Why do you have a number to call and say you can't offer support?!?! The help center doesn't have the answer I'm looking for!!! I just got off suspension and I can only like or use messenger I can't create a post or respond to anything so how the do I get this resolved?!?!?!

facebook have blocked me out of my account temporarily due to someone else trying to access my account, now i have noticed suspucious behaviour on my account as money from paypal has been trasnfered to facebook which i have no been able to access! how do i solve this problem, as im not able to log into facebook to report it or see where the money is being sent to.

Most companies of all types have a customer support phone number, why the heck doesn't Facebook?!

I have another person running a group in my name
You won't let me log on Because I changed my password
Because someone hacked me FB account instead of
Investigating the situation you block the person who was hacked.
You say you will send an email to fix the situation
And you do nothing for many days and yet still block me from even logging on.
I try to call but of course you do not even take phone calls to rectify situations so basically you do nothing when terrible things occurre on you site.

I have been trying to recover my Gmail so can gain access to my Google and Facebook. I am doing everything right on trying to recover my Gmail account, but Google still says they can't recognize it's me. What is my next step?

My wife's account has been hacked. We can't even get into this account to cancel this horrible practice .

You know for a MULTI BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY. You don't have any customer service people to answer phone calls is DISGUSTING UNPROFESSIONAL AND GREEDY.

My Facebook doesn't respond when accounts been compromised my account has been hacked someone attached there email to my Facebook account so now I can't gain Access into my account because I knew nothing about having a trusted friend on Facebook to assist me with getting into my account. I also have a group of 1000 or more people I'm concerned about who may be being compromised.

Secueityname. They closed my account and still under review 2 months plus later. I haven't heard anything and I don't know why it takes this long.

Someone put a verification code on my account and I cannot access it. I tried contacting you through the help desk to no avail. I do not want to begin a new account, I want my old account back. It is ridiculous that you cannot talk to a person when you have tech issues. I even sent in my drivers license for identification purposes, which made me question who I'm dealing with, but nothing I tried on my part was successful. Not everyone !!who has a FB account is in their 20's and is a tech guru, those of us who are older need someone to talk to!

I had to purchase a new phone with new number and now even tho I know my login info Facebook refuses to allow me to log back in! I no long have the old phone or number they keep generating the codes to and when I tried to log in on a computer I got the same result... I needed the stupid codes they were sending that I'm wasn't able to receive! I continuously took my picture holding their number and sent it to them for the other option of accessing my page again, but again that was was a waste of time because that did absolutely nothing!!! I am getting pretty aggravated with this problem because o know who I am and I know my friggin info so why do I have to keep doing all these stupid steps OVER AND OVER when clearly that's not the solution and it's just a bunch of my wasted time doing it!!! I can easily be verified through my email that I use and answer questions about my own page, but then I guess that would be making it to simple for us to be able to access OUR PAGE again!!!! This needs to get fixed ASSP

My husband is trying to set up a Business Facebook page. And every time we try and set it up on my tablet it links under my Facebook. We've had to deactivate it and now afraid we can't use his business name any more because it pulls up under mine. This is ridiculous . And there is no where to call and get help.

I haven't logged into facebook for at least a year. I tried to log in this past weekend to give it another go but my account is locked. So I went through the protocol to unlock it. I took a picture of my license and uploaded it to facebook. They sent me a message that they would contact me through my email, but still nothing. I just can't believe that a multimillion dollar company doesn't have actual human beings working for them. I'm going to continue to send emails and call this message hotline.
