Good morning,
Today was my last day staying at the Comfort Inn in Warsaw. For the past two years I've been calling the Comfort my temporary' home while I was working on a big project for Zimmer Medical. I just wanted to tell you about two exceptional employees you have at this property. Jenny and little' Rachael were always very helpful and courteous to me while I was staying at the Inn. I can't say enough good things about these two women. Racheal always greeted me in the morning with a big smile and a good morning. Jenny always took care of my reservations and anything else I needed.

As a manager myself I know how hard it is to find good people these days. These two ladies are keepers' in my book. I believe when you have exceptional people in your organization, you should let them know.

I could have stayed at the Hampton Inn the Holiday Inn or any of the other hotels in town, but I chose the Comfort Inn because of how I was treated there. I felt like I was part of these two ladies families. They were always very welcoming and friendly. I'm now leaving after two years in Warsaw. I have to say I'm a little sad to leave my two friends behind. Please let these ladies know when you see them, how much I appreciated them. I will miss them.

We would like to tell you that we had a great time at the Comfort Inn in Cameron, Missouri. The people there were so helpful and did everything they could to make our family reunion nice. We had no place in town to get together ( because of rain) so just stayed there in the kitchen area to visit.
Plan on going back again next year.

How could this hotel could have employee drinking in the backroom wow its a shame that employee be drinking hidden n work drunk n the employees doesnt know okay fantastic

Hi guys. I just wanted you to know that "Jody" at your Comfort Inn in Cortland, NY gave me exceptional customer service: My wife and I were driving up Interstate 81 heading towards Cortland from New Jersey. My wife was feeling extreme motion sickness, and said she could not drive in the car any longer. And so we ended our trip prematurely, stopping in Binghamton, NY. It was there that we checked in without a reservation to the Comfort Inn on Front Street (where we had stayed previously). Then I called Jody at the Cortland Comfort Inn to cancel, explaining the situation with my wife. Normally we would have been charged for canceling our reservation there, but Jody was compassionate and waived the penalty fee for us. She was great. Please know that you have a wonderful employee in Jody. Thanks.

Today we were offered a voucher to your motel in Alton Illinois on crossroads cr 62002 after our house caught fire. The family and myself just cannot express our gratitude enough! On what has been a terrible day, the kids are in the pool having a blast. Our dog seems happier here than at home and It's just so nice to try and not focus on the events of the day. Even though we probably will have a couple of weeks before we can go home. I just cannot find the words to express my gratitude for your compassion and generosity. From the bottom of my heart I thank you so much! you have a customer for life and we will tell everyone we know just what you have done for us! Please give my thanks to all those involved in offering help to those in situations like ours. Take care and I wish I could find the words to better describe just how honestly appreciative we area

We all just returned from a cousin reunion in corning, ny..we stayed two nites at comfort inn in corning...an absolutely great experience...the hospitality .... pleasantness ... facilities ..... staff, were just wonderful...we all felt so much at home.....thanks to all the staff for being so nice..

I recently stayed at the Apex NC Comfort Inn on the nights of 5/9 and 5/10. I was generally very pleased with the hotel until I woke up on the morning of 5/11 and found what looked to me like a bedbug on my chest. I killed the critter in a tissue and took it to the front desk, where the desk clerk called the head of housekeeping who confirmed it was a bedbug. I had to check out to make my daughter's graduation, but asked for the manager to call me asap, because I was quite upset. When the manager did not call that day, I contacted corporate customer service. After a call from corporate, the manager called and left a message for me on Monday, 5/12. saying she had had the room inspected and there were no bedbugs. I called her back on Tues 5/13 and left a message asking for proof of the results of the exterminator inspection (my suitcase is still sitting in my garage enclosed in a plastic bag) I have not heard back from the manager since my call on 5/13. In today's world of internet reviews, I would expect better customer service in the hotel industry. I believe the manager's name was Anita Patel (I only heard it in the message she left). I have been fortunate to never encounter bedbugs before, and I must say, it put quite a damper on my entire stay. One last comment, the person I spoke to when I called Customer Service was very helpful, seemed concerned, and was very professional.

