Dollar general store #10358 Hwy 43 Canton,MS has made a dramatic improvement over the past few weeks. With all the stores in this area being under staffed for the last year, it has been a strain for them to keep up with stock and space needs.Now that the supply lines ate catching up most of the stores have been over stocked with many slow movi g items and under stocked with the everyday use items. This store has had the biggest improvement I've seen. The hard work they have done is easy to see. I enjoy shopping this store the most because they make it clear that they take pride in their work and the staff is helpful, professional, and friendly.Mrs Yolanda always smiles and ask if you found everyou needed. Always makes you feel welcomed. The manager is always on the floor working along side her employees. She always greets her customers in a professional manner and let's you know she appreciates your business. Great job, keep it up!

This is for store manager and her team at 10193 I just want them to know since she has been there it s a total different store now clean shelves stocked and I enjoy shopping with her she is very sweet , respectful and is helpful at any time including her employess

I'd like to say the manager at North main St in Rutland is doing an amazing job keeping the store well kept and stuff of the floor unlike all the other dollar general's I shop at. She is always greeting people with a smile on her face and will drop anything to help a customer. Everytime I go in there I see her hard at work and even when she's taking a quick break she's cleaning the parking lot. Her crew at night aren't very helpful though I've noticed they don't do much besides gossip and talk I really hope she gets some good help because she has work so hard to get this far and the other manager was rude

I want you to know that Alan Heckman at general dollar store #09110 is always plesent and helpful when I come in the store. Yesterday I came in the store to get adult wipes for my mother that I take care of . The shelf was empty. When i,ask Alan when more would be in he said that the truck had jus come in . He took my number and text me to let me know when were avable. Thhs morning he let me know they were there then ask how many I needed. I will definitely continue to go to his store.

I just left the Dollar General at 1010 US Highway 411 in Moody, Alabama. I feel compelled to let you know that I received the most pleasant experience from your representatives in the store not only was your employee, friendly and helpful, but your store at that address is immaculate. This particular store in Moody, Alabama is clean, well organized and easy to navigate. I have never seen a store as well taken care of as this one thank you and thank your staff for the wonderful job they are doing at 1010 US Hwy 411 Moody, Alabama.

Two different items rung up for more than the price on the shelf. I went back in the store and the cashier acted like it was no big deal. One was supposed to ring up for $7.20 and rang up $7.95. The other was $6.25 and rang up $7.50. That's $2. It was store #1873 in Bentonville, AR. The first item was dog food and the other cat food.

Dollar general on cape coral parkway 33904 zip has a cashier i think she goes buy queen or queenie what a breathe of fresh air always up beat and positive and very helpful I go in there alot as I live close there is another young lady who is very nice as well

Mindi at the Dayton Iowa Dollar Genetal is outstanding! She deeply cares about her staff and all of her customers. A big shoot out to Mindi! She is wonderful!

The store in Wellsville MO is really nice. They currently keep shelves stocked and neat. Store arranged well. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Please have more help at night to put the items on the shelves I went to the store the other day and it was an obstacle course getting through the isles boxes to unload isles to tight to walk down to get items nearly impossible to walk through without getting hurt so please do something about that before someone gets injured,otherwise it's a great store and most employees are friendly,thank you

My name is Fred. If I was the employee I would have walked out. The employee was taking to the customer the manager came up and cut her off when she was talking. That was very rude. The lady her name is Karen. Everytime I go in dollar General she is so sweet. No reason to do that to her. She was busy. He should of helped with us. The manager name is Alan. Please treat her nice she goes above and beyond service to help us. Tell Alan not to do that to her again. Thank you Fred.

The manager (Garnett) at the Main Street dollar general in RADFORD va.... Was awesome!!!! My receipt was wrong and he fixed it pronto no complaining or frustration like I usually get from other stores! This will be my store from now on!

The Dollar General in Friendship, TN is wonderful!!! Helpful staff, clean store, everything is always stocked! I never have a problem when I go and the guy that works there a lot is always there and ready to help. By the way, anybody know his name? He is super cute and mama needs a DATE!

I wanted to brag on Greg who was so pleasant and assisted me at the dg store #10418. He was very knowledgeable And willing to go the extra mile to help. We need more Greg's at dg and maybe he could manage one for you. I suggest a drive through too!

I absolutely love this store and the employees I go there at least 3 to 4 times a week and they are always there to help you find something if you don't know where it's located...I have to give a big shout out to Becky and Dillion they have made this store looks amazing... Becky puts up some beautiful displays for Fall,Halloween and Christmas that is the first place that go too....I never leave without spending at least $45 just on her beautiful displays....I wish all Dollar General would do this...So I'm giving this store a 10 and if I could go higher I would❤️

As a regular customer in small town Wellington, Ohio. Usually spending almost an hour in the store every time, there is this guy who is in a wheelchair working his tail off, in that store. He zips around that store putting all the other workers there, to shame! Even with all the "difficult" tasks he undertakes, he always greets us customers at the register, where he is always pleasant and creates the atmosphere that customers are important. Even makes us laugh sometimes. Being in a wheelchair, he never NEVER let's that prevent him from going out of his way to assist and many times goes out or his way to go above and beyond what other lazy, filthy mouthed, boss wanna be's at that store do for customers. This guy is even a "mature" age......but you would never know it. He's there for the customer and is an important asset to that store. I wish the others would take lessons from this guy and implement his ideal's. The store would be much better off, for it. He is a "Poster Guy" for Dollar General and should go store to store around the country where I've seen a need for his practices, to teach the right way to work!
I think his name is Steve. If it's not, he's the guy in the chair, who I look forward to seeing when I visit the store.
If this in any way could ensure a wage triple the amount received now......Steve (?) should be paid at least that and more, just to retain him as long as possible! I just would not look forward to visiting this store if he wasn't there, making all my visits, an enjoyable one. The other girls there just don't measure up to him!

(I just returned to this section to say that most of the catagories listed below don't concern this comment. This was to say that Dollar General has an employee that should be "cloned"!)

I have been a customer of d.g.in ola,Arkansas since it opened.In the past the store was an embarrassment.Disarray,dirty,service often had to wait for clerks outside smoking.It really was not a pleasant place to shop. Now,new mgmt.(Sam and crew) have made that store totally different experience. Clean,organized always well stocked.Crew is always available, cheerful,and professional.I truly would be proud if I was a district manager and this was one of my stores!

The dollar general store on Siloam Church rd is becoming great again due to new management. I give Tresa a 100 across the board

I live close to the dollar general on jackson rd Griffin ga 30223. Recently they have hired a lady named Jessica to fix the store and clean up. I want it on record that since she has been there the store has been so much better. Shelves stocked, clean floors. She is so helpful and kind. And she gets the job done right. She has also done the same for our other stores in griffin and I believe she needs recognition for all of her hard work and dedication.

Dollar general such a great store to have in town manager Terry is a great asset very friendly helpful and always fun to see so glad the store is doing well in our town!!!

Went to Dollar general in Philadelphia NY today and left. Kay wasn't working I love her superior customer service the big guy that sais he's the manager was there so I left if only people like us knew Kay's schedule. That guy makes anybody want to shop elsewhere.
