I call today and had to hold about 15minutes or more before anyone pick up finally a young man did and then he told me to hold on again after I told what I was calling for another almose twenty minutes past so I gather my 15m grand and 4 month up and got in my car while this recording still playing to go to enterprize on st baranbas rd temple hill md when I almost there the young finally pick the phone up I was furious he said they were busy.. Really!!!! So unprofessional but a recordind saying you treat your customer's the way they like. I don't think so. No receipt for return, everything was done on the young lady laptop ao I thought when she close me out it would come thru rhe same way. I had $100.00 hold on my credit which I was told it take 3days at least to return it back. The guy was like you can still come in and we will give you a receipt. I am so done with enterprise right now for the people they hire and the poor customer service.

Awful Experience With Enterprise On Friday, July 29th. Made Reserv. With Reserv. Desk, Confirmed The Time I Would Be Picked, When I Called The Local Rental Office (highland, Indiana) To Cofnirm Pick Up Time, Not Only Were They Not Aware Of My Reserv. They Were Rude And Brash And Told Me They Didn't Have Time To Talk On The Phone Because They Had Customers -- What Am I? I Had No Other Form Of Transportation, I Waited In The Rain For Hours Until A Relative Could Pick Me Up. I Depended On Enterprise To Honor Their Pickup Motto. It Seems The Reserv. Desk Is Not Aware Of Each Locations Pickup Range/mile Limit And The Customer Is Stuck In The Middle With Misinformation And Stranded! I Called The Reserv. Desk Again To Explore Other Options And I Was Told To Take A Taxi To The Location Since They Weren't Willing To Come Pick Me Up --really Enterprise!!! Your Motto Of "we Will Pick You Up" Is Limited - Your Locations Need Retraining On Customer Service And Honoring What You Advertise! I Will Be Sharing This Information On Blogs, Fb, Twitter And Every Other Social Media Resource Possible!!

Enterprise has wrongly accused us of damaging our rental car - up to thousands of dollars. Enterprise representatives are uncooperative, do not return phone calls, and dismiss questions as "irrelevant." Do not use this company.

I rented a car at the hamilton NJ location. Julian was rude when I got the car and David was very rude when I left the car. They have a agreement with Marazzo's Auto Service. You can leave the rental with Marazzo Auto Service but you do not receive any paperwork saying the car was returned and is in good condition. When I called David he said if anything happened to the car after I drop it off and before they picked it up I would be responsible. That makes no sense. When I questioned David about this procedure he stated, "We never had a problem with it before". I said, "If you dropped off a rental car wouldn't you want paperwork showing it was done?" He did not respond but did make condescending remarks to me. I would never use Enterprise again. I would deter anybody I know from using Enterprise.

My wife and I were vacationing in Santa Fe New Mexico in July and called the Enterprise reservation number and got a confirmed reservation and a specific size car. However, when we arrived (after a $30 taxi ride from the hotel to the Enterprise lot) we were told that they had no cars and were expecting no cars. Multiple phone calls later, we told to leave as there was nothing they could do and they would not reimburse even the taxi fare out to the location. Terrible.

Mansfield, ohio . Sent my daughter 22 to pick up a rental car paid for by her insurance company. Not knowing any better they got her to sign up for insurance that was not needed. Cost us, since I had to pay for it $100. I have rented many times from Enterprise. I won't rent again.

