I had a unique experience I suppose. It was one that honestly, I don't know could have gone any better.

I was on hold for only 2-3 mins. "Jason" then helped me resolve my issue rather quickly (even though he did have to do a little research on his end to find a solution).

I bought Simcity Societies - Ultimate from GMG (GreenManGaming.com). The product key I was given did not work in Origin. Jason explained that because the game is so old, I had to activate it on a particular EA activation website (all games prior to 2008 have to be).

We got it activate through this site just fine, refreshed my Origin game list, and I'm downloading right now.

This went much, much smoother than I anticipated and I'm happy about the outcome (particularly because I thought I'd have to wait several days before hearing back from GMG support).

I was on the phone for approx. 10minutes. I was able to get my problem resolved quickly within those 10minutes and was barely on hold prior to getting in touch with a rep. I didn't have any prior case number nor any online complaint filled out before hand. This was a great experience. Which I cannot say for many online companies *COUGHBLIZZARDCOUGH*...

I honestly don't know why everyone is having issues. I had a problem with my Origin/EA account and I got a person right away.

A few months back i had a problem installing some games from the EA/Origin game downloader and after help from two or three customer support reps finally had my problem resovled was helped from everyone i talk to and just my advice dont get a bad attitude when things dont go the way you want them to thats life but overall i had a possitive experince with ea cs staff.

These people are wonderful. I lost my code to The Sims 3 and they only took 20 minutes to answer the phone. kind of long but the resolution was send a picture of the game to the by email and they sent me a new one for my game. They are the BEST like DJ. Khaled!!!!

I did have to wait a while to get through but the person I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. She was able to resolve my issue. My only complaint is having to find this web-site in order to get a contact phone number.

My e-mail account got hacked and I called in at 8am on Sunday, Father's day. Support was on the phone with me after a 1 minute hold, and changed back my e-mail after verifying my account. Thank you for the phone number...and EA support was great for me in this experience.

I work retail management and I understand the diffculty that customers and service providers often face .Let's say it is a two way street . I was fortune enough to get Justin D. aka InContact D. This past December . I called in becouse I had recieved a game for christmas with bad codes and I had been waiting 4 monthes to play the game . Justin was kind and completely understood and went to work right away to help Even though he sounded a little worn thin (Inwhich I could completely understand why .It was afternoon and Dec the 26th the week after Chritmas can be rough) . He stayed with me every step of the way until he had my game up and running . The entire time he was very kind and patient .Which is to say alot becouse I am not the most tech savy person in the world . So here's to Justin D. wherever you maybe Thanks again !!! I'll be lucky to get you again . Keep up the good work. Your awesome !

After probably the most frustrating customer service experience I've ever had with the e-mail support regarding an Orign Store purchase, I found this site and called the phone number listed. My problem was resolved within an hour by an extremely helpful representative named Scott.

So many bad grades just because they won't refund you money that YOU chose to spend?

It is not their fault, so don't take it out on them!

I have had several good experiences with them.

They helped me with my veteran status for example. It was only showing one game yet I had 4 of them, and they fixed it within 20 minutes.

I was helped after being on hold for less than 15 mins, and the guy was super nice...David I think? Cool dude. Although he didn't know how to fix the problem right away he looked it up and worked with me until it was resolved. Overall, I'd say it was probably one of my best customer service experiences ever.

Just got BF3 had issues to link my account to log into Battlelog. It took 5 mins for a CS REp to set up and link my account in order for me to access the Site. Its one good Costumer Service and trust me I do work for CS myself and now how it is.

My online pass wasn't working when I got the game, so I called EA and they gave me SEVEN online passes. They also added a 20% discount on any origin product. I don't know what's everyone complaining about.

Wow! this thing is legit! I was waiting for me email from EA for the battlefield 3 beta (early access) and I decided to call this number for the heck of it. I am waiting for them to get me the key NOW! Q_Q its amazing!

EA SUPPORT TECH TIMOTHY S. WAS VERY HELPFUL this morning as I explained a problem with MADDEN 12 on PS3.. When you QUIT the game and try to return to the XMB if you are signed into PLAYSTATION NETWORK, your PS3 will crash more often than not.. For some reason, if you SIGN OUT of PSN before quitting the game will quit fine.. I sincerely believe this is a game flaw which needs to be patched..

No problems whatsoever. I managed to lost my manual from the game before installation and I called asking for a replacement registration number. I assumed I'd get a song and a dance thinking that they'd assume I was angling for one for a pirated copy, but that wasn't the case. There was NO phone queue (I was shocked most by that), got a guy by the name of Austin who was very polite. He generated a new registration code and I was off the phone in about 10 minutes.

I have called several times about my pogo for one reason or another and never walked away from a call or live chat feeling that I have been taken in any way. I did see the comment about Steam and would like to say that Steam is the real crook in your case man you would have to research that one for yourself but I can tell you it is not EA's fault. I think the rest of you call pissed off and show you are an ass so you get crappy service. Maybe you should try being nice I don't know maybe I am wrong and all my experiences were out of the norm.

Amazing customer service. I needed an online pass for my other xbox for Dead Space 2 and the gentleman on the other line gladly explained to be the reason for the online pass and gave me a new one, no questions asked. 10's across the board.

Had a Medal of Honor online pass that was'nt working, was in telephone line in 10+ minutes then a got to some guy named Ryan M. I got a new code in about five minutes, that was one of the few times EA's support actually is good.

I called EA for a bbc2 map pack problem. was on hold for about 12 min. then placed on hold 2 additional times about 5 min each. but i was helped and i got my maps soo i am now pleased with my game. but i have heard a lot of complaints tward ea, mostly from my father. I guess I have yet to experience their lack of customer service.

I contacted phone support today because my dog chewed my disk up.

They assisted me in acquiring a digital download and in my conversation with the woman she also provided me a coupon for a future purchase we discussed briefly. I didn't even ask. By no means am I to say to ask for it or expect it, but that was simply awesome.

The hold time however was a bit long.

I lost my Crysis disk but had original box and key, had to wait about 15 mins. for rep but they actually help me get back up and running. Didn't have an issue getting this resolved, lucky I guess. EA does still suck in some areas though I will admit but not in this particular case.
