I called because I had recently bought a baby swing and the mobile started making a loud clicking noise about 2 weeks after I bought it. The woman I spoke to was very pleasant and immediately sent me a replacement motor. I was very pleased with the service, it is hard to find that these days.

I have to say that I think Fisher Price has the best customer service of any company I have dealt with!

My baby monitor stopped working and I thought it was another item for the junk pile. I found the instruction manual though and decided to call customer service. The lady there had me explain what it was doing and said it sounded like it was the transmitter. She located one in their warehouse and had it sent to me, free of charge! When I got the new transmitter I tried it with both monitors, and only 1 was working. I then called again and talked to another nice person (both of whom spoke English!) and she said they did not have any available but gave me two options. I chose to return the monitor I have for credit of the purchase price- I don't even have to provide a receipt! they sent me the mailing label and all I have to do is put it in the box and they will send me my credit. I know I'll be buying Fisher Price again!
