchased BlackBerry Q 5. The device is in service centre for the last 50 days. In between this I have visited your service centre for around 9 times (for raising issues and collecting the phone).



I got 4 jobsheets 1 after another, They replaced my phone once but the problem still persist. The device is still in service centre and they said it will take another 15 days from today. Hope you can uderstand the frustation level.




This is the worst service which I have seen in my entire life. There is no support of BlackBerry in India. Will never recomend to any one.

I am completely disgusted in service,and the way,that I am blamed that my phone dose not recharge itself,I have 3 other blackberrys at home and never had this problem before,my phone charging port is loose and I get told its my fault and I must pay to fix it,I've had it for 2 months other bb for years,no problem,disgusted plz HELP!!

People at blackberry. Your phones suck. I've now owned a BB 8520, 9810, Z10 and Z30. Every phone was the worst quality I've ever experianced. Poor software, poor hardware, poor batteries, poor EVERYTHING. I believe its best you people close your company As Soon As Possible. You sell JUNK!! Not worth buying the crap you sell. You are the worst company in the world. YOU FAIL YOU FAIL YOU FAIL!!!!!!!

I have a work blackberry Q10 and it is THE WORST PHONE I HAVE EVER USED!!!!! I much preferred the 9900 to this completely unintuitive phone. after using it for several weeks i still have a difficult time navigating around the phone.

I am going to spend my own money to get another phone and a whole different number that will be a pain to get out to everyone i know but better than using this phone one more day!

Blackberry customer service is in a class by itself. Reason being, there are no other companies that bad. Blackberry, unlike Apple charges for after purchase questions or assistance. The reps are rude and uninformed. They don't have a clue. Blackberry customer service is a joke. It's no wonder the company is failing.

have purchased a black berry mobile phone on
11/10/2013 model no. BLA 9720. It was having a touch screen complaint and
it has been regularly switched off. So on 10/08/2014, I approached the
black berry servicing center named REDINGTON distribution in calicut for
repairing the mobile. It was returned back on 20/08/2014, but it was not
properly repaired and on the same day I returned the mobile to them itself.
Now more than 41 days has been over and yet it has not been repaired and
delivered back to me. I have suffered a lot. so I don't want the phone
back

I have a problem that Vodacare Fourways cannot get my Blackberry Curve to SEND emails. No attachments can go through, plus other problems. I have sent many emails and reminders they never respond, just kept silence.

Don't trust them and never by any Blackberry items.

Why your blackberry didn't successful in penang.
Here my experience today.

My name Kamaruddin ramli.I just had z10 last month but today I had problem with my BB.
My phone having battery or battery indicator problem which display full battery but suddenly went off.
I went to one of your agents at Bukit jambul.
Guest your promoter saids:
We have to Sent for checking at prai(megamall) and will take a month at least to repair.
Saying without look or check my z10..
What a crap.
This kind of people or agent will destroy blackberry great phones and friendly user.

Dear Customer care Executive

This is brought to your kind notice – I bought my ne blackberry 9200 from Mobile World – Rohini , Delhi 110085 in the month of December 2013
Right from next day I faced problems on key punching / connectivity but was asked to meet service center for update on software

Visited Service center of Gole market – CP on 14th June to down load What up and other connectivity and phone issues
Got my phone back after 2 hours – confirmed what up can be downloaded and phone has been corrected for issues explained

Surprisingly this was not corrected and neither improved for any concerns raised

2nd time phone submitted after few days in Janak Purl service center and they took 4 days and confirmed phone has been corrected and what up loaded on my phone .SHOCKINGLY nothing improved on my phone and still this is giving problems –

• two of the keys A & P not working
• On What up I cannot open images and video not open

Must say people working in service center are all useless /unprofessional and not looking for issues customer facing neither resoling the problems

Highly in effective in efficient and in capable professional hired by blackberry

This is my last effort to raise my concerns before I gets into the doors of consumer Forum---

Pls attend this compliant on top top priority before I take my next step –


Cannot waste my hard earned MONEY waste like this – you spend and still do not get the services and benefits brand provides on their products ---

I bought a blackberry Z10 from vodashop in April sent the phone back 2 days after purchasing with out of box failure. they refuse to assist me and keep sending the phone back saying its user damage. i cant damage a mainboard or screen on a phone i have never used.

I find this whole situation pathetic and Vodacoms service pathetic.

i pay my contract evey month but still to date have never had the chance to use my so called new Blackberry Z10

I have the Blackberry Z10. About two months after buying it (one year ago) I started getting notices that the software needs to be updated. It will not connect to any WIFI at home or at work or other areas. So I downloaded Blackberry Links, it won't even connect to that or Blackberry desktop. The support site provides no support only endless run an endless run around. This is my last Blackberry...DONT BUY ONE!!!!

its been more than a year since i called in for blackberry support and i am now disappointed. the last time actually is WAY different and WAYYYYYYYYY BETTERRRRRR than the support i got now!

i can still remember i updated m form verizon last year and it ended up having errors that pissed me off so i called in and got the smartest rep ive ever talked to and his name is jenno or jeanno who i sent back a satisfactory survey then. he had me did a copy of my thousand contacts and emails and all that, using my mac then reformatted my phone. it miraculously brought my phone back to its awesome state and got ALL my data back no more no less.

this morning i got the same problem so i confidently rang bb support again but all i felt is totally CRAZY! the latino guy broke my phone completely and he will not even transfer me to the smart rep who helped me before. i asked for his supervisor who surprisingly blamed me for letting verizon's automatic update setting left on. this is and i lost EVERYTHING! they did not help me and i guess they could not at all. what the hel happened to the wonderful support team of blackberry?!!
