I recently purchased a fridgidaire dish washer in November 2022.and I can attest to the comments made about the quality of fridgidaire products. The dishwasher is just awful. It doesn't dry the dishes or the inside of the machine. Water remains on inside the machine, top and walls for days. I haven't seen it dry yet unless I leave the door open. I was told by the technician that I needed to run my hot water when using the machine. What kind of non-sense is this? The quality of this machine is non-existent. They should be ashamed of themselves. I wish I had seen this website before I made the purchase. I am trying to resolve (get my money back) but so far no luck. Class action suit, bring it on!!! I will be reporting this to the BBB as well.

If I could leave negative stars there'd be 1000. This device is horrible. The customer service dealing with this junk has been horrible. This whole experience has been horrible. I've used this thing 4 times in a year. Even after having it serviced; it holds water in it, it doesn't clean properly and the buttons you have to dang near beat to get them to work. You cant reach anyone. I can't count how many times I've called in a year and I've reached someone once. It's the appliance set installed in my new home. Save yourself the headache and go to Samsung or Whirlpool. Heck an Insignia works better than this mess. Smh.

At fridgedare.com ordered an ice maker for a refrigerator freezer I was going to buy. We changed our mind about getting that model. I called and waited 30 min on hold only to be told they could not cancel until I received order.after 2 weeks I still did not receive order. Called again had another 30 min wait. The could not find my order. Order came in a day later. Called again to return order to get a replacement that had know idea what she was doing I was on phone for 2 hours! She had me give all the information to her I was supposed to get a return form in my email with everything filled out to return. Instead go a blank form twice. I told her I had to get off the phone. I had a doctor's appointment! I told her to get someone to help before that and no one was available. I never received any more emails so I suppose I will have another 2 hour waste of my time tomorrow!

Frigidaire does not have "Customer Service". You can't get service as a customer because you will spend half your life on hold. If you are lucky enough to get a human you can understand, they will schedule a random company to come out and they most likely will not fix the issue. As in our case, the first technician sent out was unfriendly and unknowledgeable. My ice maker doesn't work and his solution was to turn the temperature down which did not solve the problem. Another hour plus phone call to CS and was given another appointment. This time the repair man called us, let it ring twice then hung up. I didn't even have a chance to get to my phone. So apparently if you do not answer your phone, they do not show up. All in all I have over 10 hours invested in waiting on the phone and for repairmen and still have no ice. I would have been better off not buying the extended warranty and just paying out of pocket. My time is way too valuable for this nonsense.

TERRIBLE customer service. I will never buy another Frigidaire appliance and I will tell everyone I know not to buy one either. First, my appliance repair guy was shocked that my washing machine didn't even last 5 years. Frigidaire customer service promised to have the replacement to me within a week, but didn't even ship them in that time. I decided to just get another washing machine. I refused the parts shipment, but nearly 2 months and 3 LONG phone calls with customer service agents who each promised me they were the one who would get my refund processed, I am still waiting for them to give me my money back. I eventually disputed the charge with my credit card company. I am astounded at the horrible customer service from such a big company. NEVER AGAIN.

I don't even know where to begin and I could fill a novel with how absolutely horrible this company is(Electrolux is the parent), and uninterested in providing a modicum of customer care to its customers. It has always been difficult getting a hold of someone to assist with issues with our refrigerator but lately it's impossible. I am 40:25 holding as I type this out. I cancelled our subscription for water filters 3 months ago and they are ready to charge my CC and send on this month. If I could afford to give our expensive refrigerator away and buy a different brand I would so so in a heartbeat. Possibly the single worst company doing business in the US today.

Just awful. Would not recommend. My fridge stop cooling less than a month of having it. They sent a tech who said I had a leak. He fixed it and the fridge started freezing my food. Call him back out. He said it's another leak that could not be fixed. I was supposed to hear back from them but was told if I didn't hear from them in 5 business days to call them. I have been on hold for almost 4 hours waiting to speak to someone. I would NEVER buy another product from them. HORRIBLE customer service.

