I would like to thank the cabin crew on flight number EZY8628 on 17th February 2012 for their outstanding care and level of customer service, when I suffered a scald injury caused by the spillage of a cup of scalding black coffee only 10 minutes into the flight from Mallorca to Gatwick. Their quick response and immediate action saved me from major burn injury. In particular, I would like to say a big "Thank you" to Andrea for the care she demonstrated and to say that I haven't forgotten that I owe her a pair of tights!

hi sorry it has taken so long to report what fantastic service we recieved on our fight to crete in october we travelled on 14th october from manchester your staff were second to none i think the person was called mark who was in charge carry on the fantasic you provide will be travelling easyjet again

we had a flight from London Gatwick to Milan Malpensa the last friday and about 30 kilos over.. but we met the nice Angie and she was kind and friendly, we've been helped by her and we thank her so much!!

Flew from Manchester to Madrid 23 Dec 2011 and we were being hassled into putting hand luggage in the hold. As I have a medical problem and needed the contents of mine (specialist food for a coeliac) I didn't want to put my hand bag in the hold, espcially as there is nothing for me to eat onboard or in the airport and last time I flew with easyjet the delay and diversion meant I hadn't eaten for 10 hours.

At the gate the representative did her best to embarass me despite me showing my hospital consultant's letter. I'd already discussed my problem with the check in staff as they were offering free luggage in the hold.

I would have to say that the cabin manager on this flight was an extremely friendly, polite and helpful gentleman.

i booked the rong dates on my flight ..and easy jets policy is to charge 35£ per flight to change them to a different day .....but a very nice man named Bartlomiej Gmerek who was head of customer services allowed me to change the dates free of charge and was very professional and polite about it !

People are so quick to complain! good to hear positive comments.We fly regularly from Paphos to Manchester or Gatwick and have always found the staff to be helpful and courteous .My husband was on a flight on Dec. 7th, which was a particularly VERY windy day.Due to the strong headwinds the plane had to refuel in Milan ,making the journey a little longe.Annoying but BY NO MEANS the fault of the airline.What did impress us was that an apology was sent to my husband ( and obviously other passengers) by way of an e-mail.

I flew with Easyjet fro LAS PALMAS to GATWICK and I found once Iobeyed the rules and regulations of the company there was no proble mwith my bags or weight.I found all the staff very helfull and pleasent atLas Palmas and their SB was very efficient. As we had to take a bus to the aircraft it wasclear that all the passengers on this first bus were speedy boarding. Well done Las Palmas you will be seeing more ofme and my family in thenear future.

Never have any problems with Easyjet. My family and I use them all the time flying to Greece. We have always booked in on time and find everyone very helpful. Flying with them again on 19th Dec from Athens for Christmas in UK and will use on-line booking in and bag drop. Great service. Thank you Easyjet!

the call centre guys are just great. Helped me get my refund, showed me the next steps to follow etc. Nice and willing to help. You just people are only demanding/not reading terms and conditions/ leaving your brain ay home when going to the airport.

I called easyjet on the customer service number (not the premium rate number) which was answered right away and my problem was promptly solved by a very polite and helpful person (sorry I did not catch his name)
but I called at 15.00 hours bst on Oct 1st.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Customer Inquiries. I had accidently misspelt my name on booking application. A customer service employee called Chandra was extremely helpful and dealt with my inquiry satisfactorily through to resolution. I was very relieved to have my problem solved and it was a pleasant surprise to have it dealt with in such a polite and professional manner.

I would like to say a big thank you for making our holiday to Tenerife on 2-9 August so welcoming. From the Speedy Booking in desk staff, flight crews on 6095 and 6096 I couldn't have had a better flight. Well done Easyjet. We will certainly be using you again. 5 of us flew with Easyjet yesterday and I felt I had to comment on your staff. We all thought they were excellent, particularly helpful, charming, caring and extremely efficient. The stewards were Ross and Matt, the Manager was Claire and Captain ?John Humphries on Flight No. EXY8766 of 10/5/11 at 13.00 from Santorini (Thira) to London Gatwick. They were also very good on the way out but didn't get their names.

on the 23 march 2011 my wife and i flew on flight 6073 from bristol to alicanti and unfortunatly my wife was ill on board i would like to thank the crew for the help they gave to her they were very helpfull and nothing was to mutch trouble to help her so once again thank you very mutch mr j davis

Staff on board Easy Jet flight 2781 MXP - CDG, 18th March 2011 were all friendly, smiling & generally good natured. Space was found for all baggage on a very full flight & generally they were a pleasure to fly with. I make at 4 or 5 return international flights per month, and use a variety of carriers. Easy jet (despite being a low cost carrier )was a pleasant & convenient experience.,

Because of faulty display screens at Luton Airport - departure gate not displayed for Ryanair and Easyjet flights - Jan 4th 2011 many customers missed their flights. I heard that Easyjet accommodated their passengers on the next available flight to their destination. If so, well done Easdyjet.

I'm doing some research on airline customer care and was wondering could anyone confirm:
- the faulty display screens at Luton on Jan 4th 2011
- responsible discharge of their obligation to customers on the part of Easyjet on the afternoon of Jan 4th 2011

16th October 2010 flight no ezy8612 I would like to express my up most gratatude and many sincere thanks to the crew of saturday 16 october flight. they all showed not just how proffesional and well trained they are but a great deal of real care for my wife and myself when she was taken ill mid flight with a asmtha attack. The care and attention they all gave was above there duties and was very much appreciated by us both so would you thank all the crew for there help and sorry for keeping them up late and yes we willbe flying easyjet again hopefully with no illness thanks again

I travelled to Edinburgh on Fri 24 Sept with my wife, Trevor and Gwen Watkins. Flight No.EZY235. Senior cabin crew was Kirstie.My wife had a serious medical problem, it seemed like a heart attack. Your staff were absolutely brilliant and I would like to pass on my sincere thanks for their very professional and caring manner in the way they handled the situation. There fortunately were a doctor and nurse on board who were also of great assistance. If you have their contact details I would like to thank them also.My wife went to the Hospital and after several hours of checks was discharged, it was very low blood pressure. If you could pass this message on to your staff it woud be appreciated.

I accidentally put the wrong title in for one passenger. I expected to have to pay £25 to correct this, but called the help line and after getting straight through, got it changed without any problem and for free. Good stuff Easyjet!

At Rome airport, in line for our EasyJet flight to Paris, we realized that we had left my grandson's camera in the taxi. The Carabineri (policeman) at the airport went to EasyJet's VALENTINA, for help with the translation of little Jules' problem. Because Valentina made a couple of quick calls for us we were able to get it back. That was so kind, helpful, and so rare. Thank you Valentina! My 9 year old was heartbroken to have lost all his pics. I hope the management reads this. Valentina mades me remember your airline forever - she is one of your best.

It took forever to get the right number, but on getting through the lady was very helpfull, even though there was a language problem!
