I was on hold for over an hour..........then tried their chat and was on hold for over an hour for a warranty repair. This is ridiculous! They need more reps to manage the volume or maybe better products so they don't have as many calls! I am not a fan!

The absolute WORST customer service I have EVER in my 54 years consistently receive!!! Everything a warranty company can F up these guys do perfectly! From charging me twice in the same week for my warranty payment to saying Electrolux serviced me when they never did to the long long consistently LONG wait time to get a rep let alone one in the US!! I could go on forever but I do have a day job!!???

Terrible, horrible, customer service. Must have one phone in the department. Tried calling several times over three days. All the same..."due to high volume, we cannot take your call at this time". Click, they hang up. Either one phone or someone takes the phone off the hook when they come in every morning.

I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator 6 months ago and it started freezing everything in the back of the fridge and ruining all produce. I kept turning down the temp below the recommendation. My produce is still being ruined. I finally called yesterday they scheduled me an appointment for today 8-12, no show so I called back and waited on hold again right at noon. They rescheduled me for 12-5 and said I will receive a call 30 minutes prior. It's 4:11 pm I've been waiting all day for them, is this another no show? Reading all these comments I'm ?

I called on March 31,2023, around 3:17pm. I was on hold for a while and when I got service he was rushing me and talking over me. It was so frustrating bc I couldn't get a word in without him interrupting my sentence. He was repeating the wrong email I gave him so I was trying to correct him. If he can only let me finish my sentence, then he had the audacity to get upset. He just wanted to talk and that's it. I hung up the phone without asking him the questions I wanted to ask, it's annoying and very unprofessional.

My washer is only a year and a half old and is going to cost over six hundred dollars to repair. Of course the warranty is up. What a piece of garbage!!!!! I was told they could give me twenty percent off parts but it will still cost just over six hundred. That is the price of a new one. I would never buy another Frigidaire again!!!

The WORST interactive voice response (IVR) service I've ever encountered. Among many examples: one voice prompt is "Press 1 to find repair service near you." It referred me to a CA location (I live in MA!). Wait times are horrendous: 30-60 minutes and more. When I finally reached a live person, they scheduled a repair for the next day. But when I called that repair service, they said they don't repair refrigerators, that I should have been referred by Frigidaire to a different repair company. ! When I finally reached another person to reschedule, he at first said he could diagnose the problem over the phone (really?), but then didn't even attempt to do so. If you ever buy a Frigidaire product, pray that don't don't need warrqnty repair servie.

I agree! Called Frigidaire 3x about my refrigerator water filter and can't get through. I have a subscription and haven't received the new filter. They charged my bank account in early February.

Bought a washer on 12/28/22 & in 1 month the nozzle assembly broke flooding my downstairs kitchen. Water came through my lights in the ceiling. Drywall & lighting damage & I just bought my new townhome. The washer broke on 1/28/23 & it is now 2/24/23. Had to order the part for which I am still waiting. Basically, Frigidaire really doesn't care about its customers. Customer Service? Are you kidding me? The amount of time on hold, the same tired "It will be repaired & not new" & treating me as if I am the one to blame here, getting one lady who was snotty with me claiming I called for the repair. No, I didn't; who would I call since it's a brand new machine & I just moved to Tennessee? They called in the repair; I was unimpressed. The call center is a nightmare to deal with. All I can say is you better have time to sit around on hold. I bought a washer, dryer & a refrigerator. I will not buy another Frigidaire product because I do not trust the appliances & getting any kind of help (for me) has been inexcusably fruitless. I am left with a lousy, broken machine, laundromat trips that should be unnecessary, & being livid that Frigidaire simply doesn't care.

Bought a new fridgidaire refrigerator 3 months ago and the ice maker is broken, 3 tech visits and one no show later the appliance still does not make ice. It appears a hose is loose and we have water leaking into the fridge and leaking into the freezer and floor. We called again and finally got a supervisor who said she would take care of our issues. She placed us on hold and after several minutes we were disconnected. We gave it 10 minutes and after no call back, called customer service again. The rep flat out refused to connect us with the supervisor and then proceeded to laugh when we voiced our concerns. He had a poor tone and refused to answer simple questions like did the work order get entered. We paid a lot of money for this refrigerator and to be treated this way by the manufacturer is a slap in the face.

