16 months ago, we spent our hard-earned money on what we perceived as a great brand.
HOWEVER, the Bosch appliance and the customer service is sadly the worst experience we have had in our 38 years of marriage/ buying & owning appliances.
1st 3 months this B20CS30SNS DID NOT COOL AT ALL!!!!
No working refrigerator or freezer for 3 months in our kitchen.
Replacement is FINALLY delivered & waterline has been continually frozen even in the summer.
Ice maker fills the inside of the freezer so when we open the door or take anything out ice falls all over our wooden floor.
Ice chute or whatever you want to call what dispenses ice into one's glass also shoots all over the floor NO MATTER HOW WIDE THE GLASS IS, NO MATTER HOW FAR BACK OR HOW HIGH UP YOU HOLD THE GLASS.
it does not end there.
I have been hung up on twice, purposefully disconnected, my callback number verified.
Average wait time is 2 - 3 hours to get a rep on phone.
The option to get a call back DOES NOT EXIST
I have taken off 2 full days from work to wait for the appointment date & time Bosch selected.
1st time tech who is only good part of this experience calls to ask if I have the new freezer door, and that he has the other 3 parts needed.
I say no, I knew nothing about this as was not sent to me nor communicated to expect a door.
He says they were supposed to order one 3 months ago & ship it to you????????
Today took another day off and now I have the freezer door & the tech asked if I have all 4 parts????????
He does not have any parts at all for my repair so wasted another day.
Bosch has proven over & over & over that they poorly designed this refrigerator, there was no corrective action taken to remedy so even if Bosch did show up & have the parts THERE IS NO KNOWN FIX.
I do not know how to further reinforce DO NOT EVER BUY BOSCH as everything about the company, their customer service, their manner of making appointments but not having the parts & not notifying me of any of this - I can state I will NEVER recommend, if any I will discourage everyone, I talk to contemplating purchasing BOSCH TO STAY AWAY.
Who knows what will happen or not happen next in this saga of being stuck with what is a piece of garbage that cost my family $2000 & cost me 2 days off and 20 hours or more on the phone

Refrigerator is defective and the technician damaged it even more. Called several times spoke to management and they declined my request for a replacement. I would not recommend buying anything from Bosch. Poor customer service poor quality appliances. Do not buy from them.

Purchased a Bosch dishwasher two years ago. During the first year we placed complaints with Bosch because it would not finish a cycle or it would run for hours and hours unless you were there to stop it. Bosch replaced the motherboard twice, and other parts to no avail, still does not work. We insisted on a replacement or a refund and Bosch refused and once the year was up, that was it, no more warranty and Bosch would no longer speak with us. Great company, never again. Had to buy another dishwasher and NOT Bosch

We purchased a Bosch dishwasher that malfunctioned 2 weeks later flooding our kitchen causing an insurance claim to replace the hardwood on our entire main floor. The techno came to our home and had to order a part. I called in a moth later for progress and was told that we would be receiving it in two weeks. The time came and went and I rescheduled my contractor minus $500 for the missed work for him plus my missed day of work. It was scheduled for 10 days later. I called to confirm 2 times and received an email confirming "Monday between 8:30 and 4:30". I took off another day of work only to get an email this morning that it has been rescheduled until a week from today. I have my contractor scheduled for tomorrow and it will cost me an additional $500. I understand that things happen but their unwillingness to help is very telling of who they are. I strongly urge you to look for other options. Wish me luck moving forward

This Is The Worst Experience Ever! I've Been Waiting 6 Months To Get Machine Fixed And No One Will Come Out To Fix Machine. I'm Trapped With No Machine.

Customer service was extremely poor. The higher the level of power and management, the worse it got. The last lady I spoke with, Kiki, was completely incompetent. The reason I am extremely disappointed with Bosch now is her "service" or lack of thereof. She patronized, gaslighted (sorry for cliche, but when a customer says they did not use any chemicals on their appliances, a customer representative should not respond with, "the only way the coating could be peeling if the appliance was cleaned with chemicals). By making this statement, she told me that I was basically lying to her. A very poorly trained representative. Bosch is a complete disappointment. I was expecting German quality standards and reasonable resolution of the problem, especially, when I had spent over 6K on my appliances. The support and accountability from Bosch is of poor quality. A greedy company that seems to be cutting corners. Does not represent German standards!

