Google Customer Service Complaints - page 4

Never again will i buy another subscription, service, or device from google. Have pixel pass and their support team has been over a week and still no fix. Had to show them their own page to even move forward with the promised coverage. Being passed from "specialist" to "specialist" is a joke and you cant even get a supervisor to return a response. Between them hanging up and just trying to make you go away really the only way to get anything done is to sue them. Bring that up and they immediately disconnect everything. Such a horrid company.

I find my Google pixel camera fantastic unlike the phone functions. The phone is very non user friendly and today's recurring problem is the display light automatically goes to non visible which makes it very challenging to impossible to reset the brightness when the keys are not visible. Can not use the device when needed.

Googles support is crap. They sold crappy screens with their google nest hub and did not support the device after all the screens burnt out in less than a year.

Crap service Crap hardware Crap support. Will never buy a google product.

Google Pay support is terrible. Spent an hour on the chat line transferred to four different people repeating the same information and no one could help. The system seems designed to wear down the customer until they give up.

Worst customer service ever. 4 months issues still not resolved. No refund and still no resolution.

Don't follow there own policies. Unreachable for any support, only useless automated responses. Worst company to deal with for business owners.

Atrocious is the only word... they hang up and are quite hostile. There's also no one to give feedback too. Crazy frustrating

One of our Pixel 4XL had flames shooting out of the USB port when charging. Called google support, waste of time 1.5 hours with them. They said they would replace it, but need to exchange. I would have to send my phone in and wait 5-10 business days for them to send me a replacement. WITHOUT A PHONE FOR 2 WEEKS!! I said no, you must have some other way. That's when them started asking for more and more. Every time I gave them the info, I had to wait 3 -5 minutes, while he check with supervisor. After 1.5 hours they needed receipt, but would not accept it because it was in a doc format. That's the end of Pixel phones for me. I don't feel comfortable knowing their phones could catch on fire and they don't seem to care. Extremely poor customer service

A few months ago, I requested an Opt-Out from Persopo. This is a company which collects information about individuals and posts the compiled information in a single easy-to-access location. They say the data they provide is from publicly available sources. Persopo complied with my request.

Months later, Google is still showing my information in a stale index link for Persopo. Despite multiple requests for privacy and removal of the stale link, my data remains. Here's what I've learned:
* Publicly available data provided by Persopo is generally beyond the capability of most people to retrieve. It takes time, knowledge, and may require a fee.
* The persopo.com domain is registered to Google.
* Peosopo is based in Nevada where privacy laws are lenient. Google is based in California where privacy laws are strict.
* The information Persopo provides violates Google's privacy policy of protecting customer information. Google disclaims privacy violations by hiding behind a company they have created (domain ownership) and located it in a state where privacy laws are lenient. This is a cut and paste from Google about Persopo - "Google looked for a description of persopo.com on a reference site, but couldn't find a good match."

Worst customer support on the planet. Period. It's a known fact. Shame on Google.

Horrible not helpful disconnected from consumers blatantly lie and practice deceptive business tactics. Out of the past 2 months I have contacted them serveral times over the Google Fi phones and plans from my plans not working to getting sent wrong phone to being charged times and they have resolved my issue 0 times restored confidence in the company 0 times offered me any satisfaction 0 times

I am so disappointed in the service I get from Google!!!.. just sits there and does nothing... I get so angry and frustrated!!! what is going on??

Coon Rapids Express Car Wash. For slmost $19 ,this wash left do much firts streaks a water on the car I spent almost an hour wiping it all off. Absolutely horrible Car Wash, never go there !

Google just doesn't care.

Google is the worst on customer service.....I suffered a hack which Google Pay was used and some monies was lost. Google was deemed at fault. Now they are holding me hostage with not allowing me "google pay" services UNLESS I pay them back!!

Quite Disappointed that I cannot get through to anyone from google for support on my pixel 4a. I literally waited 1 hour on hold to have a tech give me the run around. I will explore Apple customer service at this point and make a decision from there on my next phone.

Non existent support

I purchased 2 photo prints from goggle photo the last tracking update I got was 10 days ago said it was in the next city over from me. I've tried to find some way to track the photos but no luck. I cant speak to a live person just keep getting the run around. My wife passed away January 28 from covid and these pics I order off my phone of her mean alot to me. I want someone to reach out to me asap . My email you have I expect someone to contact me over this matter.

Google replace a failed thermostat. They require the failed thermostat to be sent back FedEx. I sent it FedEx and they never received it. After five phone calls I gave up on my refund. I supplied them with the information that FedEx had received the item and they failed to do anything more.

I am locked of my gmail account with no way to recover it even though I have a recovery phone number and email. I forgot my password. it sends a code to my recovery account and when I enter that it says a code has been sent to my gmail account which I can't access because I forgot my password.
There is no Customer Support

On January 13 2022 I attended your hair salon I was so happy with my color and the service but when I washed my hair you send a picture what it looks like today January 17, 2022 went and got my color and look at the difference I don't like to complain but I have to bring it up to your attention I tipped a very good I also read all your reviews and they were great sound like very disappointed with the color that you gave me and how it has turned out thank you Vicky Dewindt.

Ordered two google phones in November (before black friday) for christmas gifts. Christmas approached so i emailed them and no response, no updates, no tracking. Finally found someone through CHAT January 6, and they said they would send it out immediately and would give me an "appeasement"for their mistake.

I have contacted them via email and chat 8 times in the last month to follow up and resolve "appeasement" but have not received any replies or follow up.

0/10 terrible company if you are a paying customer.

Your service never answers the question. Quicker going to a encyclopaedia. Most of time it sends you incorrect information

I posted on the Google help for him exposing admin abuse within Google. It was titled "you have an abusive admin problem" After two months and gaining 300 likes they deleted ALL of my posts and permanently banned my account. Google relies on Erasure to cover its behind. Google is the most cowardly company on the face of the Earth and they cannot look their customers in the eye. All they can do is tell you how sorry they are while doing absolutely nothing to rectify the situation.
