Bought the golf watch, Bushnell neo x. Very dissatisfied with the product. The watch's auto brightness feature either does not work or is not there only. Brightness is very low and there is no way to increase it. Can't be used at night. The battery is another problem. Though rechargeable, it is now dead. Found the battery after searching almost every shop on earth, only to find out that the original battery is soldered. Please tell me what can be done? It has not even been a year and this ₹20000 watch is of no use at the moment. Bought it for my dad's birthday, so it's really saddening.

They haven't returned any of my e- mails.They can't even answer a simple question regarding a battery cap replacement for a red dot scope. Worst customer service ever.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. BUSHNELL IMPULSE ARE CRAP. I have had them for 2 years and they sucked from day one. I have 7 cameras. Last years customer service made it ok because they would just send a camera out to me as soon as one broke. Now that they merged with primos it is a different ball game. There customer service is the worst o have EVER gotten. McDonald's customer service would probably be more help. Truly horrible and imbarissing. Bushnell should be ashamed of themselves for selling such an inferior product and not backing it up. These cameras aren't even good as a fire starter. I give them 1 out of 10 on both there bushnell impulse and customer service

I am so disappointed! no one is even replying to my emails I have sent to bushnell since March! We booked in a trail camera because it stopped working, the repair centre gave me ridiculous answer back as to why it is a non-warranty replacement. The trail camera was less than 8 months old! Bushnell doesn't reply to any emails, the repair centre ignores my requests to explain why it is a non-warranty replacement.

So upset with Bushnell.

I bought a Verizon wireless trail cam of yours about a month ago. I put the required batteries in and it worked for a month of free trial. I opted for the 250 MB plan at 29.95 a month. As soon as the plan transferred to me paying the cam stopped sending pics to me. I bought the cam for security purposes as I am 3 hours away from the camera. When it stopped working I called and spoke to a K Meissner , I believe, and he told me that the batteries get to 70% and the cam stops working. I put new batteries in yesterday afternoon and it worked a couple times and stopped again. I emailed Ken and he then says the batteries were below 90 % and the cam stops working after 90. He told me to go through a shut down and restart process to which I told him I'm 3 hrs away. His answer was SORRY. So I spent 300 bucks on a worthless hunk of junk and customer service totally sucks.

Purchased Bushnell trophy trail camera 20mp 3/28/20. Takes pink day pictures, takes countless pictures of nothing, night pictures are not clear. I was told to return the camera for repair or replacement. I have to pay the postage to return the camera and postage for the return. The camera cost $69.99. By the time I pay for the postage what really is the point. I guess you get what you pay for. Unfortunately when I'm willing to pay more it won't be for a Bushnell product. Really, I haven't even had this product a month! Very unhappy consumer.

I was just advised by a Bushnell representative that they will not stand by their product. I have a Bushnell Hybrid GPS rangefinder with a rechargeable battery. The battery needs replacement...normal stuff.

Their rep said you they longer have that battery and the product ($350) is obsolete. I posed a question "if you bought a car and three years later it needed a battery and the dealer said we don't have that battery and your car is obsolete, would that be cool with you". He said "no" but refused to do anything to rectify. This is outrageous.

Worst Company EVER - Doesnt respond - doesnt call back, doesnt answer email, doesnt answer the phone - I sat on hold multiple time 45 minutes even an hour - just to get disconnected -

spoke to corporate headquarters FINALLY - guy there gives me his # + email satys call me Ill help u -

I have purchased two golf range finders over the past 5 years. Along with that my wife purchased a GPS watch that was just over two years old. All three of them have gone bad just after the warranty expired. I sent all three of them in for repairs with the same results..Because the cost of repair exceeds replacement the offer is to purchase a new model at a discounted price. In each case I can purchase from amazon for less. I'm extremely disappointed and find it hard to believe its cost over three hundred dollars to repair these items. I believe all they do is turn them on and confirm they don't work then send back the offer without any thought of repairing the units.

When I tried to contact them twice I waited on the phone for over an hour and nobody answered!