We purchased all Bosch appliances 5 years ago when we built our new home. Thinking we were upgrading to nicer more reliable appliances. We had to replace or spend $$ on 2 of the 4 appliances this for. Would not recommend anything other than maybe the dishwasher Very disappointed. Next time I'll just stick with whirlpool or GE.

I bought one Washing Machine in China. The machine was tested by a few clothes and the clothes was broken. I wanted to return the machine and get my payment back. But my request was refused.

So we have a relatively new (less than 2 years old or something close to that) Bosch oven. My issue is that we had to wait over 6 weeks to get a repair person out here to even look at it for the first time. Our original service date was canceled the night before without any explanation (received an email) several weeks ago now. We then called back up to get an explanation and were told that they did not know why it was canceled but we have to now go back to the end of the line...we had to wait another 3 weeks to reschedule for a technician to come out...he came today and showed up for 2 minutes and said the fan was out and he does not have the part; he will order and come back out in 2 weeks time....Question for you all...do you think it is acceptable to wait over 8 weeks for your new oven to get fixed?

To say the least, we are extremely unhappy customers of Bosch.

At some point in time we will need a new oven and I am sure that it will not be a Bosch.

If you want to contact me; feel free to text me. 619.388.9653.

Worst experience and customer service I have ever had dealing with a company. We had previously been a big supporter of Bosch, but I can confidently say I will never be buying another product from them after this experience. If you are considering a Bosch product, recommend going with literally any other option. Our situation:

We bought a new Bosch dishwasher that was delivered on August 18, 2022. Dishwasher would not run despite being brand new. We attempted to troubleshoot based on internet instructions but with no luck.

We made a service appointment. When the technician came out a week later we learned there was an issue with a part (believe it was the water sensor which stopped it from running). A similar model to ours was recalled over an issue with the same part, though for whatever reason there was no recall on our model even though we were having the same issue. It took over a month for this part to become available.

Some time in late September we finally heard back that the part was available. We schedule an appointment and despite the service tech calling me that day to confirm, he never showed up. A previous call he was on had some complications which made him unable to meet our scheduled appointment, which is understandable, but still a phone call or notice would have been nice, as I waited around that afternoon in case he would show up.

Fast forward a week or so later (each time an appointment was scheduled it was at least one week out due to how busy the service techs are - again understandable, but very frustrating when our previous appointment was neglected and then we had to re-enter and wait in the back of the queue again) the technician comes by to fix our dishwasher. Turns out the Bosch warehouse gave him the wrong part - so despite him trying to troubleshoot via some other methods, we remained without a working dishwasher.

A new appointment was made another week or so later. He had returned the incorrect part back to Bosch the previous week, and then when he went to get the proper part, they handed him the exact same wrong part - so he had to call us that day to let us know that once again we would need to reschedule another appointment because he still did not have the proper part (you can't make this stuff up).

Finally, the next appointment another week or so after that, the technician had the proper part and was able to complete the installation and give us a working dishwasher. This was on October 31, 2022 - a full 2.5 months after the dishwasher was originally delivered on August 18, 2022. Keep in mind that our old dishwasher (which was not great, but at least worked) was taken away to make room for the new one, meaning 2.5 months of having to hand wash dishes due to these issues.

While voicing my displeasure throughout the process over how ridiculously long it was taking for them to provide me a working dishwasher, I was told I would have to wait until the end if I wanted to make a compensation request. A couple of the support people I spoke to throughout the process were genuinely nice, understanding and helpful, but others were very rude and short to deal with.

I am not the type to leave reviews like this - and I could have lived with this entire ordeal had their customer service acknowledged the poor situation we were put in and made a fair compensation offer for the trouble.

Finally I received there compensation request: a 6 month extended warranty. Considering I didn't get to use the dishwasher for almost the first 3 months, this was basically a 3 month warranty extension - not nothing, but basically nothing considering I had to hand wash all our dishes for 2.5 months simply because I had chosen to buy their faulty dishwasher.

I called to voice my displeasure that this was all they offered me. I was told I should hear back in the next day or so. A week went by with no contact, so I called to follow up. I was told that my request for additional (or "real compensation") was denied. They never reached out to me, which was consistent in this whole process - I would always have to reach back out to them for any answers. I asked who I could speak to as I was very displeased with this outcome. The service person I spoke to was very rude and said there was no one I could speak with, the decision was final, and no additional compensation would be offered.