We need Frigidaire corporate help! I am completely outraged with how Fridgidaire is handling our newly broken down machine. I bought a new dryer & washer stackable unit model number FLCG 7522AW3 in June 2022. The dryer started breaking down in October 2022. It has been serviced 7 times so far. We have not been able to use the unit an accumulative total of 2 & 1/2 the months. We have made numerous calls to frigidaire, waiting for hours just to reach someone. We asked to speak with the supervisors many times and waited all day long on two separate phone calls to be returned by the supervisors by the end of each day. No one returned them. My husband has been in hospice care at home since July 2022 and my family members and I have spent lots of money having to pay for laundromat services. Often, we cannot even wash his sheets ASAP as needed.
So far the dryer has lost its heat, the belt keeps popping off, makes grinding sounds, and the electronic with the beeping noise does not stop beeping once the machine has stopped. The washing machine is making a very loud banging sound on all its spins. All of this has been recorded on my phone video camera. It has been serviced 7 times and still is waiting for service. We were told by our reputable service company - Jersey Appliance Inc, in Mercer County NJ, that we are still waiting for some of the parts to come in. It could be this week or months down the road. We are stuck with a non-working machine. We pay our monthly payments, but out of all the months we have owned this machine (June 21 2022 -till today 02/17/2023 we have not been able to use the machine for about 70 days due to breakdowns.

So far the repairs have been:
DRYER
Thermostat replacement
Idler Arm S.D.
Faulty gas valve replacement
Heater with housing duct
Belt fell of twice, second time followed by grinding noise
Replace control but could not silence the beeping noise

REPAIRS WE ARE WAITING FOR:
New repairs needed, and have been waiting on parts since 2/08/23. Was told that it could take a few days or months on these parts.
Back ordered with possible months to wait for: Blower wheel - Motor - Basket spin tube - Ring and Control Board
Only part that is in at this time: Idler arm assembly
Dryer belt
Spring idler.

MEANWHILE WE ARE NOT ABLE TO EVEN WASH THE BED SHEETS OF MY DYING HUSBAND. AND NO ONE IS WILLING TO TALK TO US, SUCH AS A SUPERVISOR TO HAVE THIS MACHINE CHANGE OR BOUGHT OUT! SHAME ON THE FRIGIDAIRE. AT THIS OUNT WE WOULD LIKE A BYOUT AND MOVE ON. [email protected]

Worst customer service I have ever had!!! We bought the fridge in December 2021 and it broke in Aug 2022. Well within the 12 month manufacturer warranty. They sent parts to the house and A&E came to install them but never had all of the parts. This happened through Sept & Oct. At the end of Oct. after 6 or 7 visits by A&E repair they took the parts back but still kept sending them to repair. The repair man told us that they deemed the fridge unfixable in Nov. but they still kept sending them to the house another 3 or 4 times in Nov. In December they told us we were past our time for warranty and there was nothing they could do!!! You believe that!!! If you buy Frigidaire, You better hope your item does not need anything while it is under warranty!! Also once they have your phone number you wont be able to contact a live person. You need to use another number and dont give it to them. We had all the calls and paperwork and was going to take legal action until my wife saw a case where the customer called Lowes CEO and they took care of it. So she contacted Lowes CEO and Lowes is taking care of it. Thank You Lowes!!! Stay away from Frigidaire at all costs. They were a good company once. But that was in the past.

There Is No Such Thing As Customer Servicew By These Jokers.
Their Website Is Useless And While They Are "sincerly Regretful", They Won't Answer A Phone Call.

I had a service call today (3000010075) for which I paid $99. I had categorically mentioned in my notes that the buttons have fallen inside and there is an issue with the hoods ability to suck the air. The technician who had come in today did not even bother to help me with the core issue and instead said that I have to pay $367 to get a new part for the buttons or if I need to fix it he will charge me $175 for him to just touch ... really!!!. He did not have the part with him and did not bother to even help me fix the issue. Customer service and the technicians capability was down right POOR. How can you charge me for someone to just come have a look and not fix the issue, not carry the part inspite of me mentioning what needs to be fixed and on top of that trying to extort money for everything I was requesting him to do. This is a perennial issue with your product and you are charging me a huge amount to fix the flaw in the product -- how fare is that ?? Charging $99 just to come have a look looks like is a new way to earn revenue by cheating customers and leaving them with more bills. One one hand the technician says "oh we don't charge for our trip" on the other hand says oh the $99 is cost for us to come over. How contradicting are these statements ?? What bother me the most is the gentleman who had come over made absolutely no efforts to fix .. that is not how expect after sales service I am very very Disappointed with this kind of service and want to speak to someone senior to get my money back

Probably rated bad if you could actually get through to them. Within 15 minutes of their start time (08:30 AM EST) they have a more than 1-hour wait time. If you get through before that, they will place you on permanent hold or just hang up. I think they are out of Panama City.

Got through once and was promised response via email. That was 19 days ago. Email wasn't that slow back in dial-up days.