WORST CUSTOMER NON_SERVICE - You will sit on hold for hours - just NO RESPONSE - My spotting scope was broken out of the box and when you file online for warranty repair they ask for a SKU Number - except there is no number on my scope and I dont have the box - THEY CALL IT A NO HASSLE WARRANTY - LIFETIME!!!! They say you dotn need a special receipt of papers etc - except u need a SKU number that doesn't exist and wont answer the phone - I guess this means my life is over

I returned a Back Track GPS to the warranty department. I followed instructions accordingly as described in manual. I have emailed Customer Service and they replied as to call there One Eight Hundred #. I have called for about 3 weeks on numerous occasions. I have been on hold for up to 30 minutes at a time. Emailing Customer Service is a joke! They pass the buck by telling you to call CS. I am now without a Back Track thanks to the Bushnell Company!!

Between yesterday and today, customer service placed me on hold for over one hour and then hung up saying there were no agent available to answer my call. That is horrible customer service!!!!! In addition, I have been trying to place an order on line for the Champion VANQUISH, and the program takes me as far as name and address saying there is no shipment option and I can go no further. I even left my phone number with a supervisor and no call back. Bushnell has some enteral problems they need to address. Keith Simmons

I'm just another customer who cannot get in touch with Bushnell customer service. After having issues and doing an internet search, I'm not surprised that I got the exact same silence as other customers. No one ever answers the phone line. No one ever replies to emails. The repair lab ticket system does not work.

Avoid at all costs and get a superior product elsewhere.

Bushnell sucks! You call their customer service and sit on hold for a half hour and then it tells you "our agents are not available" and it hangs up on you!! Two different days I have sat on hold.... you can't talk to a real person at all...
I sent in a trail camera for repairs according to their web site and when you want to check up on the status it asks you for a Repair ticket number but when you fill out their online form to send in the device it doesn't give you a ticket number so how do you ever check on the status? I sent an email asking about it and after waiting three days, I have not heard a thing, no response to them receiving either the camera OR the email even though I know the camera was delivered... Don't bother to check their FAQ section because it won't open up to answer any question you may have....Horrible service, I am not buying any more Bushnell products and I'll make sure all of my friends and relatives know that as well. Between us we purchase a lot of recreational and hunting equipment.

$600 for the newest Pro XE Golf Rangefinder. Defective switch so I sent it in for replacement as instructed by customer service Its been 5 weeks and still waiting. Hold time for information is almost and hour!!!!!!! No more Bushnell products.

It looks like nobody works at customer service, I have waited about 30 minutes (!) and hang up. Sent 3 emails, never got a reply. Seems this company can't afford to pay its personnel anymore...

For a simple question, First call for customer service i waited 6 minutes on the phone and i Hang up, Second day i waited 12 minutes no answer i also hang up...

with all the tech available for you Bushnell ...you guys stink

You promised a shipping label 2 weeks ago. I haven't received it yet. Numerous phone calls, faxes, emails. My ion watch stopped working three months ago. I gotten the run around from you people. I bought it in oct. stopped working in December. My next calls are to the better business bureau, states attorneys office. This is absurd. Fax they claim nobody received it. Someone had to sign for it two months ago. Emailed 4 times finally got an answer. They were sending shipping labels two weeks ago. Nothing. I guess if they are stubborn enough I'll go away. Horrible way to do business. Reputable name. Right.

Called customer service about an issue with newly purchased binoculars and told "no problem, it's covered by the warranty, send it in." Binoculars sent back by Bushnell with a note saying "while the binoculars are covered by the warranty, it would cost too much to repair, so go by a new pair." Who can you complain to about these crooks?

Good Afternoon! I have called every number listed for Bushnell trying to contact you about a warranty on a pair of binoculars and none of the numbers are working. Quite frustrating to say the least. Will someone please contact me ASAP? Very unprofessional that I cannot reach your office during business hours of 8-5.

Sent a pair of binoculars in for repairs. Tracking says they recieved it. No one has yet contacted me for any questions concerning the repair. I have emailed customer service multiple time and finally tried the 1-800 -423-3537 several times and the number doesn't work either!!! Very frustrating!

Bushnell is horrible. After this repair, if I even get it back...I don't plan on sending anything back again. Horrible customer service!!!
