I went to Discount tires in Arlington Texas Saturday morning for a rotation and alignment, my services were free due to purchasing tires there (awesome right). However, my Ray Ban sun glasses came up missing resulting in a $250 loss. Needless to say, I would've rather paid $69 for the services ?

I have shopped at discount tire for years. Now I go in for a slow tire leak repair and they wont fix it because they now have this tread gauge. Before even talking to you any more about the customer needs, they break out the gauges and want to sell you tires before they do anything. I have plenty of tread just like before when I had leaks repaired. They have just lost my business.

I have 34000 miles on my 80000 tires.I get my rotation done every 6000 Miles my tire air pressure checked every month. Not once did they tell me that my tires were wearing unevenly or that I needed an alignment. Now they are telling me my tires are shot and no warranty because I didn't take care of the tires. This is very frustrating because have they ever told me that I would have taken care of it. I depended on them to tell me what my tires needed.

I ordered 4 new wheels and tires from the Grove City, Ohio store in Aug 27th, 2022. One call I made to the store to get an update was that the tires were there and waiting on the wheels. I was also promised call back with tracking information on the wheels. I never got the return call.
This morning another call was places to the store, the response was that the wheels are still in route and the tires are on order. Oh, and to speak with the store manager will be a two-week wait. No acting manager has been appointed for that timeframe. I'm going to get my car, the flat tire, wheel and a full refund including the price for the warranty replacement tire which was the reason I was there on Aug 27th. Never again!

Have been buying my tires for Suvs for 20 years. This time brought in my suv to repair a tire that picked up a tack. After a long wait, I was told they cannot repair the tire because it also had a hole in its wall. I asked them to show me the hole, they couldn't find it, refused to give me back the tire so I was forced to purchase a new tire for the suv. The suv did not need a new tire. There was no hole in the wall. Expensive!! I will never deal with them again.

Just got back from a wash Honda and Macon Georgia saying I needed tires they gave me a price on four tires I thought I'd go buy discount tires and Centerville Georgia I waited 15 minutes before well before I walked out sounds like two mechanics and the manager would rather talk behind the counter than to wait on me so therefore I am not buying from discount tires but I did come back together since pictures of the three people still behind the counter talking after five minutes.App I have pictures of the three that was talking after they saw me take pictures to him never asked me for anything, put up on my floor last tires here 3 years ago underneath 478-953-0874, oh yes I don't care if wash Honda was more expensive at least they treat you like a person and wait on you.

I hate that when they see a woman they think "easy money" unfortunately my daughter, whose 26, was suckered into buying two new tires for $600. She is between jobs right now and working part-time and doesn't even make that much in a week. They've tried to do this to me but I know their game. I just wish these sales people at Discount were honest and really tried to help their customers instead of showing them the most expensive tires. When someone goes in there and knows exactly what they want they need to consider that persons situation before trying to con them into expensive tires. And stop trying to do everything possible to persuade the customer to change their mind. Stop peer pressuring customers into getting something they don't want!

Maybe the CEO of the company pull his head out his ass and fix things..I know this guys are making great money..it's all about customer service and that's the focus...most places are terrible. Discount needs to wake up because I've used them my whole life and I'm done..buying tires and warranty from these jokers...4 cars with there tires and I know they don't give a crap but I'll go anywhere else but there when I need tires..

Ok in spring branch north of San antonio is usually a shitshow. Customer service sucks..today would not rotate my tires to bad to do but had warranty. I have 5 cars will never buy from them again..another time car came out bay lugs where loose as I watched the tires wobble. Always bought from them never again and warranty sucks. Had a tire blow out on another gave no credit. Had another blow out same car still charged me 25 for new tire..what a shitshow.i never write reviews but I'm pissed. Just flip the tire and not try to sell me more. .joke

Had an apt.. waited 1 1/2. To fix a tire of theirs! Second time! Still NOT fixed! I'm sure if I bought more tires.. they wld work.. CRAPPY•

They recked my side rockers on my 2 week old 2022 ss Camaro ... went to a third party to review my complaint had to take pictures that they already had ... talked to the manager told him I needed another set for my bmw now won't call me back went to the store he refused to come out of his office and talk to me ... never had such bad experiences

I have always felt like going to discount tire was a good experience. That is until the last time I went. I bought three new tires--the fourth had just been replaced due to a puncture. I called before I went to see if they would put new rims I had purchased on my car when they were putting on the tires. They said it would be no problem. So I went to get my new tires, and again I reminded the salesperson that I wanted the new rims put on. Again, no problem. So I waited for quite some time in the waiting room. While I was waiting, a guy drove up in a very nice car. There were 3 Discount Tire guys out looking at the car for quite some time. It got very close to closing time, and they brought my car around. When I went outside, the new rims were not on. I asked the guy about the rims. He said he didn't know about them. He said he would have to take the entire tire off to put the rims on. I know that I am a woman, however, I am not stupid. I was so irritated that he treated me like I was stupid and stood there and lied to my face. It was closing time, and he didn't want to do it. All he had to say was I'm sorry I forgot, if you bring it back tomorrow first thing, I'll put them on. I am going to try another tire store. I am super disappointed.