I Have Been Dealing With The Enterprise In Duarte For About The Last 9 Months To A Year, Not Sure What Kind Of Vehicle I Wanted To Purchase And Because Of Their Courteous And Professional Staff It Made It Easy For Me To Rent Another Month. Well Let Me Tell You I Went In There One Day And All The Old Staff Were Gone And For The Last Two Months I Have Been Dealing With This Monster Of A Branch Manager. She Belittles People, Talks To You Like You Are Dumb Or A Kid. She Did Proceeded To Undo Everything That The Other Rep Had Did And She Charged Me Twice After I Had Been Credited For 3 Days. I Am So Upset How She Talked To Me And I Had To Walk 2 Blocks In The Hot Sun Because Of The Wrong Amounts They Took Off My Card Causing It To Decline And Most Of All Then She Started To Have Me Complete A Whole New List Of Information About My Job And References And When She Took Me Outside With The Keys In Her Hand Refusing To Give Them To Me Until She Felt That I Totally Understood Everything That She Was Saying And Doing After I Had Already Been In The Heat I Arrived There At 4:30 Pm And Left At 5:45 Pm So I Am Sure No One Will Look Into This Matter Because Her Last Words To Me Were "oh Yea If You Want My Supervisors Number And Name I Can Give It To You With No Problem" I Said "miss I Just Want To Go Home Please, And Thank You"

I have a reservation today at 7:30am and was supposed to be picked up. Everytime I call, it sends me to hold for the next available agent and comes back and says, "Sorry memory full call back later." So what am I supposed to do if you never answered the phone??? Absolute disregard of the customer.

We rented at Dallas-Fort Worth. When I booked the rental - the fee showed up at $206.00 - Once we picked it up - we found all kinds of FEES.. were added in. The website doesn't tell you that. Facility Charge Fee - per day for 4 days, Customer Transportation Charge - Concession Fee Recovery - Euless Sports Venue Tax - VLF REC Fee? All adding up to $96... Then A $15.80 "Toll Pass Convenience Fee... Let's see..... When you book - those aren't disclosed? So when you get to the airport - they have you right by the !@#$! This won't happen again. We have family in the Dallas area and expect to visit at least once a year .. I'll be going elsewhere.. Not Enterprise.... Oh Yeah... The sweet young lady behind the counter tried to sell us on a full tank of gas - so when we returned the car - we wouldn't be charge extra if the tank was less than full... But she didn't have a clue on what gas costs in the area? Seriously?? Just another way they try to wring more $$$ from you. We feel very deceived

I have been using Enterprise for years but never again! The sales rep was the most bad-mannered, disrespectful individual I have ever dealt with in my life. If I had people working on my staff like yours I wouldn't expect to be in busisness very long. I resent being called "Buddy" and expressed my concern. I thought your young employee was going to start a fight with me, 70 year old man....He has no respect for your customers and may have anger issues! Anyway I won't be back !

I rented a car a week in advance from enterprise pico Rivera...my time was for 12 I called and told them I would be there earlier at 11 when I got there they processed my information and then they said I had to go with the driver to to Firestone location to get my rental I said no I rented from pico Rivera so they said I had to wait if i didnt go for the driver to bring my car to the pico Rivera enterprise I did not rent from Firestone I rented from pico Rivera I also had people waiting to leave on our trip because we were scheduled to leave at 12...I am very unsatisfied with their service poor management

It was a horrible experience with the car rental. I understand how cars could experience malfunction along the way, but if the follow-up customer service wants to call and make excuses and accuse us for being the one to blame, then don't bother calling us!!

We were driving from Michigan to Washington DC. And when my mom and I got to midway in Pennsylvania, the "low tire pressure" light lit up. We stopped at every service plaza on the way, trying to pump the tire, but the light still won't go away.

The lady on the phone, following up with our experience with Enterprise, accused us for running over road hazards or a nail. Lady, if there's a hole in the tire, we won't be able to drive the damn thing without having a complete flat tire! The tire looked ok, but the warning sign lit up with no warning. We called roadside service, but they want us to just drive to the nearest enterprise rental, which closes in an hour. So we decided to just drive to our destination and switch to a new car at the airport. Since I have to be in DC for a workshop at Georgetown University, we were kind of in a hurry.

What's more, later on in the day, when it got dark, the dashboard light went off! So did the headlights! When we got to the mountain area, where there's only a narrow, single-lane highway! We can't see anything, nor could we stop, because cars are running towards us on the opposite lane, and only a narrow lane on our side. We had to follow cars in front of us to get off that mountain.

