Unfortunately due to our own incompetence we missed our flight out of Luton to Bordeaux earlier this week. After my anger had subsided with our inability to get on the flight (we did not hear the flight being called and arrived at the gate 10 mins after it had closed), I was impressed with the way Easyjet handled our problem. They offered to book us onto the next available flight which was out of Gatwick, but there is a shuttle bus from the airport to Luton rail station where we picked up the Gatwick Express. We thought we would have to pay for new tickets, but ultimately paid £50 each. The lesson learnt is to look at your boarding card and take note of the time the gate closes

I made my flight booking through an online agency 2 weeks ago. The easyjet site was having technical difficulties at the time and I have been waiting in vain for my confirmation from easyjet. 10 minutes ago I called the number at the top of this page (0871 244 2377) and was surprised to speak to an actual person! His name is Simon and he immediately sent me the confirmation email to my personal email address. I have nothing but praise for my treatment, and so quickly too.

My daughter suffred a stroke while on holiday in Majorca in August.,
After three weeks in a Private Clinic in Palma she came back to the UK on an EasyJet fight.
The staff were wonderful. They looked after my daughter from arriving at Palma Airport to leaving at Manchester Airport.

I have experianced an amazing customer service when I was flying from London to Malaga . I do travel for business and very often book easyjet . Cabin crew David Moc was absolutely outstending in his customer service ,friendly and truly went the extra mile for each passanger reguest . I myself work in customer services for cruise ships and wish I have more people like David in my team . Well Done !!!

My husband and I would like to thank all the staff who were on duty on the morning of 15th June 2012 at Luton Airport. They showed compasion and understanding to a very difficulty situation. Due to an incident of our own making, we were offloaded from our flight to Tel Aviv. The staff were so helpful in making sure we left the next day. We wish to thank them most sincerely for all their assistance in overcoming a very unfortunate experience. Tom and Marlene Silberman

Tried EasyJet for the first time today as normally I fly British Airways. This airline is amazing and the ambiance and the great customer service skills the Cabin crew had were very noticeable in a pleasing way. We had an issue with the weather so held up for 1 hour and 15 minutes but the Captain was great informing us regularly on a level we could all understand and with humor to lighten the delay. Thank you EasyJet you have converted me. Keep up the great work.

My Mother in Law booked her flights for a months time with Easy Jet and as this was the first time we let her loose on a laptop unsupervised she managed to book it all then realised she had mis-spelt her name. I came up to rescue her and see what I could do. I went on Easy Jet's website and ammended the name to the correct spelling... and was horrified to see they were going to charge £82.00 for a £94.93 ticket! I called the 0871 244 2377 number (which charges 10p per minute, better than the advertised number which charges £1.53 to get a recorded message telling you to phone another number!) and was put through to a lady called Kasha who was amazing. I explained what had happened and she happily changed the spelling and emailed us the new bookings right away... FOR FREE! Apparently the website doesn't allow for mis-spelling and counts a name change as a whole new person being added instead of the original person. Kasha was so pleasant to deal with and a real credit to the company. I hope Easy Jet realise what a star they have with her as sadly, customer service like hers is becoming hard to find nowadays.

I would like to thank easyjet for their kindness and consideration on my return flight from Belfast to Gatwick. After falling and breaking my arm the day before I was due to fly I was extremely concerned at how I would manage on the flight home, I even considered delaying my flight as my arm was in a sling not in plaster because of where the break was. The staff at Belfast international airport were happy for me to carry my x-rays onto the flight and not put them in my hand luggage, they offered to put my hand luggage in the hold at several of the check-ins - an offer I finally accepted and they gave me speedy boarding so I wasn't jostled in the queue. All of this at no extra charge!! Well done easy jet for making my journey home far less painful than I thought it would be. Thank you

The customer service department is so friendly and helpful so despite any travel issues which may occur, this Airline does more than most to compensate for any unexpected travel issues which happen on every airline.
I get the value of Easyjet and like this company!!!

Ý flew with easyjet on the 20thmay from manchester to dalaman at 16.50 and have to say i am a frequent flyer living in turkey so back and two from England all the time,this was the best flight i have ever had,from the check in staff to the wonderful attentive crew on board i have to say Jason the manager and Dan were brilliant from start to finish.We experienced a little turbulance this always makes me a little scared especially traveling on my own,so i looked at Jason with my worrying eyes for help and he was so just wonderful and put my mind at ease.The appearence of all the crew was second to none.Easyjet is so lucky to have Jason on board.Ý wish him every success with the company and hope to fly with him and his crew again soon.Thank you Jason.

I flew yesterday from Paris to Luton on Easyjet. The main cabin attendant, Kath Dogherty was outstanding both in her general attitude towards the passengers and the way she dealt with a female passenger who had got distraught over the behaviour of a fellow passenger. Well done Kath!

Yesterday my flight from Nice was cancelled and we were diverted to Gatwick . We were told many times that we would be met at Gatwick and taken to a coach which would take us to Stanstead. True to Easy jets reputation there was no-one there to help and nobody knew anything about a coach .Even the captain on the flight told us that we would be assisted and transferred to a coach at Stansted so either he was lied to or we were.God help this country and airlines during the Olympics if this kind of chaos ensues at all of our airports due to total incompetence and lack of common sense.I also tried to call Easyjet customer services and $ times I was told the number had changed so I gave up.

i have travelled with easy jet many times and i can only say there great staff are friendly and helpful . i travelled more frequently from liverpool to geneva and then on to hurghada the next day. my only gripe would be a direct flight to hurghada from liverpool . gatwick do it what about us northerners. keep up the good work

I have never been in contact with such a friendly, knowledgeable helpdesk member before. Isabelle was very helpfull and solved the problem immediately. She really understands what a customer friendly approach should be. Thank you very much isabelle! There are many colleagues of yours who can learn from you! I wish more support staff would knowchow toctreat their customers inthe right way.

I needed to speak to an advisor regarding the a current booking, and the status of a Bike Box. The help was patient, and further method sought to find a way of reduction of additional cost. This was a load off my mind and I'm grateful.
I needed to enquire again the next day to make absolutely sure my racing bike would be taken (Racing in Israel) and again excellent help.
Well done easyjet, lowcost but high value customer service.

A BIG Thank You to Drew and his crew on flight 8893 to Marrakesh on Saturday 24 March 2012 for looking after our friend when he was taken ill on the flight. Their reaction was so professional, their care absolute. They also made sure that the rest of us in our little group of six were ok as well as carrying on so that I really don't think all but a few of the passengers new of the drama unfolding until we landed and the local paramedics boarded the plane. Also thank you to the flight crew who arranged for a detour to Faro if needed (thankfully it was not). Well done everyone. :-)

Having been so impressed with the Easy Jet crews on the Saturday March 24th flight out of Montpellier we would comment as follows. The captain of the delayed flight with a technical fault was brilliant in communicating sympathetically throughout the delay. The cabin crew supplied water for all passengers and could not have been more helpful. Finally when the replacement plane was boarded the captain again made everybody welcome with humour and apologies,Easy Jet could not have had better ambassadors. Well Done all. Five hours delay easily forgiven !!Especially as it was unavoidable in the circumstances.We would also add that the groundstaff at Montpellier(not Easy Jet staff) were equally charming and helpful.

Flight to Malaga on 25th Feb. 16.50pm
Thank you so much to Kelly Lewis, the air hostess who very kindly took care of mw when I was violently sick. It must have been verry worrying for her as I fainted aswell. She was amazing. I recovered after the visit in hospital in Malaga and carried on with my holiday. Thank you so much Kelly.
