Once in a time a long time ago this was a go to appliance company. Now it's a run from it brand. Bought three appliances. Updated my kitchen. The oven, set to three fifty it would get over five hundred degrees. Service man fixed that. Fridge , ice maker died in two days. Dishwasher three service guys and still doesn't dry! I could just keep washing in the sink ! What's the point of a dishwasher!?!

Bought a new Frigidaire refrigerator had it 6 months and the compressor has already went bad! Been without a refrigerator for 6 days and they say it will be 10 more days to fix my refrigerator. So much for standing by what you sell. Don't buy this brand they are junk. Should have bought a whirlpool.

Frigidaire doesn't honor the warranty on the A/C wall unit. A technician came to my home and made up many excuses not to service my A/C the technician didn't like to take the air conditioner's temperature after I ask him five times. We had four technicians come to my home but since the A/C was under warranty they wouldn't cover American Home Shield. I'm so shocked at how that technician behaved

I am 86 yrs. old, hearing & sight impaired. I bought refrigerator, stove and dishwasher, microwave from Frigidaire 10-22-22. I called Lowes, then Frigidaire for repair on refrigerator 8-02-22. Finally was scheduled for repair. They cancelled at least 3 times for various reasons. Finally repairman came on 8-11-23. My refrigerator had flashing lights and dripping from ice/water dispenser. When the repairman left he said that the lights would not work, but refrigerator would stay cold. Two hours after he left the freezer was defrosting and the refrigerator was not cold at all. I have been trying ever since trying to get refrigerator fixed or replaced. All weekend I have had to use coolers w/ice to keep my food chilled. A lot of it has spoiled due to lack of refrigeration. Now I got a e-mail saying that they are ordering parts that will be sent directly to repair man. That was Friday. I purchased the extended warranty from Frigidaire when I made the purchase. What kind of customer service is this ? I live alone. I need some help. What do I do to get it ? This is really an inconvenience to me at my age and medical condition. I am very disappointed in the product and the service.

We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator in April 2023. The refrigerator went out in May 2023. It took an entire month to get a service tech, get the part ordered and installed. The refrigerator ran approximately 3 weeks and went out again. We got the second part pretty quickly but service tech can't come for two more weeks to install the part. We have had this brand new refrigerator for 5 months and it's worked 6 weeks and not worked 16 weeks. I will never purchase another Frigidaire product. Their service is horrible and the customer has absolutely no recourse. I will probably have to purchase another refrigerator and the 1,100.00 that I spent on the Frigidaire is just wasted. This company should be held acct for their products.

We purchased a Frigidaire grfs2853af refrigerator in May of 2022 and we have had nothing but problems. Our freezer quote working in May of 2023 while the refrigerator was under factory warranty.
We have had the warranty repair company out 9 time and it is still not working.
I contacted Frigidaire and they said it was out of the manufacturer warranty period and to call the extended warranty company.
Frigidaire is the worst manufacturer.
We have had other manufacturers refrigerators and they lasted for 15 to 20 years.

Ordered wrong filter by mistake. Correcting it has been abysmal. Called customer service, which apparently they have 2-3 different customer services which probably makes it difficult for documentation. That lady said she'll send a correct replacement filter and I willingly would have sent the other filter back, but she said I didn't need to. I never received the new filter. Called back after weeks passed and tried to rectify the situation only for this new lady to say they're having issues with their computer systems and she would call me back. She never did. So none of this was apparently documented (surprise surprise) I called them again today and the representative said that they couldn't send me a replacement given it's out of the 90 day policy. She would make a refund request with no guarantees. I have to wait 7-10 business days to even find out if I receive a refund. I pretty much know how this will turn out. She was nice, but the wait time to even talk to customer service was 20 minutes, only for me to have a total call of an hour to resolve a 5 minute correction. I will update later if I actually receive a refund. Something has to improve with corporate customer service. Dealing with customer service with any business almost seems mind-numbingly impossible and seems to have gotten worse over the years, or maybe its just me. Satellite services, appliances, etc you name it, customer service calls always take 45 minutes or longer.

Regarding product warranties, Frigidaire's customer service is the worst. Due to poor manufacturing and Frigidaire's disregard for their customers, I will never purchase another product from them.

A Frigidaire 50-pint dehumidifier that I bought in September 2021 is currently developing ice on the condenser coils on the back in June 2023. Despite all attempts at troubleshooting, the unit's coils continue to ice up.
When I contacted Frigidaire Customer Support about this dehumidifier problem, they chose to replace it.
Since I registered the dehumidifier with Frigidaire when I bought it, they emailed me a claim form that was already filled out with my information and the serial and model numbers of the appliance.

I was instructed to remove the label from the back of the unit and attach it, along with my purchase receipt and signature, to the claim form. I returned the filled-out Claim form through email, and Frigidaire Support sent me a confirmation. According to Frigidaire Support, the wait for a replacement unit to arrive is anticipated to be around 10 days. After 18 days and still had not received a replacement unit I contacted customer service, and when I did, a foreign-speaking representative informed me that Frigidaire would not be sending me a replacement because the appliance was over a year old and no longer under warranty. I was explaining to the agent that Frigidaire had me fill out all the proper paperwork when he kept talking over me. He does not care about what was previously done, but only that Frigidaire will not honor the warranty.
Due to poor customer care and a lack of administrative abilities, Electrolux is unquestionably losing consumers and money. Frigidaire is your company if you desire refused warranty claims and rude customer service.