So that was that. A full 2.5 months without a dishwasher because I chose Bosch, and all they saw fit to offer me was an additional 3.5 months in warranty for the inconvenience. Worst experience and customer service I have ever had dealing with a company. We had previously been a big supporter of Bosch, but I can confidently say I will never be buying another product from them after this experience. If you are considering a Bosch product, recommend going with literally any other option.

There is no customer service! We had six service calls on a built in speedoven. We wanted it declared a lemon but they wouldn't do it. My advice along with many repairmen said that don't buy Bosch!

Tool was crap out of the box. Sought warranty replacement and had to jump through hoops for a week to get warranty coverage as promised. Was told new item would ship when they received the damage one. After returning the warranty item (12V wireless oscillating tool) they went dark. Tracking info shows they got it 6 days ago. No progress. Been on hold for an hour. Don't buy their stuff. Plenty of better options out there.

Bosch dishwasher out of order since Early July. Needs a $4.00 Dry tank nut. On back order since them - 5 months so far. CSR offered to send full replacement part, Cost about $150.00 that has the nut. Have submitted the requested paper work four times with no further response. Hold time on their system is well over an hour no matter what time I called. Emailed their CEO to complain - again no response. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Bying a different dishwasher brand this week.

30" gas cooktop. Terrible finish quality. Chrome "plating" literally wipes off. Low-grade stainless base scratches with a whisper. Phone support: Essentially useless unless you have a few hours to wait (by design?), and can understand foreign dialects. Website Customer No-Service: No reply whatsoever. Facebook page: I did get a fast reply. After spending a lot of time and sending photos and diagrams, representative understood what a burner-base is. It was sent promptly. Now that the remaining burner-bases and some of the control knobs discolored, there is no response. Apparently Bosch knows the finish is defective and simply doesn't care.

We bought a new dishwasher in January 2022. It leaked from day one because there is a crack in the welding. I have been waiting for my new dishwasher for 10 months now. Needless to say, even when I do get my new one I will never buy bosch again. They say it's still going to be months. An entire year of hand washing in exchange for the $1500 I paid them. I will never make that deal again. Meanwhile I can jump down to the home depot and get one delivered in 3 weeks. They only care about the money and the new people they can sucker into their product. Once they have your money good luck getting anything from them.

Worse dishwasher we ever owned Does not dry dishes e utensils. Have to use towel to dry items
All service tech can do is reset
Do not waste your money Unit is four week old trying to return

Bosch, I will never buy again. I Bought my oven last year and have been having issues with it throwing a code. I have talked to Bosch 7 maybe 8 times on the home sent several emails. All returning my email saying a tech guy will call me weeks go by and no one calls. call them again same thing and no one has called. or i get a number from them and the guy never calls back. so its out of warranty now and Bosch will not fix it. how many times does a person need to call or email to get the job done. so now i sit here with a oven that keeps throwing a code.

Got e15 code. After waiting over a half hour rep could only a phone number of someone else to call
Can't get it turned off and it is the weekend. No leak at all
Terrible. I will never buy another Bosch

Bosch service has been in hiding for over 31 days and has taken no action to repair with success or replace the failed product. Bosch never answers phone or email.

What customer support? No email address, no instant tech help on line, huge wait if you call. They make it really hard. Plus, I am really disappointed in their dishwasher and need 3 questions answered. Also, I registered with them and there's no record. Nor can I reregister because I can't find the info. I don't know where it is on the dishwasher.

BOSH HAS TERRIBLE. T.E.R.R.I.B.L.E customer service. I have a dishwasher that is giving me so many problems and when tried to contact customer service. Terrible response. They just want your money. I am never buying a product with this company again. Quality: Terrible and service terrible.

The worst you could possibly experience both from product quality and customer service. Our washing machine broke down after ~6 months of use. It took 1-2 weeks to schedule each repair session and every time the repair person came, he did not know the issue and said something different. Customer service people kicked ball to each other and nobody wanted to be responsible for anything. In short, DO NOT buy from them - low quality, bad service. Save your money for other brands.

After over a month waiting, Bosh came out to fix a door falling down. They fixed the door, but now the washer will not turn on. I just called service and am waiting an estimated 44 minutes!!

Bosch is nearly unreachable, and provides a product that is not worthy of the cost they ask. The customer service reps were pleasant, but each time I called it was a minimum 45 min on hold. The supervisor was not at all interested in my problems with the ice maker ( they replaced the refrigerator once and have sent 3 people to repair the second one - still not working.
