A technician was to come out and call before coming. They came while I was in my basement. They did not call as requested. They left. I left work early to have them come. I had to reschedule and ask to leave work early again. That was not a good look to my boss. I don't think the company is being lead by anyone with a great mission. They'll lose costumers slowly but surely. One day we'll have many cable companies to choose from and we'll feel no loyalty towards Bright House.

Brighthouse networks is the (WORST) customer service I've ever seen . Starting with cable boxes or pic just stopping and sound keeps going . This went on for months . " from April 16th 2013 to December 22nd 2014 . Same old story "I'll send out a Tech" and nothing . Had to talk to Brenda at the CEO office to get it fixed . Then in january 4th 2015 the cable box burned up and the HDMI going to the tv melted . It burned out the motherboard . $295.63 to get tv fixed . Brighthouse called & Nick 727 224 9015 saidthey will only pay 150 off my cable bill ..... Now another month has gone by and no tv to watch cable but still get charged $200 this month ???????????????? Great customer service NOT . maybe time to get a layer involved . Will have cable shut off now and get a dish .............................................................................

I have been with brighthouse since I moved to florida going on 6 months and I have never had bad service and customer service till I got them I have got there boxes and all they do is freeze and lose there signal every day . We call them and they shoot bullets to the boxes to no avail they have changed the boxes and still dont work .so we keep calling they tell us they will be there between 1-4 and they have neverever been on time in 5 appointments and they say they will call you when they are on there way but I never received a call from them till this day I was given a credit of $20 but I pay them in my rent so I dont get the money it goes to the apartment complex . So go figure I just get screwed word of advice stay away from brighthouse the worst cable ever.

This is how things started 4 months ago when I was down for 4 days cause u guys send out a retard to fix my problem results cables running thru my drive way and my neighbors driveway for days no TV. And u guys apologize up and down and u will make things right by discounting this months bill and nothing was done 5 months later I'm in collection for $ 305.00 when we just made a payment on 12-12-14 for $ 118.00. Desapointed in ur actions. For a 20 year costumer desapointed

Called about my bill 3 times to get my information and kept getting desconected when they put me on hold. Asked for a supervisor all 3 times and I was blown off all 3 times. That I can help u with ur bill and the bottom line is that they couldn't help me with my problem and aggregate us for the 4 the time and as a costumer for the last 20 years u have lost them. They couldn't do anything about it desapointed after been faithful all these years. I will pay u guys what I owe and this relationships is over.

I schedule an appt in stall wifi for 12/16/14. I called a few times over 3 days to find out if an appt earlier was available. On the 3rd day I was given an earlier appt on 12/14/14 between 2-4 pm and I cancelled work to be at the appt. I called Bright House around 1pm to comfirm the appt but was told that I had no appt for the 12/14 but only the 12/16 but they had a record I did call to ask for an earlier appt. I asked for supervisor and was told by Rep. the supervisor could not do anymore than he could which was nothing. I still asked for the supervisor and was put on hold for over 15 min until I was able to speak to him. Of course he read from the same script that the rep did. I asked who was going to pay me the $72.00 I lost for not working. He replied he could only do a $20.00 credit on my acct and was still going to charge $49.95 for the install on the 12/16. He said they had a different depart for those request. I asked for the Corporate number and asked him to either txt or email me name and number because I was on my cell phone for over 20 mins and could not waste anymore of talk time. This is the next day I have rec'd either txt or email with those numbers. I will be trying to get their Corporate telephone number in Syracuse, NY.

I've been waiting for bright house technician, and it's been 7 days since the thanksgiving break. But it's been taking forever!! The t.v. is working, but it's the internet and phone that hasn't, but I rather sue bright house if they Don't send somebody to fix this!!!!

on 10-31-14 a bright house worker came to my residence to install cable and internet. what i got is a broken fence and cussed out saying he never did it . my naghbor recorded every word he said. and seen what he did to my fence. also the worker who went door to door well. he sold me bright house, he told me i would get a free month if i started bright house. that was a lie also, im 100% disabled. and this is what they do to the people, i cant believe it.

