Today I called because I had purchased a rug cleaner and in the box we received an incorrect tank for the solution and clean water. We purchased this product in 2021 but it was never used. It was in a box because of a move that we had made and building a home, so when we went and opened it to use it found that it was unusable since we didn't have the correct tank I called to get a correct tank due to your error and was told I had to purchase one. I was willing to pay half price for it, but was told I could have 15% off. Needless to say I didn't have a choice since the product is unusable and I was told that since it was not in warranty anymore, that is why I had to pay for it. Not sure how this can be a warranty problem when it was an incorrect part that was put on a brand new rug cleaner I offered to send pictures, showing the carpet cleaner, the box, the tools that are still in their bags and the incorrect tank, but was told it didn't matter. Very poor customer service will never never buy another Hoover product again, I have previously owned mini Hoover products vacuums, rug, cleaners, etc. but never again

Wish I had read all these comments before! I loved the one that said worst waiting music ever!!!! If you know you know!!! Never have talked to a real person and live chat ( with AI????) is enough to make me throw my phone!!

Trying to reach customer service is a nightmare. By phone voice offer only one option. Request for call back 150 minutes and counting. currently been waiting over 30 mins for next available agent for "Live" chat. Great product - abysmal service

Horrible customer service. will return the new vacuum to the store as no one ansers the phone after an hour on hold. Tried the online chat and they just end the chat while I am waiting for them to answer.

Horrible Customer Service! I bought a Onepwr cordless vac in March of 23. The charger gave up after 2 charges, After jumping through all the Hoover hoops via e-mail, including a requested video of my plugging it in, (YES, REALLY!) they told me that they would not honor the 3 year warranty because the seller on Amazon was not authorized. Tried calling AND going through their chat system. NOBODY answered on either platform!!

Hoover H Wash 300, bought 18 months ago broke down, had to call an engineer out who told us it was the control board but they had none in stock and would be about 10 days to order. After waiting for over a month (with no washing machine) hoover finally told me that they could not get the part and wouldn't be trying to. They offered me a new washing machine for extra £190. There is a big Red sticker on the front that says 10 years parts warranty. This surely has to be false advertising!!! The warranty is not worth anything!!

Do not purchase a Hoover power dash pet carpet cleaner! After only 3 uses it started making noises, stopped working, and left horrible dark spot on carpet. Needless to say can't return it. Such a waste of $100. So cheap!!!

It is extremely difficult to reach anyone in customer service at Hoover. For this reason, I would never buy a Hoover product again. They need to do better.

Have been a Hoover Customer for 40+ years. Always happy with the quality and service and the vacuum has lasted many years. Imagine my surprise when the Hoover vacuum purchased 9/21/2019 stopped working. After calling and speaking with a rep, the vacuum was officially broken and out of warranty. 4 Years old just seemed like a very short time. I guess my expectations were unrealistic as all my other Hoover Vacuums lasted many years. I will definitely will explore other brands. Very disappointed customer!!!

I don't think there even a customer service at all!! I've calling and live chat on their website for days and weeks and always say they are closed or just ended my chat whenever I start!!! so frustrating!!!!
I've bought a cordless vaccum and an extra battery and got a charger by mistake, I paid for the FEDEX to returned the charger and now I can't get hold of anybody for my refund, not only I lost money on the charger $50, I now lost $50+ $25 on Fedex!! so $75 of total lost and time I spent chasing them!!!
Don't buy from them directly if you need any help or warranty service!!!!

Horrible customer service! Multiple days of trying to get through only to be disconnected in the chat saying no one is available close chat and try again. Then they post the hours which I am messaging within. Vacuum broke in 2 months. I have had used vacuums last longer.

Order 516165. I ordered Model # BH14000V $239.99 but I received the corded model FH14000 which is $100 cheaper.

I paid $100 more for the cordless model. They sent me the corded model instead. Then, Hoover customer service made me mad. Although I told them that the model number on the box was for the corded model (I did not take the item out of the box because then when returned, they could sell it again to someone who wanted that model), they insisted that I provide pictures. So, I took a picture of the outside of the box that showed the name of the product (which didn't include the word "Cordless") and the model number. Then, Hoover customer service upset me. They still did not take my word for it, nor the photo that I took and provided to them. They insisted that I take the item out of the box and take another photo that included the power cord. Sure enough, the product in the box and model number of the corded product had a power cord on it. Then they made me angry! They did provide a prepaid FedEx shipping label for the return, but they did not provide pickup by the carrier. Instead, I have to drive somewhere to drop this thing off. Not acceptable since it was your mistake and you delivered it to my home so you should come pick it up. I had to drive to Walgreens, where I spent over an hour with their staff trying to figure out how they could print the FedEx return label using the QR code provided by FedEx. It turned out that they cannot do this. So I had to drive to another town to the Walmart FedEx office to drop the wrong item that they sent me off. I spent several hours and lots of my time and gas to get this thing out of my possession.

If only Hoover had sent the correct product in the first place or at least scheduled carrier pickup since it was their mistake.

THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have never had a complaint about a Hoover until now. I can't contact one, and I've tried for months. My other hoover I gave to my daughter, and I let her keep it. The new one I bought is horrible. I've never seen this before with Hoover. I went from a Kirby to a Hoover. This is such a mess. Even customer service is a joke.

wWe are fostering puppies so we splurged on a nice carpet cleaner. It broke after 3 weeks and we files a warranty claim. 6 weeks later, after completing everything they asked, they went silent. I followed up via email 5x with no response. Their phone number seemed to never be in service, stating their "office is closed" and finally after waiting 1+ hours multiple times was able to get in contact with their suport team via chat. The person I was connected with, Madeline, was 0% helpful. She ignore my messages and asked questions over and over again that I had thoroughly answered in my initial message. She then sent me an email with tasks that I explained I had already completed, and ended the chat. Now I am waiting for the 10th time to try to speak with someone else.

I bought a hoover pet plus swivel.. everything on it has broken except the motor. The handles and tubes and connection the canister. My vacuum should be replaced.. I thought hoover was a good name..Misty Ackroyd

Bought, 3 machines for the carpet, first one was great till it broke but it did last, 2nd and 3rd broke in less than 3 months and once they recieved my info they never responded again, I hope u customers can see this, and I will put it up all over social media so u can all see they do not care about there customer purchased products. Move on people there is company's out there that will take care of customers

I have my Hoover carpet cleaner for 10 months and it does not spray water any more. I called customer service more than 10 times it is impossible to reach out to them. They say no one is available. I try to chat with a human and they say no one is available and they give me case number for later, that's it. I wonder if some one has a way to reach out to them to get some help. Thank you.

Hoovers tates it prides itself on customer service. Personally my experience has not been positive. I have a hoover floor mate less that one year old. It no longer picks up the dirty water like when it was new. Now floors are left wet, slippery and dangerous to anyone but especially to someone who is older.

I just purchased a new Hoover Power Scrub XL but it will not dispense water. I have watched all the videos and followed all the detailed instructions. So, I called Hoover last night to find out they are closed. Now I call back during regular business hours and cannot get a person on the phone for the love of money! What ever happened to good customer service? We need to get away from all this new technology that replaces people and their jobs.

I recently had cause to call Hoover service out to a faulty washer and can I say I cannot praise the engineer who called out too highly. He was polite and went out his way to get our washer back up running 10 out of 10. Also the customer service team who got him there the same day again 10 out of 10. Many Thanks Mr J Revell

I called their customer service and they were absolutely great and even sent me a part that **I** had broken and I told them this but they sent the part FREE and postage FREE too. Couldn't have been a better experience.

i am a new tenant. The landlord has provided a new Candy Washer Dryer GO W 485D.

i am sure it is a wonderful machine but the manual is too complicated for a 74 year old.

I tried speaking on the phone but the simple step by step instructons were not available although the young lady I spoke to tried very hard. I feel that my needs are not catered for.

I cannot fault the service by Hoover Candy they fixed my washing machine there was a bit of time in between the two repairs but that was okay.
The engineer text and phoned me before arrival.
I would recommend the after care insurance package with domestic and general.

I would recommend Hoover Candy Washing Machines.

I recently contacted Hoover Candy. The lady who dealt with my query was extremely helpful and referred my question to a technician. She then informed me that she would contact the company from whom you obtain spare parts saying that she would contact me on Mon or Tues. 9a.m. Tues she returned the call stating that the item was in the post. Splendid efficient service cheerfully delivered what more could a customer as. Thank you

Since February 5th I have had a phone call from a Dyson Servicing firm offering to service my cleaner I waited in all day on the date they gave me and no one appeared. Another phone in March and again in June. I would get an apology and the fee was lowered from £18.50 to £12.50 to £10. yet no one arrived. I don't know if this was a scam or not. but I am furious at the waste of my time.

I Bought A Steam Cleaner From The Hoover Factory And It Was On Sale. When I Got It In, It Was Broken So I Emailed Them Right Away To Have Them Contact Me Once They Receive My Email, They Call Me Two Days After And They Said They Will Mail Me A New One Right Away. They Will Also Email Me A Return Label So I Can Return My Old One Back(fexde Will Pick It Up Right From My House). They Make It So Easy For Me And I Am A Happy Customer. I Usually Dont Write Review But This Time I Have To Let People Know Their Customer Service Is Awesome.

I own an old, 1980's Hoover Custom Convertible model U4395, but it wasn't until one day that I realized I was running the vacuum without a belt! So I contacted Hoover to find the part number for the belt. When I called hoover, I was connected to a very friendly female representative and I told her what convertible model I had so she could find the right part number. She looked for the part number and it did not take her long to find the right part number. I ordered the belt from hoover the same week I called them, I had no issues with shipping and finding the part online after being given the part number. THANK YOU HOOVER! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE (AND EXCELLENT 80'S VACUUM)! keep up the great customer service (and product quality)!

To whom it may concern, My wife and i purchase a SteamVac of yours a year ago and it has stop working.I can a-sure you it was use correctly being my wife and i are both senior, may have used it 1/2 a dozen times since we purchase it and used it correct from your manual. My wife needs to know if all your products works this way so that we can shop for a different brand, i know you won't answer but had to ask since she's watching me. I will be calling your cust. serv. and talk over the fone to complain again tomorrow 7/13/2012. I just want you to know she stated she'll never buy any of your products again. Called, Got a live person (that I could understand) on the first try. Product I bought had a hairline crack in it. Customer service rep was very pleasant and told me they would check on a replacement part and call me back. They did a few hours later and told me I would receive a replacement in 5 business days-I did. very happy with the response