Worse costumer service!!!! Ill never buy again any Frigidaire product!!!
You wait for 40 minutes. You call and the rep that answered (Alex is more like a ROBOT. You ask to be transferred to another rep since the one i spoke to couldn't comprehend what i was saying (20 minutes-waste of my time) and her answer was " i am not allowed to". WHATG??? Then i call again another 40 minutes and the representative said "yes, i can forward your call to another Rep"... wow.
Then i am transferred to technical support.. the technician had a dog barking in the background. He never heard of my issue with the cook stove. I am the only one that had this issue!!!! Wow. ONLY ME?? and most-likely its a manufacture defect.
NEVER AGAIN Frigidaire WILL BE ON MY SHOPPiNG
LIST!!!!
GO CALL SWEDEN TO REPORT THE MATTER> NO E MAIL,Phone call. Really? why dont they have an executive office in the US if they sell products in the US??

Terrible company I have had my dishwasher since January the 10th and it is now the 30th it is defective three things wrong with it. Had someone to come and look at it and have not heard back from Frigidaire to make it right. I have called three times been on the phone for an hour and a half trying to talk to the supervisor who said someone was going to call me today which is the 30th of January. Every person I have spoke to in customer service has lied to me. This company should go under they don't stand by their product they just want to give you the runaround. I just want my money back and be done with you people. I could go on and on but I think I summed it up don't buy their products.

I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase a frigidaire, customer service is terrible, the warranty doesn't mean nothing, you pay for extended warranty for nothing, i keep getting the run arounds trying to get a technician out to my house, its like they keep giving you the run arounds so your warranty will expire or give you the run around until you just say f it. I just want my frigidaire fixed and its only 6 months old purchased it from lowes on 77 in Waxahachie texas in the beginning of july 2020

I have ordered water filters for my Frigidaire refrigerator for the last 2 years(2021-2022). I order three at a time in order to get the best price for all three. I Only have one refrigerator, so it takes me about 5 to 6 months to use one filter. This past week I changed my filter out to put in a new one and water leaked all over the back of my refrigerator and out the bottom spilling all over the floor when I was trying to run water through it to flush the system. It definitely had been put in correctly as there's only one way to put it in, so I called the repairman thinking it must have been the water line in the refrigerator that might have broken. The repairman of course had to charge me a service fee, but discovered that the o-ring on the water filter was cracked and leaking causing the problem. I called customer service at Frigidaire and of course had to wait online over 20 minutes or so which is usually the norm, and then was very surprised to find out that the water filters only have like a 2-month return policy. And the other time I called the customer service rep possibly said a 2 week return policy. Not knowing this ahead of time I would have never ordered three at a time, since each one last at least 5 to 6 months of use. I left my name and phone number to have someone higher up than the rep I spoke with to please give me a call because I just wanted to have a new water filter sent to me or if they prefer to reimburse me. Either one would be fine. The rep was nice enough to take my name and number and she said that this person is always busy and could not guarantee that they would be calling and sure enough they did not. Always thought Frigidaire had a reputable name, but never knew how poorly they run their customer service. I will certainly let anyone know that's looking for an appliance to be aware of Frigidaire because of one of the most important things to have in a good reputable company is good customer service!!!

Do not under any circumstances use fridgeair to come inspect your appliances. Use a private company!
I had an oven not reaching temperature. I called the number for fridgeair on the oven. They made an appointment with me between 8am-12pm the following Monday. Half way through the appointment, that I had taken work off for, I received a text saying they were rescheduling my appointment to Thursday.
I tried calling them over and over and only received "we are receiving a high number of calls and cannot take yours at this time" and then it would hang up.

They did come Thursday, spent 10mins there and said "well we can't find anything wrong" and left.

When making the appointment I was told it was $104.99 service fee and any parts needed would come out of that fee. Then I see a few days later they charged $104 and another $81.40. When I called to find out what that was, I was informed it was labor.
I said no, that's what the service fee is. They then said it's a diagnostic fee not a service fee, which is 100% not what they told me when making the appointment. The technician did not say one thing about labor fees or anything else.
When speaking with a the customer service representative, they kept putting me on hold during the middle of my sentence because they didn't want to speak with me and could not answer my questions. Then when I asked for a supervisor I was told no because of the "high number of calls". I said I would wait on hold and they refused to let me speak to anyone else, since they could not answer my questions at all.
They then hung up on me and when the follow up survey call came it magically hung up on me too.

They are deceptive in their pricing, they give you absolutely no help when calling, they change your appointment with no notice or help, and they are absolutely horrible to deal with.


Do not ever use them!!!
