Awful support for marketplace. Received an oder bought the shipping label, but they removed the function to add a tracking number and want me to buy a second shipping label now

I can't get into Facebook. I keep getting disabled because they're saying I'm doing something against community standards when all I'm doing is requesting friends, and there's no bomber to call to get help. Poor customer service

I've been cleared of violating community standards but everyone I'm suspended from posting or comments even those I've been cleared each time the suspension is longer and there is a warning on my page. Who can clear the post that Facebook have gotten wrong and cleare the progressive suspensions each time it's gotten wronged and progressive suspensions innocents of the crimes and still getting punished
Everything I've posted pictures wise have been reposts. Otherwise I've gotten the of face book but I'm the only one getting singled out for possible community violations. I don't understand why.

I am so very tired of Facebook deleting posts that don't fit Mark Whatshisnames personal agenda. It is unconstitutional to take a completely public forum and censor it to fit your own agenda. What y'all are doing is wrong and REEKS of communism.

Fb has suspended my account. I submitted an id (nye drivers license) several times as well as requested a response that it was received. It is now several weeks. I tried to hide my birth year from public view and did not understand how to do that. Fb closed my account to verify my identity. I have heard nothing from Fb regarding my status. I have no idea if you got my information or if you want something else? Please advise.

Terrible customer service. Can't even find a proper way to complain. No human interaction. Had my account hacked, its been a week and still not back in as normal as my advert account have been disabled for my business.

Have boosted multiple posts on Facebook in recent years with some success but it's usefulness seems to be waning. Recently ran an ad for $75 where I carefully targeted my audience and interests. Ad was approved then a few days in I checked the results and noticed that the audience had been changed to New York and there were no interests listed. This was obviously a glitch or some Facebook employee playing games. Rest the audience etc and contacted Facebook for explanation. After lengthy online chat and multiple emails they decided against me and refused to refund the $9 that had been spent on the ad before I discovered the problem. Really pathetic that a company cares so little about their customers especially considering I have spent over a thousand dollars on adds in the past.

FB community standards are a joke. You allow hate speech from Muslims and democrats but block conservatives comments. You people are pathetic and hypocrites. No wonder other sites are popping up and people are turning to them. Go sit your safe space and suck on your pacifier.

My Facebook was hacked. But the only way you would let me contact you is if I entered my email address and my password. I was hacked they won't let me in under those emails and passwords. There has to be another way to talk to you besides going through the normal channels when I can't

I haven't been on facebook for months, I get back on for it to say i'm blocked from doing multiple things but it doesn't say i'm blocked as a whole. Why is that ?

I did not authorize Facebook to take money out my account yeah making billions of dollars please quit taking money out my account and then you got a nerve did not have a human to talk back on the phone WOW Quit taking money out of my American Express account

I have contacted my Congresswoman about your inability to provide direct customer service - shameful for a multi-billion $ company. Shame on you, worthy of another investigation by Congress. Again, shame on you.

I have been hacked on my Messenger account - the lack of 24/7 customer service from a multi- billion tech company is not acceptable (let alone that a Google search sends me to private companies - NPR has done a story on that). I will report this to my Congresswoman (Anne Wagner who is a former Chair of the Republican Party) and ask her to pursue it. Shame on Facebook for their lack of customer support. I will let all of my friends on Facebook and Messenger know if this lack of support. Again, shame on Facebook for your lack of customer support.

Your customer service SUCKS! My husband logged me out of Facebook with an old phone number and an old email address, which I do not have access to. I I have no recourse.

They were going to charge me forty something dollars a month to keep all fixed and I am of going to pay this for a $1500 dollar phone that never worked right and I have contacted apple AT&T Spectrum and Facebook several times and everybody blames the other and now y'all want me to pay a monthly. Charge for service

They locked my acct and I have my 3 D various times and it doent get fixed

I have been hacked & they are using my account with my picture of my kids still on it. I can't gain access in to at all & you keep telling me is all sorted then ?? It's a Joke

As time goes on and you make changes to FB, I get more frustrated. You have us hooked, but we have to constantly thumb through pages to get to where we want. Every time I stop reading a post, and come back to it a short time later, its gone. Why does it have to leave? Why can't I come back to it to continue reading? Many times when I leave a comment on a post, it is dropped out of order, not under the persons post I was commenting on! So then it is sitting in a bunch of comments, not making any sense. In messenger, would you please put the peoples names in alphabetical order. Nothing more frustrating then having to thumb through a zillion names to find the one you want! This is beyond frustrating. No actual customer service to help. I purchased a new phone as well that locked me out of my Facebook. I have already reached through email and no effective communication. No help either. I am so pisses!!
