I have been wearing hearing aids for over 12 years. I have MS and it took my hearing earlier in life than a normal person. I have always been satisfied with your batteries. A bad one now and again but That is to be expected in the volume that I use them. This pack I got only lasted about a week because the best one only lasted 30 min. Most were only good for 10-20 min. I live on SSD and every penny counts. I never write to companies like this but am particularly disappointed. Is there a way to tell from the pack what I'm getting into?? Not Happy!!! Kutyna I tried to add a picture of the pack I bought but it wouldn't let me

Purchased a twin pack of 312 Energizer Batteries with expiration 01-2018
7 out of 8 batteries lasted 15 - 30 minutes and was cutting out the sound.
Totally unhappy with that pink bunny who can't perform like he claims to.

I purchased some hearing aid batteries one and half weeks ago and have to use four already. These batteries are not worth the money I paid. Will not buy them again.

I bought hearing aid bateries from you - Enegizer Batteries!. Out of a package of 6, 2 were dead on arrival -nolife; two lasted 4 days (previous battries from Walgreen, etc lasted 6-7 days, and the other batteries lasted a day longer. WillI buy more Enegizer Batteries? Guess.

I recently purchased 3 of your fusion folding lanterns from the home depot to take to my cabin in upper michigan where there is no power. I removed the batteries like it said to do to cancel the demo mode. They worked for about 5 minutes, started flashing and went out. Permanently. The home depot no longer has these lights and at 35 dollars each, you might say that I am not a happy customer. Everything I have at my cabin is run by batteries and am not the kind of person thats going to stop buying your batteries because of one bad experience on a said lifetime guaranteed product. Kind of wondering what my options are . Thank you Steve Warmuskerken

Eveready and Lowes are knowingly selling LED Lights which are almost all defective- leaving them on the shelf and discounting them in the hopes of getting rid of them. Energizers website has a contact page where they promise a two day response. I'm still waiting after 2 weeks. It would appear they have no customer service or quality control.

I am on a fixed income, and because of this, I decided to purchase re-chargeable batteries with a battery charger, a product from your company, I put thought into this purchase and even though it was pretty expensive, I purchased it. After only charging batteries twice, it quit working!!! There was no reason, it was not moved or anything! Needless to say, I am not happy at all with your product!! And of course being what it is, the store I purchased it from would not give a refund!! They said I had to contact you! Well needless to say, I sure as heck will not be telling family and friends to purchase this product!

Your company puts out a promotion, leaves it out there when it is no longer valid. Your website should a the very least should have a sorry it no longer applies. You guys leave it there and let the people try and try to get a rebate, and guess what, ha ha the jokes on me. I will never buy a energizer battery again and I will talk to anyone who will listen.

I am formally filing a complaint concerning your 312 Hearing aide batteries. I have purchased batteries on several occasions. The expire date on the package 07/17. The batteries only last about 18 hours at a time I am not satisfied at all in the performance of your product. Please contact me with an explanation of this poor service product. Your batteries are not cheap and I am on a fixed income

I just bought 1pk of 2 9v batteries for my smoke detectors at my local Ralphs market. The cost was $9.99 plus tax!! This ridiculous for 2 small batteries. Have I just been cheated or what?! Is this normal? Pls advise. Thx.

Bought a Model ENG-CCLB Energizer car phone charger at a Flying J while traveling for $34.99. It did not work. Tried contacting Energizer through email and eventually sent it back at my own cost but never received a replacement. Energizer is nothing more than a thief. Never buy anything from them or any of their associated companies including, Shick, Edge, Playtex, Hawaiian Tropic, Wilkinson, Banana Boat, Wet One's.

I have been trying to get a $10.00 egift card. Everytime I put in the code they gave me to put in it would say that I did something wrong. So I tried several codes they gave me and none of them were accepted. I was hoping to get the egift card to use at Walmart. This was ridiculous

didn't let the curser in the block to fill

Your charging dock has been telling me my batteries are bad for several years now and I've been throwing good batteries away. The thing is I usually only charge two at a time and use the first two ports on the charging dock. Occasionally I charge three. We'll it was flashing again so I threw the battery I thought was bad away then the other batteries continued to charge normally(no flashing red). Then it finally hit me and I thought to try something. I took the battery out of the trash and put it in the fourth port over. It charge normally. So for all these years I've been throwing away expensive rechargeable batteries because of a faulty charging station, what a rip off. The stations should have an indicator to tell you if one of the ports are faulty. I should be reimbursed in some kind of way. Just think about it, how many people have been throwing they're good batteries away and purchasing new ones. Wow, what a rip off.

It's time for you to take the problem with your hearing aid batteries seriously. I thought my aid needed repairs for cutting out. Then I realize I had change battery brand. Went back to my usual. brand and the problem stopped. I use size 13.

First, I want to commend your BUNNY BIRTHDAY BUCKS REWARDS promptness. Today, I rec'd a letter wanting me to submit my proof of purchase, sales recpt, special codes and etc so you can decide whether I qualify for the $10 Walmart Gift Card....well, I tossed them about 10 days ago since I figure after 5+ months of waiting, it was a lost cause. I talked to a man in Nov or Dec about not receiving my card and he assured me it was taken care of, but still no card..so I'm not wasting postage to answer your letter. All I have to show for my effort is a bad feeling for Energizer..Janis Blue on my letter.

I contacted their Customer No Service in December 2013 via their website. Today Jan, 14h 2014 I still haven't received a decent reply to my complaint. It just takes too long to go thru their website/email and I prefer to do the email since I get things in writing as opposed to verbal non-commitments.