My daughter and I took a vacation Sept. 15th -Oct.1st..We spent 14 nights at Comfort Inns. The locations were Clarion, Pa., Denver, Pa., Ocean City, Md. and Savannah, Ga.. We was so pleased with the first stay that we sought out Comfort Inns at each place we stayed. Of the four Comfort Inns we stayed at all had a wonderful staff and nice clean and comfortable rooms. We hope to make return stays next year.

I am a sub-contractor working for Pfizer in Nanuet, N. Y. The receptionist Jitka Bohmova is an exceptionally patient and professional person. My co-worker and I would like you to know that for the last three weeks she has gone above and beyond in straightening out missteps made during the reservation process by us. We truly are greatful!

We stayed at the Comfort Inn Suites in Salem, Illinois. The night person at the desk, Alicia was so nice and professional. She was very helpful, when my son thought he left a pair of shoes as he left one day before us. We had a card key problem and she was quick to remedy that. The day person Lori was great with making the reservations and very helpful. When I originally tried to block rooms for an event our family was having no one else seemed to have a clue.

The place desperately needs a renovation, but all in all it was clean.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Branson,Missouri the week of July the 7th. We had some problems with our room and air conditioning. Your two employees running the front desk while we were there went above and beyond to take care of everything. The desk people were Jim and Sherry. If you knew what these two people went through to take care of everything you would be very proud. Don't let them get away from your company. We stayed at another Comfort Inn on the way back to Michigan and had a good stay that noght also.

I stayed at the comfort in at Lincoln, AL 35096 on 6/28/13. The place was clean the people were friendly and helpful and the food was great with plenty of choices. When we checked in my granddaughter had set down in a chair and watched TV she left her purse next to the chair with 100's of dollars worth of electronic things in it. The next morning we found it missing, and when we went to the desk they had it and everything was in the purse. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is traveling in the area and needs a place to stay.

We stayed at the comfort inn at Kansas City MCI airport January 16, 2013 and found the bed comfortable, the room roomy and clean. Friendly staff and free shuttle to the airport. No time for breakfast but it looked good!

We always stay @ Comfort Inns when vacationing and we will continue to do so.
Staff always friendly, rooms clean, nice locations & great pools.
We only encountered a slight problem one night...carpets damp, room smelled musty. Front desk staff moved quickly & professionaly to give us a new room. We are always happy with CI and will continue to use them as well as Comfort Inn Suites.

Good Morning

I stayed at your property in St. Louis, Missouri over the Thanksgiving weekend. I stayed at the property at 4630 Lindell Blvd, St. Louis, Mo, 63108. My room number was 306. I do appreciate the renovation of the rooms. I would make a few suggestions: tie up the loose wires/cords hanging behind the television;the toilet paper holder is broken and lying next to the sink. Do you have any rooms with bath tubs. I enjoy taking baths as oppose to showering. Also, congratulations to Ryan at the front desk. He made a potential negative guest relations situation into a POSITIVE situation. He is an assest to your organization. I hope you have told him this. Peace be with you!

I stayed at comfort inn in Draffenvill ky and have no idea why they would be ranked so low there were little things yes that i could nit pick but the staff service, manurisim and friendliness out weighed any small issues

I have stayed at Comfort Inn, Castro Valley, CA often over the past 6 months. This well maintained Inn has begun to feel like a "home away from home." This Inn has a "family" feel. The staff: Maria, Shandra, Jeff, Omar, Robert, as well as the housekeepers often go out of their way to provide asisstance. This is a pleasant surprize in this world. Please, keep it up. It reminds me of another "world" at another "time" in history.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn,at 2632 Cleveland Ave, Santa Rosa, Ca, on 8-12-2010.
I was having my home painted, and needed to stay away, for a day. The Asst. Manager, Hilda Gomez, was very nice, and made sure I had a room, early, so I would not be breathing paint fumes. She was aware that I am disabled, and made sure I was O.K.

I had a very unsatisfactory stay @ quality inn in w. virginia this past fall and i was sent vouchers to stay @ choice hotel again.this past weekend i stayed @ comfort inn,medford n.y.-i am happy to say my room was clean,beatiful accomadations, and the front desk staff couldn't have been nicer!thankyou !