Enterprise at the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport was kind enough to switch us to a different car. People at the enterprise were nice, and didn't give us too much hard time. But the major disappointment was sending a lady who didn't think they did anything wrong. "I am sure you experience malfunction with your vehicle" she said. No lady, my 2004 Honda haven't given me crap for 10 years. My brother took the car for work in another city, that's the only reason we had to rent your 2014 Volkswagen, which is already giving us crap. Maybe the car wants to stay in the DC area, but your attitude lady, is getting you nowhere!

"Well, I hope you give us another chance" after accusing us of the malfunction of the car.

"No chance in hell, lady. Not with that attitude!" while listening to her long long excuses, I was running these thoughts in my head.

"I just want to make sure the "customer service" is alright." explained the lady.

"Humm no matter how good your people are, if the car is gonna risk our safety, I would have to kindly decline."

My family have been customers of Enterprise for years. But after this experience, I think I will go with some other company who won't come up with excuses for their mistake or accuse their customers of their car not being functional.

We rented a car in May and they tried to give us a smaller car than we wanted. They had the type of car but said not that one.
Said if we didn't like the car we could return it. So I drove it for 15 minutes and returned as it was too small for a family. They then cleaned the car we wanted and gave it to us.

3 Weeks later we needed another car and again tried to give us something else. A Ford Transit. Again they had a car sitting there that was considered a standard. They sent for another lot for a car. They said it would take 15 to 20 min. Ok, not too bad. After 35 minutes we asked what the delay was. They said to would be 10 minutes. After waiting 40 min. the guy said that couldn't get the car. Tried to give us the Transit again. We told him this happened that last time and that Enterprise confirmed the night before. It turned out to be a knock down drag out. Their rep. was rude and said we were threatening him when we told him we would never use them again and we would be relating their terrible service to the large dealership my husband works at. What ever happened to customer service. He made us feel like we were in the wrong. They ended up giving us the car that was there and the guy said he shouldn't because it was damaged. Ha, it had 2 little dents.
Which we made note of on the rental agreement. Horrible place, go somewhere else to get a rental...

Enterprise has been good to us but right now we are disappointed in the service who wanted to rent a car from June 30 to July 5 why do we have to pay for the fourth if you guys are close

Never will rent from you again. Went through checking baggage, TSA, and a 25 minute flight delay to wait on a pilot only to land in Las Vegas to wait in a line with one clerk to walk to another area to recheck in and stand in a parking garage in 99 degree heat to wait again for a rental car that was paid for and an hour later we left the airport. Oh, did the agent ask us if we knew how to get where we were going, NO. Will make sure all my face book friends and business contacts know not to use enterprise. Would you not think it would be busy with world poker toursment, miss USA, and people just on business with it being the first weekend of summer not to have ample help. One very unhappy customer. Oh and just think we still have to return this car. Better leave the night before to make sure we make our flight.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Jamboree Newport Beach don't deal with her go about her she'll treat you like trash
she'll tell you that I think your crazy I called earlier they said the other vehicle ready for me to trade it in for another vehicle that I rented I get there she looks at me like I'm nuts I ain't going home with the same vehicle after I drove all the way from my home in Garden Grove to Newport Beach I was livid so be wary about the manager there she does not help you out as a matter fact she makes it sound like you're the one who's got the problem

Today I was to pick up a rental car to go to my mothers house who had recently died and my sisters are selling the house. So I was going to get the things I could in remembrance of my mother. My older sister made me a reservation and told me to send a copy of my electric bill(because we have well water and electric bill is only utility bill we have. They called and I missed so I returned the phone call and was told
Because I paid within the 10 day grace period but the charge is 5$ fee I could not use this.i don't have anything else to use so the guy,jesse,ask me could I call around and get someone to help me with a credit card or debit card and a current bill.i know the late fee was my fault not everyone has a perfect life and some people have to "Rob Peter to pay" I have three children and a granddaughter in my care. All I really wanted to do was go to my mother's and get everything I could to hold on to her and remember her until I am no longer here.but as it stands I am not begging people to help me so I didn't get my car and I won't be going to my mothers.i guess my memories will have to do. It just sucks so bad all I wanted to do was rent one of your cars,but it won't happen again because I will never set myself up for that disappoint again and since I work in the biggest factory where this enterprise is located I will be sure to let everyone know not to be disappointed to.i know enterprise as a whole cares nothing about me or who I tell but it will make me feel better.😭😭😭😭😭😭

