Your support is absolutely shocking for the chromecast. The chromecast is a shocking product I will never buy Google again, why don't your products work like Apple products do. I have issue constantly with the chromecast and the first suggestion feom support is factory reset with no troubleshooting, the obviously don't know what they are doing.

Google decided to disable my google voice account for no reason and has not been helpful at explaining what cased the suspension. I have used that phone number for 15 years and now nobody can reach me!

Sara(h) from Manila did not want to do her job today. She claims there is no support for the software or apps on my new Google Pixel 7 Pro. Only hardware. She said I have to go to their website and search for help on my issue. Rather than assist me, she suggested I return it where I bought it and get something else.

I paid $900 for this phone and did not come with support?

I had called a couple of times before and got "Queen" and she was very nice, polite, and helpful. And last night, I spoke with Anthony in Cebu (Philippines), and he was friendly, courteous, and helpful. So I don't know what's Sara(h)'s problem is today, but she blew me off. Not good Google. Do better.

Called Goggle help for transferring old phone data to a new phone on my account, I don't know whether they get paid to keep you on the phone but I was on with Noah S. for over an hour and finally towards the end of all his round about ways of not helping, he lets me know he is not a tech advisor which I stated clearly the help I needed at the beginning of my call. He rates a 0 for lack of knowledge, communication and promptness.

Horrible service. Needed help after i received a pixel phone in a wrong color. Requested a supervisor. Waited for 20 minutes for the supervisor. Just to get a rude reply that they can't help and the person just hang up on me.

Block my account for fraud. After sending all information now I still must wait for a solution. Can't even buy stuff with my own money. You just keep it. This service is pathetic.

Google customer service phone is the absolute worst of "AI" automated attendant. Be prepared for a terrible experience as this thing has no boundaries and will just start talking right over you, no pause until it's done. The malefactors are trying to train callers to treat autoattendants as though they were people, no matter how dreadful the experience is.

I had an issue no fault of my own other being dumb, Google flaged my merchant account that has been active for years with no issues, wait 7 days asked for review with all errors correct same products that were there before with no issues, pressed the review button and instantaly got an email telling what I was flagged. That was a computer responce not a human. Tried to call 03/08/23 got a recording saying because of covid they were not able to answer the phone, COVID Still. After a month of trying I just canceled all my google subscriptions and ad accounts, I had many working for others in the past. They lost my monthly subscriptions and thousands in ad revenue. I can alomost promise I will never here from them asking what happened. Switching to other services for ads. Google's customer service is the worst on the planet, they don't care!

Google is impossible to reach for the most trivial information. You can't do anything without access to a settings menu from their homepage. And forget calling them. You might as well save your breath. Multi million dollar FLAKES!!!!!

I was trying to speak to someone about a Google Ad. You can get a human when you are buying the ads, however, if you have any concerns there is no human to talk to. They -the receptionist claim they do not have a supervisor of manager. For a company to be so concerned about the user experience I am baffled that they have the worst customer service I have experienced.

I use to be super happy with Google and its services. Unfortunately the tech support is lacking. My website had an issue in Google Console on the 22nd of January. The temporary remove section does not work properly. There is no way to remove a link and there is a bug that cant be fixed. meanwhile my website can't crawled and has dropped to page 100. It has effected my GMB page as well. I opened several tickets and had provided screenshot of the issue. I receive over 100 emails from GMB asking me to be patient and the issue has been escalated. It has been 42 days and there is no end in sight. I did not want post this review but believe it is the only way to deal with the issue. I hope this can be resolved soon but I highly doubt it.

This Review is for the individual working at GMB including Supervisor Kim, Representative Anne, Kalpana, and the tech support team who has a backward way of analyzing an issue even though a customer provides screenshots of the facts.

Yes there are Google guide lines. Your generic email encourage individuals to reply but Representatives should provide an informative response and not a generic email.

GMB is an abbreviation for Google My Business

I had purchased a cover for my pixel 7 Pro. It was too small. Google has no contact phone number or email to reach customer service. I am out approximately $ 33.00. And I have no kind words for Google. Sincerely Matthew Melley

Garbage company. no way to contact anyone by phone, disconnected chat 3 times on me after waiting 20 minutes each time. Asked for $20 credit on wrong google ad keywords, wouldn't give it to me even though spending thousands on google ads. Selling all GOOG stock, this company is going in the trash.

I have owned a Google pixel phones. Never have I experienced such terrible service season 5A and then six even worse. Nothing but issues and customer support offers me nothing to help remedy the situation. All they do is ask questions over and over again and provide the documents they tell you it's not good enough and tell you they can't do anything even though you provided them with a receipt showing the phone was not even 6 months old do not buy a pixel they are junk

If they weren't Google, they'd be out of business. Worst support ever. I've had many interactions regarding Google Business Profiles and Adwords. Always the same, long turnaround times on emails, cryptic advice and a lack of understanding on their part. Incredibly frustrating, they just don't care

The support is non existing. I tried SIX times now to get in touch - either I dont get a rply at all or its a genereic email that doesnt answer anything at all. And its always NOREPLY@ so you have ZERO chance to actually get to the root of the issue. Horrible - worst support ever

Google is the worst do not buy takes forever to get a hold of them and then they want to meet me to send the phone to them for a week and then they would send me a new one. Another mail. I drive truck so there's no way that I can go that long without a phone My phone has overheated five times from which three of those times was when I first got the phone on the first day. They are terrible names

I am unable to reach an actual human person. I am very frustrated because after months or recurring payments that I have already cancelled, my card is still attempting to be charged by Google. Their support is completely absent. I contacted support after going through their website in full, and the bot only redirected me to the website. Now I have to change my card, and can't even connect it to the account used to make the purchase because the subscription will reoccur. I would like for Google to manually cancel the subscription on their end, but I can't ask them to because the only thing to answer the phone is non-human.

I got screwed over trying to RMA a pixel 7pro that was experiencing a know software issue. (Black screen of Death) I was told my phone was malfunctioning because the screen the screen is broken. The screen is not broken. I took pictures of it before I sent it out. I've been online and on the phone with various support agents and have yet to reach a satisfactory conclusion. They still want to charge $250 to replace the screen and refuse to show me pictures of this "broken" screen. I don't want to buy an iPhone but I feel like I'm getting nowhere their so called customer service.