We are very disappointed in our Frigidaire refrigerator! Purchased one year and three months ago, and it has already failed. There was a time when buying a Frigidaire brought quality and reliability. It would seem that Frigidaire is no longer a brand to buy with confidence.

Worst company ever and worst refrigerator. Got a letter today wanting me to extend my warranty. If I had the choice between Frigidaire and the creek I'd choose the creek. Never made a tray of ice from day one even after 3 visits from service man.Been using ice trays since purchasing, just like my parents 50 years ago.

HORRIBLE service!! Brand new fridge purchased in September from Lowes. Stopped working within 1 month. It is now December 14 and we still don't have a fridge. First repair company said it was unable to be fixed. We are on company 2 and mew parts ordered going on Christmas and still no fridge. At this point the money they have wrapped into trying to fix I know would have been cheaper to replace.

Warranty service after the sale is less than poor. Called on 10/26 and set up service call for 10/31 (WO93744248). Paid the deductible. No Show, no call. Called again 12/12 on hold for 1hr 7 min. New work order (85987032) generated and would hear back in 24 hours. Nothing. Called their service provider and was informed that they will not work on Extended Warranty work. Called 12/14, 30 minutes on call and no resolution was reached. Told the work order would be held open until 12/15. So will need to start another work order on 12/16. Was staying on the line to leave a review as instructed by Joy, but the call was disconnected. Absolutely disappointed in the warranty work or lack thereof.

Frigidaire fridge and freezer broke within 2 years. Warranty is only good for 1 year so as a customer you either keep buying parts and paying for technicians (like we did multiple times) or eventually get a new fridge. Customer service is horrendous - envision yelling and hanging up. Absolutely worthless. Don't buy.

Purchased a new fridge and had nothing but breakdowns from the moment of delivery. Gasket leaks, drawer malfunctions, freezing food in the refridgerator sections, thawed frozen food in the freezer section, dripping water on the floor and continuation of the same issues multiple times after service calls and part replacements. The unit is less than a year old and has been serviced 5 times with no positive results. The warranty will only cover parts for one year and the company designated repair service does not keep appointments or communicate delays. This has been extremely frustrating to say the least.
My advise is "buyer beware". Do not purchase Electrolux, Fridgedaire.

So incredibly disappointed with what Frigidaire considers "customer service." After waiting several days for their computer "system" to be "updated," I was finally able to get one of their recommended technicians to come look at a microwave less than one-year-old. After 3 service visits in 3 weeks, we still have an inoperable appliance. Convenient Appliances, the contracted vendor, has been unable to repair the microwave, and now wants to order more parts with no guarantee that it will fix the issue. They can't even order the parts because they're not in stock! When I call "customer service," and ask to speak with a supervisor, I might as well have been speaking with a recorded message. They kept saying they would have to wait to hear from Convenient Appliance and that I would have to call them (Frigidaire) back. I asked why I would have to call them back after the service vendor tells them that they were not able to repair it. Why am I having to wait several more weeks or months for a part that may not even repair the microwave? It's not even a year old! I thought Frigidaire was a reputable company. This is the "customer service" you provide for a months-old microwave? Why are they not simply replacing the microwave? Ridiculous and unacceptable. So, the holidays are upon us and we have an unusable microwave with manufactured damage (according to the service vendor), and Frigidaire's "customer service" response is for me to just keep calling them.

Refrigerator could have burned my house down an now the service is impossible to get someone to come an look at the issue an when you call Frigidaire you end up speaking with some third world country that you can't understand which is ridiculous!!

This company is the worst. Bought a brand new refrigerator and it didn't work on day 1. The entire fridge froze everything. Every Glass bottle exploded in our fridge. It too 13 days to get the first tech out here. He didn't fix it. Still 14 degrees in the fridge. It took it took another 12 days to get the second tech out here. Yes 25 days so far without a fridge. Received a call today day 26 from the repair company. She stated all the parts are on back order and she has no idea when they will be in. We were finally able to speak to a supervisor who told us that as long as the fridge is fixable they will not exchange it. We have to keep it no matter how long it takes for the parts. Their customer service is the worst I've ever seen. I find it so hard to believe that something like this can even be legal. They delivered a defective product and as of day 26 is completely unusable and they are forcing us to keep it regardless of how much their defective product affects their customers. Imagine not having a refrigerator for this long with no end in sight and no refund or replacement.