Was not pleased with outcome of rental return. I needed a ride after to pick up my car from shop no more than 1/2 mile in which they declined saying that they were to close to closing. Mine you, full staff and drivers were still there and serving return vehicles.This is very apathetic customer service and does not stand by their advertisement,too busy thinking of themselves and their own needs.

Have rented a mid-size sedan from Enterprise on a monthly basis for 2 years. Yesterday car developed a mechanical/electrical problem near my home. Called Enterprise to explain the problem at 7:30 AM today; their response: "Will call you this afternoon to schedule a tow truck." I am CEO of a Medical Device Company and deserve better treatment. Any Enterprise customer deserves better treatment! What's wrong with this picture????

I was on a trip to Las Vegas this weekend when my car broke down I took it to firestone who had stated they probably wouldn't have it fixed until after 4pm. ask if there was somewhere I could get a car from as I have thing that needed done. I was picked up by Miguel and Kenneth who were very nice and respectful and took me to your . Amanda had me in a car and the door in no time, allowing me to go on with my day. I would like to make a shout out to your three employees for their excellent service., professionalize and for turning my bad situation into a good experience. Alice Garcia

Everyone was very friendly, but within a week they took out 233.92 from my account without my authorization. After a lot of headache and double talk, they refunded 70.00

Enterprise Corporation need to change their respective rental policy. If a person has a Debit card and drivers license along with a proof of utility that should be good enough even if they've moved as well as if someone is a Student in school. Everyone doesn't have a job while in school. If they've proof of a valid drivers license and school ID along with a bill in their name that should suffice. You'll need to stop making things so hard on innocent people. I used to rent from you'll all the time and I was in school and paid my deposit etc. but some other people became jealous and that's not right. If a person pays with their own money then you should accommodate them as well and quit making up all these crazy rules. You loose out on money and valued customers. Please consider making some new rules to accommodate and accept non-working students, debit card holders etc. God Bless in this effort!!! $$$...

I got into an accident the insurance company gave the enterprises number I called that number asked what kind of cars they have cause I just need anything to get me to work i picked a suv from the list of cars and made a reservation for a car and a pick up as soon as possible waited an hour i went outside half an hour went by I called them (same number I called before) they put me on hold for another half hour told me pick up was not scheduled and that I didn't call the local office I asked her how I can call the same number twice and get the local office once and not another she told me the earliest I could get a car was tomorrow and they literally did not have any cars on the lot I said how could you tell me I had a choice of cars and make me a reservation when you don't have any cars I need to get to work... she asked if I wanted it tomorrow I told her no I'm going to a different rental company

I tried to make reservations due to an no-fault auto accident which meant a third party insurance company would be paying for the rental car.
First, the MANAGER informed me that I was outside of their pick up area which was 2 miles from the location. Not true. Your logo is "We'll pick you up" I called another location which they told me that they did not have any available cars, but the first location did. I called the first location back spoke to another representative and he informed me that they had cars and when I asked to be pick up HE said yes, but the MANAGER got on the phone and said that they couldn't!!! After a lengthy conversation we agreed to disagree and I was picked up at the end of the day (late).
They charged me for the most expensive insurance, then when I went in to change it the next day that charge my card without my knowledge. When I called I was told that it is store policy to close out accounts that are over $100.00 and they would continue to do this until I bring the car back.
This location is the WORSE!!!!!!
