Excellent service by Jimmy Timms in San Leandro. Hertz gave us a confirmation number yet when we arrive they did not have a car. Lucky for us, Enterprise was able to help us effeciiently with a smile.

The Mt Olive Branch is great. Very friendly, attentive, engaging, and passionate service. The manager is sharp and goes out of his way to ensure your sarisfaction.

We rented a car from the St-Jacques branch of Enterprise in Montreal. The staff was courteous, helpfful and polite. All the qualities of a well run business taking care of its customers. Kudos gentlemen (Mathieu Gimenez and Nicholas S. Paine).

The Atlanta international enterprise team was excellent. They went above and beyond to help me find the right car at an affordable rate. I had had a miserable flight and was stuck four hours from home with a toddler and they took care of me in a timely manner and everyone was so polite. I actually cried because going to enterprise was the best thing that happened that whole day. That is just a wonderful team

Nick Piletto, at the Ardsley location should be "cloned"!!!! His great Customer Care and service are outstanding!! Nick is very knowledgable/detail oriented, which makes all the information very easy to understand. His patience and professionalism, are always expressed when dealing with others. I continue to return to this very location because of the great service I receive. He should be complimented on all that he does to make this company GREAT!! You should consider it a "priviledge" to have Nick Piletto on your TEAM!! Thank you for allowing this wonderful young man to represent your company in the manner that he does. I have rented from enterprise several times and will again in the future always. our Gettysburg PA business has the best service and friendly people. example. we rented a car for a trip to myrtle beach. woke up and had a dent/dingy on the drivers door, scratch, ware someone had opened their door hard. enterprise manager measured the dingy and said no problem, isn't big enough? thought sure we would have to contact our insurance company. my advise to dissatisfied customers is, look at the city your renting from, and neighborhood, don't listen to all the ups n add ons. just rent the darn car. your better off if you take it back to ware you got it. never leave it un-attended. thanks enterprise, be seeing you again soon.

I recently rented from the Enterprise on Canal Street in New Orleans. The branch Manager is Dominique Webb. My entire experience was positive and efficient. I had an issue trying to rent a car from Enterprise this past Thrusday March 18, 2015, I got stranded in Refugio, Texas, going from Brownsville, Texas to Houston, Texas, tried to rent a car from Rockport the nearest town, they did not have any cars available, then I called Victoria, Texas, and they had cars, but did not have drivers to pick me and my family up, finally I called the Corpus Christi branch, talked to manager of store and explained how frustrated I was about the situation and he was able to help me, my 6 hour trip, turned out to be an almost 12 hr trip between all the phone calls I made before getting a car.

Management Trainee, Miesha Morse, at the Banning, California site is one of the best customer service persons we have ever met. She knows her job, can solve problems, and has a great smile for all customers. Enterprise is lucky to have her!

Being a long time Enterprise customer, i wanted to commend an employee for his exceptional service at the Lincoln Municipal Airport location. The employee's name is Jeremy Yosten. I rented a car in a Chicago neigborhood location and needed a replacement car as I ran over a large deer carcaus on the interstate highway in western Iowa, which caused some damage but it was drive-able. I was uncomfortable and wanted a replacement vehicle. I called the nearest airport location on my route and Mr. Yosten was very helpful in explaining the process and encouraging me to bring the car in for an exchange. In person at the airport, he was again very helpful and worked with celerity and efficiency in getting me back on the road to continue my journey. I commend his going out of his way to help me in this stressful situation.

The Enterprise location in Skokie on Skokie Blvd has one of the best associates working at their location. I have rented many cars between that location and the Evanston Maple St location. On Friday, I came in to utilize the $9.99 Weekend Special deal and Jordan assisted me. She went above and beyond to make sure my experience was pleasant and accommodating, especially since the visit prior was not. Please give her recognition and/or an award if possible (smile), for her professional and outstanding customer service.

This is our second year renting from Enterprise at the Tampa Airport (4030 George J. Bean Par Parkway). This is the best service that we've have ever received in Florida in the seven years. From the service at the counter in the beginning to the introduction when we picked up the car to bringing the car back. This car rental company sets the bar when it comes to renting a car.

I used the one in Inwood, NY, and the guys there are great and super helpful! Great service providers!

I had to rent a car while mine was being repaired. Caitlyn Driscoll, in the Kissimmee, Florida office, handled my rental. She was very professional and courtious. She made sure everything went very well and fast. Thank You Enterprise for having such great people taking care of us so nicely.

Recently I stayed in Miami Florida, the people at enterprise were awesome, my best car rental experience ever. Demetrius at Miami international airport, awesome! I am 56 years old, great to see a company and employee that still care. In this day and age, most don't. I salute enterprise, and forever will only use them. Besides, they had the best value and price. I had reserved a rental with payless car rental. They should rename themselves to 'pay more'. The girl there was rude, unfriendly. Because of that I canceled, walked over to enterprise and was given awesome service, at over half the cost as payless and a free upgrade.

I recently rented a car for the first time. The Enterprise on Unversity Dr., Denton, Texas was recommended to me. I had a truly amazing time. The young man who was at the help desk was just great and the Assistant Manager, Hi Jackson, was fantastic. Both young men was professional. But Hi Jackson went beyond the limits making sure I was satisfied and knowledgeable about the car.
I could not have went to a better place. I will recommend this location to my Church, co-workers and friends.

Thanks to the York/Adams county PA manager. She resolved my dispute with a local office in 1 day. Very satisfied.
