Received ANOTHER letter today thanking me "for participating in the Continuous Service Program" along with an invoice. I had already called and "opted out" of the automatic renewal program. I tried to call to again cancel this service, but found no phone number on the letter. I then Googled for a phone number and found only mail and e-mail contact information. FINALLY, after wasting way too much time, I found a phone number on "www.contacthelp.com" when I Googled "Country Living Magazine" and scrolling down, which said to press "0" for a live person. The lady I spoke to did not want my account number, only my name and address, which I gave her. She wanted to cancel my subscription that I had already paid for, but I told her to only cancel the automatic renewal and remove me from the auto renewal program. Only time will tell if that will actually happen!!

I DID NOT renew my subscription to Country Living. I sent in your request with CANCEL in large red letters. I have NOT been receiving monthly magazines.

STOP sending me notices in the mail and on email! I am not past due on anything to you. If you do not stop I will send in a report to the BBB.

This is the $th note I've sent and have yet to recieve a reply! I purchased towels, washcloths, handtowels made by your label and after the first wash they are junk! They are stringy and hard and the worse thing I've ever spent money on! I trusted your label, have been a customer forever and being ignored regarding this situation is appalling! SO, you do nothing about bad purchses bearing YOUR name yet want me to continue buying your magazine? Don't think so. Obviously you do NOT stand behind your merchandise!

Returned post card from mail solicitation. Invoice arrived. States in two places it can be paid online at pay.countryliving.com. Address does not exist. Tried numerous times. If Google and Ask can not locate it, it does not exixt. NOW! After this fiasco do you really expect me to believe anything printed in your magazine. Totally disapointed. May decide to not pay and consequently not subscribe.

I renewed my subscription in August 2015 and have not received any copies since. I also have my cancelled check. Would love to talk to someone. I do not have a email address so I can't correspond on line b

Hello...I am researching a sweater on page #30 of December/January2015 Country Living Mag.

Could you tell me how to contact Mary Randolph Carter about where to find the green cable knit sweater she is wearing. It is something I would like to have. Indian face in white...sweater overall color forest green. Many thanks, Marion Meyers

The fine print of says that the first issue will arrive in 4-6 weeks but after you pay it says 6-9 weeks! When I tried to get in touch with them to ask for clarification they just cancelled my subscription instead. Very annoyed at the lack of good customer service.

Name...Diana Patrick, I have paid for Country Living and have NOT received a SINGLE issue! You also make it impossible to get to you! If you do not reply I will go to attorney general of NC. This is really some way of doing business,

I pay my mail because I do not want continuous service. I have received at least a dozen notices and have already renewed my subscription. The notices are unacceptable and high pressures. I have sent three e-mails and letter and still receive these notices. Today I called and waited on the phone for along time and the customer service representative was not nice. Instead of listening to my complaint wanted to have me pay again.

Your horseshoe contest is impossible to find the entry form. Wasted over 20 minutes and still can't find the entry form. Needs to be more user friendly - with just one site!!! Love the magazine - hate the run around with all your contests instructions. October horseshoe is on page 81.

I ordered Country Living along with House Beautiful for $15.06. .So far I have received two issues of House Beautiful have not gotten one copy of Country Living. I have been with Country Living for many years and never had any problems until the last two times I have ordered. I love the magazine that is why I keep ordering it but I am getting a little tired of this renewal thing, being bugged about paying ahead of time, if I want to reorder I will but don't force me to.Please check on the status of my Country Living order or reimburse my money.

even if your magazine is pretty good these tasks you ask us to do like find the horse shoe and submit our findings for prizes . well, we might as well go urinate up a rope. to find where to sign and submit forms ...suck.... good thing my spouse is happy with your magazine otherwise I'd cancel the order

I did NOT renew my subscription, but the Country Living folks continue to send invoices. I fell for it once, but I am NOT going to to it again. They try to trick subscribers into thinking they have renewed and owe for another year. BE CAREFUL.

I, too, have been a recipient of fake "dunning" letters for renewals. I have a two-year paid subscription that began in 2014, runs through 2016. I have been getting extremely nasty notices about my "non-payment", saying my subscription will be terminated. Well--it WILL terminate, when my subscription is up in 2016, but not now. "Your account will be restored to good standing"--it's IN good standing NOW, and will be until deep into 2016; it's only the start of 2015. Nasty mail, designed to fool people. Not worth renewal, if this is how paying customers are treated.

Country living magazin employees are a joke. You send in your subscription money and from there no magazine.why? They sent them to another address. When i called them i was told they would restart my subscriiption with the november issue and surprise no issue. I get the dec/jan issue. I keep getting the run around from them and this will be the LAST time i subscribe to this magazine.

Wow! Received a card to subscribe to Country Living but after reading the reviews consider myself lucky! All about hounding customers for money. Glad I didn't get stuck with t his hassle!

I am totally ticked!!!!!!! I have been a subscriber to Country Living since it began and it has done nothing but gone down the toilet ! I have all the beginning issues where it was awesome now it's a fourth the size, mostly adds and nothing really country. Then they decided to send me a automatic bill that I agreed to continue my subscription which was totally bogus! I never agreed to anything as a matter of fact I cancelled my subscription several years ago and they kept hounding me to try it again which I did and after the first issue decided after my subscription had run out I would NEVER subscribe to it again. I have cancelled my subscription again and hope I never receive anything again from Country Living! Their idea of Country Living is way, way off!! Horrible!!!!!

Can I comment please on your really annoying "offer" page 100 Oct edition where you and bespoke hotels have put an offer together which honestly doesn't exist except for one Scottish hotel available 1 date per month. This offer sounds lovely but honestly, having wasted ages on the phone with their booking number, this offer DOESNT EXIST and is a waste of everyones time (unless you live next to the Scottish hotel and can disappear mid week for a mini break). THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!!