I moved from the sticks to the suburbs in Lake Mary and was excited to have "normal cable" vs. satellite...what a mistake. The TV picture quality was grainy and the audio cut out. For the internet, which I require as I work from home, didn't work properly for THREE MONTHS!!!!!! I had to drive to my parents house in Ormond Beach each day to work...3 hrs a day round trip. Brighthouse couldn't have cared less. Today, all of their toll free and local numbers are out of service. This company is a joke.

My cable was out three days a few weeks ago and I called and called, they just do not care. Tuesday night my cable stopped working again so I called and they advised they would send a tech out between 4 and 6 today (Wednesday). I came home from work to meet them at 4pm and at 7pm I called to find out where they were. They told me that they could not make it so they rescheduled it for tomorrow during the day! I already told them I could not come during the day!!!! After ten years and a $165 monthly bill I give up. BH just does not care about their customers!!!

The hold time in recent weeks is ridiculous ! It is Saturday, November 01 2014 at 8:35 p.m.. I have been on hold for 25 minutes. Can't be that busy on Saturday evening ? This just started happening in the last several weeks ! Y'all have gone from excellent customer service to practically NO customer service at all ! Why is this !



This is why we left Direct TV...Do we need to go back to them ?

Not happy with Bright Service or lack of service. I've been trying for the last two weeks to find out where to pick up a new HD Box as we have to turn on by hand, our box is old. Tried calling, did email and so upset thinking of looking into another service. Get an answer on my emails saying will hear from them within 24 hours, not happening. Via phone, wait 15 minutes and get cut off, you can see why wear ent happy. This morning after getting cut off twice, finally got a girl and she said there is a Bright House in Tarpon Springs, where we live and for me to go pickup a box. Will try this, hopefully this will solve our problem. Gail Giroux

After receiving a solicitation from Brighthouse offering 90 mbps I decided to drop my ISP of over 9 years and go with the BH offer. On the call to set-up the appointment I was asked for my address, phone number and social security number (which I was very reluctant to give them but finally agreed to do so).

Appointment was set for Saturday the following weekend between 10am-12pm. I received a call at 9:45am from the technician's dispatch that he/she was on the way. Then at 2:30pm I received another call from the same dispatcher that the tech was running behind. Then at 4:45pm I received a third call from the same entity informing me once again that the tech was running late...at that point I (as diplomatically as I possibly could) told them to cancel the appointment and that I was no longer interested in their services.

During the entire variance of time waiting for the 'so called' technician to arrive I was on the phone with 4 different reps from BH (2 being supervisors) one of which actually could not answer one of my questions as to the cause of my dilemma and she simply hung-up on me. Furthermore, neither rep was able to remedy the technicians inability to arrive at my home to install my services.

Needless to say I hope all that read this stay clear of Brighthouse and find other ISPs to work with. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with and can tell you this...as a consumer a company would not find a more loyal customer. I have had DirecTV for over 17 years, Verizon since they were Primeco, and have been with my IPS for 9 years. Brighthouse certainly blew it this time! Again, just to reiterate...Brighthouse is the worst company I have ever dealt with and am glad I will not be affiliated with them in any way.

The brighthouse experience is absolute garbage!I have been waiting 20+ mins and still no representative in sight! My WiFi has been off since 10 last night and it's 7pm and it's till off! Bright house guy destroyed our Carmarthen he installed the box, the box! Bright house is the biggest money hole! Save your stress and money and go somewhere else!

I'm in the Orlando city limits and have had Bright House for 16 years. I've loved it until a few months ago.
When The TV went all digital it was not receivable with my digital TV's in the rooms not already on a DVR. Now I have to add a small converter box and more cables and yet another remote! Everyone else is going wireless, Bright House is going backward.

Even more annoying ... Since the digital conversion I loose my Bright House phone service and internet for a few minutes a couple times each day. The down time is not long enough for me to phone in a complaint. Many times over the summer I call home to check on my son only to find the phone is out. Very annoying! BH has been out and replaced several components with no impact.