I just learned that there is a class action suit dealing with the shoddy shelves and drawers in Frigidaire/Electrolux refrigerators. When our first shelf broke, we replaced it. However, the replacement broke soon after. My particular model is not included on the list of faulty models. I'm sure many people would complain about more models if they knew about this class action suit. As it is, I'm left with a refrigerator that is fine on the outside, but weak and broken up inside. This is unacceptable. I was just disconnected from customer service after being on the line for about 15 minutes.

The refrigerator works fine, but the ice maker is a disaster! Most recently, I just spent a half hour on hold with two different "customer service " numbers, only to be shuffled off to another number. The website for ordering replacement water filters is a joke. Avoid Frigidaire!

My Frigidaire upright freezer went out after three months. It would go into defrost mode and never come back on. This happened three times the third time it never worked again. The freezer was fourteen months old at that point. I have been trying for six months for Frigidaire to do the right thing to no avail. Finally there idea of making amends is to give me a forty percent off coupon to buy another one of their appliances. I will never buy Frigidaire again. They do not stand behind their products. Even if I wanted to fix this freezer it's a closed system whatever that means it cannot be repaired. Who designs a freezer you can't have fixed. At this point customer service just hangs up on me. Run people do not purchase any of their products you will regret it if you do

No wonder, you have almost 100% negative reviews. There is a reason and we know that first hand. Where should I send the bill for all the spoiled food ? Since seven!!! days we try to get a technician to fix a ventilator in our newly purchased fridge. Nothing happened. We spent hours waiting times on phone calls,en vain...Is this the way to happy customers? Only selling and no service ?

I have a 3 piece frigidaire gallery set, refrigerator, range, and dishwasher for recently renovated kitchen. The range blew a burner 7 month in. Warranty only paid parts. Dishwasher wiring harness went after 20 months, NO WARRANTY. $300 repair! Stay away from this brand.

We bought a Frigidaire induction cooktop stove. About 8 months later it just stopped working while we were cooking. Contacted warranty department. They sent the work order to the tech service that said we did not have a warranty. We had to send the tech service the bill of sale before they would come out. A couple of weeks later tech came out. Trouble shooter cooktop and determined he had to order A control board and come back. A few weeks later he came back installed control board and it still did not work. He called Frigidaire master tech and told him it still doesn't work and the wiring diagram that came with the cooktop doesn't even match the cooktop wiring. They told him to order all 5 elements and come back on another appointment and change them all out. The tech told me that that will not fix it but he has to do it because they told him to. At this point we have been over a months with no cooktop. By the time he comes back we will be well over 2 months. I recently called Frigidaire and got the run around. We have not received any calls from tech service for another appointment to come out. My wife has a home daycare and we have 4 kids we can't cook fir with a fully operational kitchen. Conn's is the retailer we purchased the product from and they should be ashamed to carry Frigidaire products. Any retailer that sale Frigidaire products should stop selling Frigidaire products because they do not care about the customer or honor their warranty. There be a class action lawsuit against Frigidaire for ripping people off.

I have had two Frigidaire Refrigerator since July 1 2022. First went bad was replaced on September 7. Now this one has gone bad. Repairman came out Oct 12 had to order parts came back today and had to orderore parts. No refrigerator for 2 weeks and will be two more weeks. Frigidaire is a P O S.

Hi, I purchased a home with all new Frigidaire appliances and one of the refrigerator called top mount coolant stopped working. The company stated the defroster bi-metal need to be replaced. First, they mailed the product to my home and it is wrong PRODUCT. Then, they said they have to search their warehouse which they said was initially five to seven days. Then when i called them on the seventh day. They told that is the wrong information and the wait time is actually seven to ten days. Turns, out that is on back order. Now it has been almost two months without a working refrigerator. They have been giving me the run around and dragging their feet to send me a replacement. They said it will take 5 to 7 days for the company to approve a replacement. I don't trust them! DO NOT BUY!