I made an appointment with the shop on Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville FL to remove a nail from my tire. I arrived 10 mins early as requested. I was told they were running behind and they had not gotten to their 1:00pm yet. I watched 2 vehicles come in and out the bay with FULL SETS OF TIRES while mine sat in the bay for 30 minutes with NOTHING being done intil I finally said someone. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE WITH AN APPOINTMENT, my tire was patched and I left. Morale of the story? Doesn't matter how much $ you've spent there. If you just need a nail removed you go to the bottom of the list even with an appointment because you're not making them any $ that day. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION.

I scheduled an appointment on May 26, at 10:30 am at the new Apache junction store for a tire rotation and to fix my from passenger leak in my tire. I dropped my car early and told Avaryo that I would be back before closing. He asked what was I scheduled for and I told him. He said I was only schufir a tired rotation and I told him no, so he updated my service for what I scheduled for. I came back at 5:30 and he said there was nothing wrong with my tire that they did a reset on it. I asked if my tires were rotated and he said the person that dropped off the car only had a repair scheduled. I told him Sir I dropped the car off and I spoke with you don't you remember? The same numbers on my tires are still low and they weren't even rotated. My husband and I buy our tires at your company for years and this is what we get when we finally get a discount tires buy our home. I was very upset and my tire is still low pressure on the front right passenger.

Just read the comment about plugs, Discount tire put a plug in a tire for me last year so that's a lie on the stores part!

I Would Like To Say How Dissapointed I Am With A Salesman At The Store In Wichita Falls Tx, Cory Was Rude, Unapologetic, And Not Caring. I Asked Him To Fix A Flat Tire And Rotate The Wheels. Pirallie Tires With @ 24000 Miles On Them And He Fixed The Flat Tire But Refuse To Rotate Them Saying That They Were Worned Out. I Had An Expert At Royal Tire Co. To Check Them For Me And He Said That There Is Nothing Wrong With My Tires And Offer To Rotate And Balance Them For Free! Royal Tire Just Earned A New Customer For Life

The wait is unbearable. There is no reason to wait that long for new tires,rotation or just removing a nail. I am not happy about having to wait extra long because I need a nail removed. When I am buying new tires I sure don't wait as long. Humm, maybe because they are not making in any money off me today.

Would not put 2 snow tires on said had to be all 4 which is totally crap, we left and went some where else and they had no problems doing it! I will not be back, I know you wanna make money but don't have to lie to customers to do it

I'M FURIOUS!!! I went into the Juan Tabo store yesterday because my tire pressure light keeps coming on 2-3 days after airing up my tires. They couldn't find anything wrong with any of my tires so they sent me on my way. Today, I go out to find a flat tire! I finally get someone to come over to air up my tire and drive it over there again and what do they do? NOTHING!! They can't find anything wrong with the tire so - I was sent home again with the same damn tire! I'M PISSED! When I have a flat tire in the morning, they are going to wish they had never heard of me! DON'T GO TO THE STORE ON JUAN TABO AND CANDELARIA.

I ordered a couple of tires from their website on a Tuesday and made my appointment online for the following Monday. I received a call on Friday that Monday is when the tires will arrive, but can't install them until Tuesday. So I pushed back my appointment for 8:30 AM. When I arrived on Tuesday, I was told the tires had not arrived yet. They were still working with vendors in Iowa & Georgia. The service advisor said they tried to reach me about the order but that was a lie. They weren't sure when they would arrive. In fact, the service advisor tried to sell me tires they had in stock which were much more higher than the ones I already purchased online. They said they would call me when they arrive. Needless to say, it's been a full week and my tires haven't arrived. Not only id I take time off work for the Tuesday installation, but the guy never apologized. never again from the Carpentersville, IL location!

So I made the mistake of buying three tires from here. The other tire didn't need replacing. One of the tires was "worn out" so last week I spent 140 dollars for one tire and this week another one of the tires had a issue. Took it in to get it repaired or replaced and magically another one of my tires was "worn out" and they told me to replace it This place likes to take advnstage of women customers and I am not AMUSED You just lost a customer Beware the Pierson road location they are looking to make a profit

Never again!! Bought tires on 6/2 and already had to take back twice. First on back left tire had "bulge" and had to order another tire. Go to leave this morning and front right tire is low!!! Would never recommend this place of business.
