Kid made a double purchase by accident when trying to get a subscription for an app, first he bought google funds(he was foing to pay with them) then accidentally used my card to pay for the app instead. Contacted google trying to get it resolved asap ( subsription was running at a promo price for the day) and explained everything after the robot refused to refund his oops and the idiots still couldn't figure it out. It took 3 hours for me to finally get frustrated and tell them to just cancle the refund request because the promo would end and the special price was more important then the refund at this point. Guess what we discoved the idiots did? They cancled the subscription instead! Now it will cost twice as much to get back and I'm stuck with $50 bucks in google funds I don't want, the thing I wanted cancled in the first place.....morons.

Google Customer Service might be the worst costumer service that I ever had so far, the half of the time the phone call wouldn't even picked up by someone, and another half of the time, you could get a call from someone and they're not willing to listen to your questions and just hang up on you. They have no patient whatsoever, I called them like 20 times and maybe there's once that someone might just listened to my question but I still got hang up by it because it requires for payment to fix it. Oh, and the website does not help either, I have to type the customer service phone number
in Google Search engine in order to pop up. Why can't they put it on the help page and why go through a loop to do so, not to mention, where's the simple Email to help option, why does it have to make everything so convoluted when few simple options should be required and the site should be easy to navigate.

i had some simple chrome app questions. google doesnt have the courtesy to support it. they most popular browser app in the world just out to make money and forget about the user. I wont buy other google products because of the demontrated destain google has for the end user

I cant even begin to state how horrid google support is. Its absolutely the worse support personnel ive ever dealt with. Had an ongoing payment verification issue where they required me to submit documents showing proof of purchase for google gift cards. Was told it would take up to 2 days until they could verify and unblock my account from making purchases. That didnt happen, I contacted support and was told i would have to wait another 48 hours so they could contact the "specialized team". after another 2 days I was given an email telling me that I had to wait ANOTHER 48 HOURS to make purchases again just to find out it STILL didnt work. Google support is an ABSOLUTE JOKE and I would warn against purchasing any of their gift cards unless you like to be blocked from making payments for weeks.

11. countless nest speakers littered all over the house
12. 5 Chromecasts
13. Latest Pixel watch
14. Nest security cameras and floodlights

Last month I ordered Nest Yale Lock and a doorbell. I used the $200 store credit I got from the purchase of the latest Pixel 7 Pro. My wife didn't like the color. I returned the package and tried to buy the items again. Except google wouldn't let me use the $200 credit anymore.

I called Google customer support on October 31st and the Person I spoke to didnt speak English very well and kept telling me things that were irrelevant to the case. I asked to talk to a supervisor but even after holding for over 15 minutes, I was not connected. She told me the a supervisor would call back. No one ever did.

I received an email from Google on November asking me to explain my issue, which I articulated again. It is now November 8th and I still havent heard back from them. On the other hand Amazon customer services resolves all my issues in a heart beat.

As I said before, I am one of the best Google customers and they are treating me like sh*t, how do they treat others. Extremely disappointed. If my issue is not resolved in the next couple of days, they will lose me as a customer.

I asked for help with my headphones. The sync button was broken. They told me a group of senior advisors rejected my appeal for replacement. I asked if there was any chance of repairs. They told me to buy new ones. I found I could just buy a part off a third party website to fix everything. All I get after that is apologies and the "they understand what I'm going through"

I was at work when my pixel 7 shipped home. Instead of leaving the phone with the neighbors, DHL sent it back to Google. I called the customer service and informed them and they told me the only option is a refund. What???!!!

I asked them if the same preorder offer will be included and they said no. I can no longer support this company.

pixel 6 pro screen went white, unable to operate phone, logged fault, google responds within 10-20 hrs, chats go back and forth, they ask me to try a few things without reading the fault description that its unusable, eventually they decide that i can send it in to look at but i need to accept sending it!! this is just wasting days with their process. I send it via courier from australia to HKG, give them 6 days then chat online for update, takes 20 mins for google to advise it has been decided to replace but wait another 2 days before it will ship back to australia.

If I had an iPhone, i could have taken it into their store and had it replaced on the spot......

it's been 14 days so far, I need to consider if Google is a good option for the future?

They are using Covid as an excuse to not supply support over the phone, and now they are going against their own policy for refunds. This company has become terrible. Here is a conversation I had over their refund policy

It's IMPOSSIBLE to reach out to anyone via chat, phone or email because they give no actual contact information! "Help" is just articles and feedback IF you're lucky enough to have an issue that's an automated option. And if you have an issue with a Gmail account, may the gods be with you on your journey to finding an answer. I wouldn't even have a stupid account if Samsung didn't demand it!

This is terrible! I have several payd subscription with google and.. my god, this is just awful! It's the worse service I have ever seen, not only in America but in around the globe! Their support chain reminds me 100% scam. Awoid.

I'm at a point where I WISH I was put on hold for hours. I can't even find the phone number to call...and I keep receiving emails that they haven't heard back from me regarding my problem, when in fact they re the ones who promised to get back to me...it's gaslighting!!!!

Google's support, or lack there of, is horrible! Good luck getting ahold of anyone to answer anything about your account that may be wrong. And if you call them be prepared to sit on the phone for hours to likely get an answer that is not helpful.

Been on hold for an hour with google's contact support number. Haven't spoken to one real person in all this time. 1.2 trillion dollar company and you can't even have a swift and responsive customer service line. This is completely unacceptable. All I want to do is cancel a google drive cloud subscription, that's on another person's computer to whom I don't have access.

Bought a defective Pixel 6. While in warranty, the phone showed block blotches on the screen. It has been impossible to contact the Google Store that I bought it from, and the support has switched me back and forth for 2 days without a resolution. How hard is it for a reputable company to exchange defective product. Warning to anyone thinking of buying a Pixel phone. DON'T! If something goes wrong, you're on your own. It's a garbage company. My next phone will be Samsung.

Google continually routed me back to their app sites and websites when trying to speak to a person. They make it impossible to speak to anyone about an issue you're having. Purchased Duolingo via the google play (DON'T EVER TO THAT) then one month into the subscription I was logged out. I cannot get back to my account, cannot get anyone at Google Play to respond, cannot reach anyone at Google to help, and Duolingo doen't know what's going on either. I can cancel my subscription to Duolingo on Googleplay, but it only cancels when it's done after 1 year (yea! I got 1 month of use out of an annual subscription and I should be glad). I cannot contact Google to even request a pro-rated refund, I cannot send them emails, I cannot leave messages, I cannot get on a chat with google. They are absolutely the WORST. I'll NEVER purchase a Google product again.