To Whom It May Concern: I made a call to Bright House customer services and was very up-set and dis-satisfied with the customer service that I had to deal with. The 1st rep. wasn't clear with the issues I had, when trying to end the call with him, I ended up hanging up the phone to reach another rep. which was even worse than the 1st. rep. Very laid back and had an attitude as tho he was tired and didn't have compassion with what I was trying to explain to him. I again eneded up hanging up on him as well. I didn't think a 3rd customer service would be any help either, I just ended the night very up-set with my pressure rising to no end. I have been in service with Bright house for many years, and any calls in the past has been resolved with no issues. Tonight was the worst ever and I am really considering changing services in the future as well as sharing my story with family and friends. I just wanted my issues to be heard or known tonight. Thank you for the opportunity to share feelings.

Once again, I was on the phone most of the only day off I've had since March and no one answered. I was told that I HAD TO obtain two digital adapters in order to continue my service. I went to pick them up and was told that it would only involve "a few minutes and a simple phone call to activate them." NOT! I also ended up blowing out one of my TVs, fairly new and worked flawlessly until now. Bright House is completely fraudulent. I once had my secretary place them on speaker phone until they answered. We closed up, turned out the lights and finally shut off the phone 8 hours later ... no answer. I'm going with Direct TV but this company cheats its customers, charges a fortune, lies and lies and lies. Someone needs to finally investigate this criminal organization.

I had Bright House (BH) service in my New Smyrna Beach residence just for over 2 years. In this time my internet connection kept going down, and I was in touch with their call center (road runner) many times, at times dealing with people in the Phillipines who I could barely understand.The modem got changed at least 3-4 times in this period. Finally I gave up and switched to AT&T this spring, and have had no trouble since. I informed BH of my switching, and cancelled my VISA card, which was being automatically billed. I received a note from BH saying they were sorry I had left, and hoped I would come back. Now, every month since I switched, I have been receiving a bill notice from BH, with a link to go onto. I would go onto the link, to what was my account page, and told the account no longer existed. I kept writing BH asking what this bill was all about, and they refused to tell me. Many emails later, I finally got an answer as to what the charge was...a missing battery from their modem. I have no idea what they are talking about...their service guy picked up all their equipment in a box, and never said anything about a missing battery. What would I want with a modem battery? I have sent another message asking BH to fix this problem, and as it's been over 1/2 a year since this annoying issue started, I don't expect any solution. Please BH, surprise me, for the love of God!STOP this rediculous billing!

Bright house is by far the worst cable company there is. Waiting on a tech to come service my home and never shows up. Call them and they keep giving me the run around. Rescheduled and 2hrs after scheduled time no one shows up, call again requested supervisor and must be most unprofessional sup ever. His name is Jay and could only say sorry would u like to reschedule for the 3rd time. They should be ashame of themselves!

Bright House has no effect customer service. They put you on hold for almost an hour from the different people they switch you to. They make mistakes in adding bill totals which is simple math. I was charged for a two apt. location and customer service told me it would take months to clear up their error. What kind of company is this.

This is my first experience with Brighthouse and it has been beyond terrible. I ordered their BB/Dig Phone svc on the 23rd and was given today (8-10am) for the install. Yesterday pm I received a call confirming the appointment. After no one appeared this am, I called (going through voice prompt hell) and a long wait to be told that they needed to status the tech and that someone would call me back. Never happened. I called again at 3pm (same hassle) to finally be told that I had been rescheduled to the Feb 7 by the installation org because they are dealing with a serious backlog. The Cust Svc side is not being informed of these rescheduled appointments! Incredible. This company has no sense of customer service and the management team needs to be sacked. Beyond terrible!

WORSE service ever. 7 calls to India. One told me she did not have direct line to US supervisor. Another told me he would send me a temp password to my mail, but it was my mail that was down so how could I get his mail. Then after a 23 minute wait another told me he would stay on line while he got me U.S. rep. Well that was my last call. I hung up after being on hold for 16 minutes with a phone message that just kept repeating. Useless.