I ordered a replacement part for my refrigerator in OCtober 2022. Due to a family emergency I didn't open the part until 2023. Once opened I found that it was the wrongly part. I called customer service and they refused to allow me to return for the correct part because it was past their 30 day policy. This is ridiculous. They sent me the wrong part and are keeping my money. I don't want a refund. I just want the correct part!

My oven broke on May 23rd and I called Electrolux to set up a repair as I have an extended 5-year warranty. Today is June 27th. I've had about 35+ days of a big run around. Numerous appointments have been made by Electrolux with a repair company that does not do warranty service for Frigidaire products. They will tell you they'll escalate your problem, they keep telling me my problem will be addressed in two to three business days. Today on June 27th I see no repair person in my future. I see no way to resolve this between calling and live chat. This company has made me loathe Frigidaire. There is no piece of mind with an extended 5-year warranty that I purchased.

We bought a Frigedaire French door refrigerator in May 2021. The Fridge was built in March 2021, so it was only 2 months old. Since that time we have called for service 9 - 10 times. They have replaced the ice maker, the computer board, the solenoid and now they came out again and placed an order for a fan for the compressor motor. They have been called several times as the ice maker frequently does not work. This was the worst purchase ever!!!!

I have had my Frigidaire refrigerator right at two years . Worst purchase I've made . It's had to have the ice maker replaced , Now our water Dispenser stopped working, the technician replaced the Valve Water Solenoid, come back put that on now filter heads need to be replaced. I would at all means avoid a purchase of Frigidaire.

The worst customer service ever!!! I asked the invoice correction for more than ten times. I never received the correct one, and the supervisor just transferred me to the survey.

Worst customer service. I ordered a water filter directly from their website and based off my refrigerator that I had already registered with them two years ago, and they still sent the incorrect filter. Then took hours to speak to a customer service representative to get a return invoice and no refund has been issued yet. Will never order from them again.

My new home by Lennar is filled with Fridgedaire appliances. Since I have been here I noticed my refrigerator runs all the time. The compressor never shuts off. I called the service dept. My appliances are under warrenty. The phone tree to reach a waiting line is ridiculous. Then I was offerd to text instead of waiting so I did. After being asked to repeat all the device info multiple times we finally got to the pint of making an appointment and the texter suddenly said they had to go to lunch and would contact me back which never happened. A few days later I tried the phone method. The person on the phone kept me on 20min with questions and finally provided me an appointment time after I got upset. I even got a text with a link to track my appt. The link never worked. No one ever came on Friday May 12 2023. I was home all day 8am to 5pm missing a work appointment. I am very concerned that this is the warranty process for all my appliances. Fridgedaire needs to conact me and set up an appointment. This is terrible customer service. I hope it does not reflect the quality of the products. I have seen many complaints and no response from Fridgedaire. It does not seem even they have faith in their products or they would be responsive and stand behind their products and service. Beware.

My $280 dehumidifier broke less than 2 years after purchase. Customer service chat was 100% unhelpful and closed the chat prematurely. You claim to have email support, yet do not have a link.

We have a Frigidaire refrigerator that was part of the ice maker recall. We love our fridge and everything was working perfectly on it but this recall said that the plastic arm of the 2nd ice maker that's in the bottom freezer can break into little bits and fall into the ice tray and you could possibly swallow them. So a Frigidaire service technician came out and replaced the ice maker on 2/28/23 and 6 weeks later, it stopped working. We called the Frigidaire ice maker recall hotline and after a lot of runaround, they finally agreed to have a technician come out. When almost a week later we still hadn't heard anything, we called again and this customer service rep had no notes about our previous call and said simply that our refrigerator is out of warranty and they will not do anything for us. We then tried E-chatting on their website and after almost getting them to agree to send someone out, they re-evaluated and said that since it had been more than 30 days, they will not do anything. So to reiterate, we had a refrigerator that was working perfectly fine until we complied with Frigidaire's recall and 6 weeks later, we now have a broken ice maker that no longer makes ice. I feel that an ice maker should be built to last longer than 6 weeks and especially since we did not ask for our ice maker to be replaced in the first place, an exception should be made for them to provide us with a working ice maker. Because of this terrible customer service, I will never purchase another Frigidaire or Electrolux product and I am letting everyone I know exactly what happened to us so that they stay away from this company as well.

Made three different appt for someone to come see my dishwasher and they never showed up on any of the appts. Not mention I talk to the service guy three days before he said he would be here in the morning and never showed up not even a call. My warranty was up April 7, made the appt the week before it expired whatever happened to good customer service. Well I will never by a Frigidaire again. Poor service

I bought new fridge last Sept and the freezer door wouldn't stay closed then it started closing magnets on doors. Now the water filter is leaking with or without using depensary the water is coming out in back of filter like a faucet. I just replaced filter for the 3rd time trying to get correct one.Got right one side its leaking on my kitchen floor my floor is ruined. PISSED OFF UGH!

I was on hold for over an hour..........then tried their chat and was on hold for over an hour for a warranty repair. This is ridiculous! They need more reps to manage the volume or maybe better products so they don't have as many calls! I am not a fan!
